Abstract
Description
以下、実施形態の生体インプラント1について、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。但し、以下で参照する図は、説明の便宜上、実施形態を説明する上で必要な構成のみを簡略化して示したものである。したがって、生体インプラント1は、参照する図に示されていない任意の構成を備え得る。また、図中の構成の寸法は、実際の構成の寸法及び寸法比率などを忠実に表したものではない。
次に、実施形態の生体インプラントの製造方法について、フレーム溶射法を用いて生体インプラント1を製造する場合を例に挙げて説明する。
液量:5〜7ml/cm2
温度:130〜155℃
時間:11〜25時間
<試験片の作製>
まず、50mm×50mm×2mmのチタン板を準備した。次に、酸化銀を3質量%及びHAを97質量%の割合で含むHA粉末を溶射材料とし、この溶射材料をチタン板の片面にフレーム溶射法で溶射し、厚さ30μmの銀HA溶射被膜を形成した。最後に、銀HA溶射被膜に水熱処理を施して試験片を得た。

時間:24時間
結晶化度:91%
水熱処理を以下に示す条件で行った以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を得た。
液量:6ml/cm2
温度:150℃
時間:24時間
結晶化度:100%
水熱処理に代えて、真空熱処理を銀HA溶射被膜に施した以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験片を得た。真空熱処理は、真空炉内において以下の条件で行った。
温度:650℃
時間:3時間
結晶化度:75%
実施例2及び比較例1について、カルシウム溶出量を測定した。また、実施例1及び比較例1について、銀溶出量を測定するとともに、抗菌試験を行った。各測定方法及び結果を以下に示す。
37℃及びpH7.3のトリス緩衝液中に試験片を浸漬した。そして、表1に示す時間毎にトリス緩衝液中のカルシウム濃度(mg/L)を、ICP質量分析法を用いて測定した。その結果を表1に示す。
37℃の牛血清中に試験片を浸漬した。そして、表2に示す時間毎に牛血清中の銀濃度(mg/L)を、ICP質量分析法を用いて測定した。その結果を表2に示す。
JIS Z 2801に準拠したフィルム密着法で抗菌活性値(R値)を測定した。試験条件は、以下のとおりである。

- 基体と、
前記基体の表面に位置し、銀を含むリン酸カルシウム被膜と、を備え、
前記リン酸カルシウム被膜の結晶化度が、90%を超える、生体インプラント。 - 前記リン酸カルシウム被膜は、
その表面に位置する複数のリン酸カルシウム粒子と、
前記複数のリン酸カルシウム粒子の表面に位置する複数の針状結晶と、を有し、
前記複数の針状結晶が、前記複数のリン酸カルシウム粒子のうち互いに隣接するリン酸カルシウム粒子の界面の間隙を被覆している、請求項1に記載の生体インプラント。 - 前記リン酸カルシウム被膜は、その内部に位置する樹枝状結晶を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の生体インプラント。
- 前記リン酸カルシウム被膜が、リン酸カルシウム溶射被膜である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の生体インプラント。
