Description

The present invention relates to an anti-counterfeit medium having a reuse prevention function.

As a method of preventing the article from being forged, there is a method of attaching an anti-counterfeit medium to the article. The anti-counterfeit medium often takes the form of an anti-counterfeit label using anti-counterfeit functional ink, special printing, hologram, magnetic printing, IC tag and the like.

However, even if the anti-counterfeit label is affixed to the article, there is no end to fraudulent acts such as peeling the anti-counterfeit label from the genuine product and attaching it to the counterfeit product.

As a method of preventing such unauthorized reuse of the anti-counterfeit label, there are the following methods.
-A method in which the anti-counterfeit label is damaged if a notch is provided in the anti-counterfeit label and an attempt is made to peel it off forcibly.
-A method of making the base material of the anti-counterfeit label a brittle material.
-A method of using an anti-counterfeit label of the type in which characters such as "VOID" appear on the surface base material when an attempt is made to remove the anti-counterfeit label, and ink adheres to the article.
-A method of preventing unauthorized reuse by containing an organic solvent-dissolving dye and trying to peel it off with a peeling liquid such as label peeling, because the dye oozes out from the printed part.

However, in these methods, the anti-counterfeit label can be peeled off cleanly and reused by heating the anti-counterfeit label using a heating means such as a dryer.

As a prior technique for preventing unauthorized reuse using such a heating means, for example, when the label is heated by a dryer or the like by containing foamed particles in the adhesive layer of the anti-counterfeit label, the adhesive layer is contained. A method of preventing reuse by foaming the foamed particles of the label (Patent Document 1) and a method of preventing reuse by making the label adhesive hardly soluble in a solvent or the like (Patent Document 2). Is disclosed.

However, even when these measures are taken, the anti-counterfeit label can be reused without being damaged by scraping off the entire surface layer of the article to which the anti-counterfeit label is attached.

As a countermeasure, an anti-counterfeit medium (Patent Document 3) provided with an ink layer that reversibly changes color with a temperature change is disclosed.
With this technology, when the label is heated above 70 ° C, the display indicating authenticity disappears, and when it is cooled below -20 ° C, the disappeared display is restored, and at the same time, the transparent state printed as a latent image is restored. When the ink develops color and a display meaning VOID (invalid) appears, it becomes a measure to prevent reuse.

However, since there are few types of temperature-indicating inks having such characteristics, there is a problem that there are few variations.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides more options for the type of color and the temperature at which the color changes in the anti-counterfeit medium that can detect that the product has been heated by using an ink layer that changes color at a temperature above room temperature. The challenge is to provide a large number of anti-counterfeit media.

As a means for solving the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention includes an anti-counterfeit functional layer for preventing counterfeiting by copying on a substrate, a heat-sensitive ink layer capable of detecting heating, and heat-sensitive. An anti-counterfeit medium provided with a concealing ink layer that conceals a part of the ink layer in this order.
The heat-sensitive ink layer is at least transparent at room temperature and irreversibly develops color when heated, and the heat-sensitive ink (B) which has the same color as the concealing ink layer at room temperature and disappears when heated. ) And,
The concealing ink layer is an anti-counterfeit medium, which is provided so as to overlap with a part of the heat-sensitive ink (A) and the heat-sensitive ink (B) in a plan view.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a part of the heat-sensitive ink (A), the heat-sensitive ink (B), and the concealing ink layer are provided for hair removal. The anti-counterfeit medium according to 1.

Further, in the invention according to claim 3, a part of the heat-sensitive ink (A) is provided on the concealing ink layer, and the heat-sensitive ink (B) is provided for hair removal with the concealing ink layer. The anti-counterfeit medium according to claim 1, characterized in that the ink is used.

