Description

The present invention relates to a tombstone that is installed near a tombstone and records the deceased's Dharma name, legal name, common name, year of death, etc.

Since ancient times, tombstones have been used as a mark for graves dedicated to ancestors, and tombstones are often erected on a house-by-house basis, with the house name engraved on the front of the tombstone and the date of construction and construction on the side or back. Persons etc. are engraved. Then, a tombstone is set up near the tombstone in order to record the dharma name, legal name, common name, year of death, etc. of the ancestors who have died so far.

These tombstones are constructed by assembling durable stones such as pedestal stones and stone plates to display records over a long period of time. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a tombstone constructed by detachably assembling a pedestal stone, a scapolite, a stone plate, and a capstone. In addition, when the tombstone is constructed by assembling stone materials, it is necessary to handle heavy stone materials, and it is necessary to ask a specialist to add records to the stone plates. In response to such a problem, Patent Document 2 describes that a grave marker plate is detachably attached to a grave specimen made of stainless steel, and the grave marker plate is removed to add a record.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-213969

In Patent Document 1 described above, when a tombstone is installed by combining stone materials, it is necessary to ask a contractor to handle heavy objects, and there is a problem that it is difficult to install the tombstone unless the installation space can be secured. In Patent Document 2, since stainless steel is used, the weight can be reduced as compared with stone, but there is a risk that wind and rain may enter from the part connecting the connecting member or the insertion opening of the epitaph plate, and the epitaph may be installed for a long period of time. There is a problem that the plate is prone to stains and bleeding and maintenance is difficult.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a tombstone that can be easily installed and easily maintained.

The tombstone according to the present invention includes a pair of pillar members formed in a tubular shape and having an open upper end, a horizontal member erected between the pillar members and formed in a tubular shape with both ends open, and the pillar. A cap tree member that is horizontally installed at the upper end of the member and is formed hollow, and is detachably fitted in a region surrounded by the strut member, the horizontal member, and the cap tree member, and at least epitaph information about the deceased is written. A plate-shaped display member is provided, and the support member is provided with a horizontal connection portion that fits into both ends of the horizontal member, and the cap tree member is provided with an upper end of the support member. A pair of strut connection portions that fit into the openings are provided. Further, the support column member and the horizontal member are provided with a fitting portion for fitting an edge portion of the display member on a side surface facing the display member. Further, the support column member is provided with a base member at the lower end portion. It is a front view and the side view about the Embodiment which concerns on this invention. It is an exploded perspective view which shows the state which each member was removed. It is explanatory drawing about the display example of the front side and the display example of the back side of a tombstone. It is explanatory drawing about the installation example of a tombstone. It is explanatory drawing about the installation example of a tombstone.

Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail. Since the embodiments described below are preferable specific examples for carrying out the present invention, various technical restrictions are made, but the present invention particularly limits the present invention in the following description. Unless otherwise stated, it is not limited to these forms.

FIG. 1 is a front view (FIG. 1 (a)) and a side view (FIG. 1 (b)) of the embodiment according to the present invention. The tombstone 1 includes a pair of pillar members 10a and 10b formed in a tubular shape and having an open upper end, and a horizontal member 20 erected between the pillar members 10a and 10b and formed in a tubular shape and opened at both ends. , The cap tree member 30 which is horizontally provided at the upper ends of the strut members 10a and 10b and is formed hollow, and is detachably fitted into the area surrounded by the strut members 10a and 10b, the horizontal member 20, and the cap tree member 30. It also has a plate-shaped display member 40 on which a tombstone is written.

Since the support column members 10a and 10b, the horizontal member 20 and the cap tree member 30 are formed in a tubular shape or a hollow shape, the weight is reduced and they can be easily assembled and removed. Such a member is not particularly limited as long as it has strength as a structural material, but for example, a member made of an extruded metal material such as aluminum is preferable.