According to the anti-counterfeit medium of the present invention, the anti-counterfeit medium is transparent at room temperature, and includes a heat-sensitive ink layer capable of detecting that it has been heated and a concealing ink layer that hides a part of the heat-sensitive ink layer. The heat-sensitive ink layer includes a heat-sensitive ink layer A that is transparent at room temperature and irreversibly develops color when heated, and a heat-sensitive ink layer B that has the same color as the concealing ink layer at room temperature and disappears when heated. ing. Therefore, when the anti-counterfeit medium attached to the article is heated to a temperature higher than room temperature, the transparent heat-sensitive ink A develops a color, and the heat-sensitive ink B, which has the same color as the concealing ink layer, disappears. Therefore, an image of the thermal ink A appears. Further, an image appears when the heat-sensitive ink B provided for hair removal is decolorized. As described above, in the anti-counterfeit medium of the present invention, since the heat-sensitive ink that irreversibly develops color by heating and the heat-sensitive ink that decolorizes are used, as compared with the case where one kind of heat-sensitive ink is used, It is possible to expand the range of colors that can be used, and it is possible to provide an anti-counterfeit medium having excellent design.

The anti-counterfeit medium 10 of the present invention has an anti-counterfeit functional layer 3 on a base material 5 that prevents counterfeiting due to copying, a heat-sensitive ink layer that can detect that it has been heated, and a concealing ink that conceals a part of the heat-sensitive ink layer. It is an anti-counterfeit medium provided with layers 4 in this order.

The heat-sensitive ink layer is transparent at least at room temperature and has the same color as the heat-sensitive ink (A) 1 which is irreversibly colored when heated above room temperature and the concealing ink layer 4 at room temperature, and is decolorized when heated. It is equipped with the heat-sensitive ink (B) 2. In either case, commercially available thermal ink can be used.

The concealing ink layer 4 is characterized in that it is provided so as to overlap with a part of the thermal ink (A) 1 and the thermal ink (B) 2 in a plan view.

Further, a part of the heat-sensitive ink (A) 1, the heat-sensitive ink (B) 2, and the concealing ink layer 4 may be provided for hair removal.

Further, a part of the heat-sensitive ink (A) 1 may be provided on the concealing ink layer 4, and the heat-sensitive ink (B) 2 may be provided for tweezers with the concealing ink layer 4.

(Base material)
As the base material 5, high-quality paper, coated paper, PET sheet, or the like can be assumed, but any printable material may be used. However, since the anti-counterfeit media 10 and 20 of the present invention may exhibit the reuse prevention function by heating, it is desirable that the base material is not deformed by heating to the extent that the heat-sensitive ink layer is discolored.

たとえばパールインキなど特殊な見た目を示すインキや、UVライト等で発光する蛍光インキに代表されるようなOVI(OPTICAL VARIABLE INK)やホログラムに代表されるOVD(OPTICAL VARIABLE DEVICE)などである。
(Forgery prevention function layer)
As the anti-counterfeit functional layer 3, various anti-counterfeit media can be used. For example, there are inks having a special appearance such as pearl ink, OVI (OPTICAL VARIABLE INK) represented by fluorescent inks that emit light by UV light, and OVD (OPTICAL VARIABLE DEVICE) represented by holograms. As the anti-counterfeiting functional layer for machine detection, ink or the like that absorbs infrared rays of a specific wavelength can be used. In addition, anti-counterfeiting functions such as fine pattern printing, microprinting, and intaglio printing can also be used. Further, the anti-counterfeit function layer is not limited to one type, and may be combined or formed in multiple layers, and it is not necessary to cover the entire surface of the base material, and the layers may be partially provided or in the order of the layer structure. Can be different.

(Concealed ink layer)
As the concealing ink layer 4 used in the anti-counterfeit media 10 and 20 of the present invention, a mixed color ink that does not contain carbon black or the like, a dark ink, or the like can be preferably used.

(Thermal ink (A))
The heat-sensitive ink (A) 1 that causes an irreversible color change by heating includes salts such as cobalt, nickel, iron, copper, chromium, and manganese, and amine, ammonium salt, carbonate group, and oxalic acid group in these compositions. An ink prepared by using an irreversible temperature indicating material using a pigment containing the above as a pigment can be used.