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which each member is removed. The strut members 10a and 10b are formed in a square tubular shape having a rectangular cross section. An upper end opening 11a is formed in the support column member 10a, and a fitting portion 12a is provided on the inner side surface facing the edge portion of the display member 40. The fitting portion 12a is formed by projecting a pair of narrow band-shaped portions, and is set so that the distance between the pair of narrow band-shaped portions is slightly wider than the thickness of the plate-shaped display member 40. Has been done. For the fitting portion 12a, for example, a member formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section is used, and the intermediate portion is fixed to the support column member 10a with a screw or the like so that both side portions are projected as narrow band-shaped portions. can do.

In addition, the edge portions of the pair of narrow band-shaped portions can be bent inward to form them so as to face each other, and the distance between the opposing edge edges can be easily adjusted by adjusting the bending width. Become. Then, the display member 40 can be stably held by abutting the display member 40 on both sides so that the respective end edges are sandwiched between them.

A horizontal connecting portion 13a is projected on the inner surface of the intermediate portion of the support column member 10a, and the horizontal connecting portion 13a is fitted into an opening 21a formed at one end of the horizontal member 20 to connect. It is designed to be fixed. The cross-sectional shape of the horizontal connecting portion 13a is formed so as to match the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the opening 21a, and after being fitted, penetrates from the surface of the horizontal member 20 toward the horizontal connecting portion 13a. A fixing screw can be screwed into the screw hole formed in the above to fix the screw.

The method of attaching the horizontal member 20 to the horizontal connecting portion 13a can be a method other than fixing with screws, and is not particularly limited. For example, the engaging member is movably attached to the horizontal connecting portion, and is attached so as to be urged so as to project toward the horizontal member inserted by an elastic member such as a spring. An engaging hole is formed in the horizontal member at a position facing the engaging member. Then, when the horizontal connecting portion is inserted into the horizontal member, the engaging member comes into contact with the horizontal member and is pushed into the horizontal connecting portion, and the pushed engaging member faces the engaging hole. By doing so, it will be projected so as to fit in the engaging hole. When the engaging member is engaged with the engaging hole, the state in which the horizontal connecting portion is fitted into the horizontal member is maintained. When removing the horizontal member from the horizontal connection portion, the horizontal member can be easily removed by pulling out the horizontal member while pushing the engaging member into the horizontal connection portion.

The strut member 10b is formed with an upper end opening 11a like the strut member 10a, and a fitting portion 12b is provided on the inner surface facing the edge portion of the display member 40 as in the fitting portion 12a. ing. Further, in the middle portion of the support column member 10a, a horizontal connecting portion 13b is projected on the inner side surface as in the horizontal connecting portion 13a, and an opening 21b formed at the other end of the horizontal member 20 is formed. It is fitted into the connection and fixed.

The horizontal member 20 is formed in a rectangular tubular shape having a cross-sectional shape substantially the same size as the support members 10a and 10b, and openings 21a and 21b are formed at both ends. Further, a fitting portion 22 is provided on the inner side surface of the display member 40 facing the edge portion, similarly to the fitting portion 12a.

By fitting and connecting the openings at both ends of the horizontal member 20 into the horizontal connecting portions 13a and 13b of the column members 10a and 10b, respectively, the lower ends of the fitting portions 12a and 12b are the upper edges of both ends of the fitting portion 22. It is set so that the longitudinal direction of the fitting portions 12a and 12b and the longitudinal direction of the fitting portion 22 are substantially orthogonal to each other.

In this way, the display member 40 can be inserted and fitted into each fitting portion projecting toward the inside of the region surrounded by the support columns 10a and 10b and the horizontal member 20. The display member 40 can be in a stable holding state by fitting the left and right side edges and the lower edge side into each fitting portion.

The cap tree member 30 is formed in a rectangular tubular shape having a cross-sectional shape substantially the same size as the support columns members 10a and 10b or having a wider width, and is fitted to the lower surface facing the edge portion of the display member 40. A fitting portion 31 similar to the portion 12a is provided. On both sides of the fitting portion 31 provided on the lower surface, support column connecting portions 32a and 32b similar to the horizontal connecting portions 13a and 13b are projected, respectively. The strut connecting portions 32a and 32b are fitted into the upper end openings 11a and 11b of the strut members 10a and 10b, respectively, to be connected and fixed in the same manner as the horizontal connecting portion 13a.

The cap tree member 30 is connected and fixed to the support columns 10a and 10b from above with the display member 40 fitted in the assembly structure in which the support columns 10a and 10b and the horizontal member 20 are connected, so that the fitting portion 31 is displayed. It is in a state of being fitted into the upper edge portion of the member 40. Therefore, the peripheral edge portion of the display member 40 is fitted into each fitting portion over the entire circumference, and a stable holding state is obtained. It is also possible to form a narrow groove portion instead of the fitting portion 31 and insert the upper edge portion of the display member 40 into the formed groove portion to hold the display member 40.

The shape of the Kasagi member 30 can be designed so that both side portions project like a roof by widening the width, and the design is enhanced by making the entire corners rounded. Is also possible, and is not particularly limited. As shown in FIG. 1, the Kasagi member 30 can be displayed with characters indicating that it is a tombstone or a Buddhist character having a religious meaning, and various designs can be made according to the user's request. It is possible.

The display member 40 is made of a plate-like body made of metal or resin, and describes a tombstone such as the deceased's deceased name, legal name, common name, and year of death, as in the case of a conventional tombstone. For example, a character sticker obtained by cutting a printed character can be attached to the surface of the character to be written, and by writing with such a character sticker, it is possible to maintain the notation without deterioration for a long period of time. .. Further, such a character sticker can be produced by using an inexpensive cut sheet and a printing device, and can be easily produced even in a general household. Therefore, as in the case of a conventional stone monument, the additional work can be performed easily and inexpensively as compared with the case where the characters are engraved by requesting a contractor.

When removing the display member 40, the cap tree member 30 can be easily removed by removing it from the support columns 10a and 10b and pulling out the display member 40 upward. Further, by bringing a protective member made of a transparent material into close contact with the display surface of the display member 40 and fitting it into the fitting portion together with the display member 40, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the displayed characters and the like.

Further, the display member 40 is attached by fitting a peripheral edge portion into each fitting portion protruding from the inner side surface, and the upper side is covered with a cap tree member, so that even if the tombstone is installed outdoors, wind and rain Damage due to such factors and intrusion of rainwater are prevented, deterioration of members is suppressed over a long period of time, and maintenance is facilitated.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram relating to a display example on the front side of the tombstone (FIG. 3 (a)) and a display example on the back side (FIG. 3 (b)). In this example, information including the house name is displayed on the front side of the support member 10a, information on the construction of the tombstone such as the date of construction of the tombstone is displayed on the back side of the support member 10b, and the legal name of the deceased is displayed on the display member 40. I am trying to display information. By displaying in this way, only the information of the deceased who needs to be added in the future is displayed on the display member 40, and the information on the house name and erection that does not need to be changed is displayed on the support member. It can be done efficiently. Further, when the space on the front side of the display member 40 is filled with the display information, it is possible to add the display information to the space on the back side, and the information can be displayed on the tombstone for a long period of time. it can.

4 and 5 are explanatory views of an example of installation of a tombstone. In the example shown in FIG. 4, the base members 50a and 50b are attached to the lower ends of the left and right column members 10a and 10b, respectively. The base members 50a and 50b are formed in a rectangular parallelepiped box using a metal material, and are set to have a wider installation area than the support columns 10a and 10b. Therefore, even when the installation location is covered with concrete or the like or in a narrow space where foundation work is difficult, it can be placed as it is on the installation surface. In the example shown in FIG. 5, one base member 60 is attached so as to be horizontally installed at the lower ends of the left and right column members 10a and 10b. The base member 60 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped elongated box body using a metal material, and is formed wider than the support column members 10a and 10b. By using such a single base member, it is possible to increase the strength of the tombstone and install it in various installation locations in a flexible manner.