(Thermal ink (B))
Various materials have already been developed and are known as the heat-sensitive ink (B) 2 that causes a reversible color change by heating. The most widely known is a mixture of a leuco dye and a color-developing agent, and when the temperature exceeds a certain level, the dye and the color-developing agent combine to develop a color. Regarding decolorization, there are various methods such as a case where the color disappears by simply lowering the temperature, and a case where the color disappears by heating at an appropriate temperature for a certain period of time. Recently, there are some commercially available ballpoint pens that use friction ink (a registered trademark of Pilot Corporation) that can be decolorized by heating, and these types of ink also apply leuco dye. It can be used in the present invention. In addition, many of these reversibly color-changing inks do not absorb in the infrared region, but materials that also absorb in the infrared region have been developed and can be used.

Next, examples of the anti-counterfeit medium of the present invention will be described.

<実施例1>
基材として、厚さ50μmのPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)フィルムを用意した。
<Example 1>
As a base material, a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film having a thickness of 50 μm was prepared.

Next, an embossed hologram sheet was attached to one side of the PET film via an adhesive layer.

Next, as an irreversible heat-sensitive ink, BLUE1 of Thermaflex series (manufactured by Nagase Sangyo Co., Ltd.) is used as a heat-sensitive ink (heat-sensitive ink (A)) that develops irreversible color from colorless when heated to 80 ° C. Then, as a reversible heat-sensitive ink (heat-sensitive ink (B)), a heat-sensitive ink using leuco dye (Metamocolor, manufactured by Pilot Ink Co., Ltd.) was used, and FIG. The ink patterns of the heat-sensitive ink (A) 1 and the heat-sensitive ink (B) 2 as shown in) were printed. The thermal ink (A) is transparent before heating, but develops color when heated to 80 ° C. or higher. The heat-sensitive ink (B) is colored before heating, but disappears when heated to 80 ° C. or higher.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1A, the concealing ink layer 4 was printed by removing hair from a part of the pattern of the thermal ink (A) 1 and dried. Similarly, the concealing ink layer 4 was printed by tweezers with the pattern of the thermal ink (B) 2 and dried. As the concealing ink, an ink color-matched with the thermal ink (B) 2 was used. Planographic offset printing was used for printing.

In the printed matter produced in this manner, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), only the concealing ink layer 4 could be visually recognized on the anti-counterfeit function layer (hologram sheet) 3. This is because the heat-sensitive ink (A) 1 is colorless and transparent, and the heat-sensitive ink (B) 2 is printed on the concealing ink layer 4 and the tweezers, and both are the same color, so that they can be visually recognized. There wasn't. However, when the ink was placed in an oven and heated to 80 ° C., the thermal ink (A) 1 developed a color and a pattern of "VOID" appeared as shown in FIG. 1 (b). Further, since the heat-sensitive ink (B) 2 is decolorized, a pattern called "ID" appears in a form in which the concealing ink layer 4 is out of color.

As described above, as the anti-counterfeit medium of the present invention, it was possible to obtain an anti-counterfeit medium in which a pattern that could not be visually recognized at room temperature emerges as a visible pattern by heating to 80 ° C.

The anti-counterfeit medium of the present invention has been described above. In the anti-counterfeit medium of the present invention, as the heat-sensitive ink, a heat-sensitive ink that is transparent at room temperature and irreversibly develops color when heated and an ink that has the same color as the concealing ink layer at room temperature and disappears when heated are used. In each case, it is possible to detect that the ink has been heated. Since two types of heat-sensitive inks are used in this way, color variations are widened. In particular, as the decolorizing ink, since there are a wide variety of colors, it is possible to provide an anti-counterfeit medium with high design. Further, by using two kinds of heat-sensitive inks, it is possible to widen the width of the temperature range in which the color changes.
