The portion and the portion are provided in the lateral direction Y.

As the side sheet 30, a hydrophobic sheet material is used from the viewpoint of surely fulfilling the role of preventing the leakage of body fluid such as urine to the outside. As the hydrophobic sheet material, for example, a hydrophobic non-woven fabric can be used, and specifically, an air-through non-woven fabric, a spunbonded non-woven fabric, an SMS non-woven fabric, a SMMS non-woven fabric, an SMSS non-woven fabric, and the like can be used. , A hydrophobic resin film, a laminate of the resin film and the non-woven fabric, and the like can be used. Here, "S" means a spunbonded non-woven fabric, and "M" means a melt-blown non-woven fabric. The side sheet 30 as a leak-proof cuff forming sheet preferably has a water pressure resistance of 80 mmH2O or more, particularly 100 mmH2O or more, when measured in accordance with ISO 811.

The base end portion 31 is a portion that serves as a standing starting point when the standing portion 32 stands up toward the wearer's skin side when the diaper 1 is worn. More specifically, the base end portion 31 is a portion of the side sheet 30 fixed to the “other member” that is adjacent to the upright portion 32 in the lateral direction Y, in other words, laterally in the fixed portion. This is the innermost part of the direction Y. Further, the "other member" is a member other than the side sheet 30 among the constituent members of the diaper 1, and is typically capable of contacting the side sheet 30 on the non-skin facing surface side of the side sheet 30. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface sheet 21 is a member arranged in the above.

As described above, the base end portion 31 is a fixing portion between the side sheet 30 and other members, and is typically formed by an adhesive such as hot melt or a known joining means such as heat fusion. .. As shown in FIG. 1, the base end portion 31 of the present embodiment has a linear shape in a plan view, extends in the vertical direction X over substantially the entire length of the vertical direction X of the side sheet 30, and is also shown in FIG. As described above, it is located outside the side edge 23S of the absorber 23 in the lateral direction Y and in the vicinity of the side edge 23S. The plan view shape of the base end portion 31 is not particularly limited, and may be a wavy line, a curved line, a zigzag line, or the like in addition to a straight line, and the base end portion 31 is not continuous in one direction (longitudinal direction X). It may be a breaking line having a structure in which fixed portions and non-fixed portions of the side sheet 30 with other members are alternately arranged in the vertical direction X.

The upright portion 32 is a non-fixed portion of the side sheet 30 with other members, and is bent by a bent portion 33 extending in the vertical direction X as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and is bent at a base end portion 31. Includes a first upright portion 34 extending from the bent portion 33 to a second upright portion 35 located closer to the wearer's skin than the first upright portion 34 from the bent portion 33 to the free end 32a of the upright portion 32. It is composed of. The surface of the second standing portion 35 may come into contact with the wearer's skin when wearing the diaper 1.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the upright portion 32 is bent outward in the lateral direction Y, and the first upright portion 34 constituting the upright portion 32 is laterally bent from the base end portion 31 to the bent portion 33. The second standing portion 35 extending inward from the outside in the direction Y and forming the standing portion 32 extends from the bent portion 33 to the outside in the lateral direction Y. The bent portion 33 is a portion of the standing portion 32 that is closest to the center of the diaper 1 in the lateral direction Y, and has a linear shape extending in the vertical direction X in the unfolded and extended state of the diaper 1 as shown in FIG. The separation portion 39 between the pair of leak-proof cuffs 3 and 3 is a region sandwiched between the bent portion 33 of one leak-proof cuff 3 and the bent portion 33 of the other leak-proof cuff 3. The above-mentioned "diaper 1 (absorbent article) unfolded and stretched state" means that the diaper 1 is in the unfolded state as shown in FIG. 1, and the unfolded state of the diaper 1 is designed by stretching the elastic members of each part. (Same as the dimensions when expanded in a plane with the influence of elastic members completely eliminated). Normally, the upright portion 32 does not stand up and falls down in the unfolded and extended state of the diaper 1, but in FIG. 2, which shows the same state, the upright portion 32 is upright from the viewpoint of easy explanation.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of (specifically, four) elastic members 36 for forming leak-proof cuffs are stretchable in the vertical direction X in the second standing portion 35 in the horizontal direction Y. They are arranged side by side. The portion of the second standing portion 35 in which the elastic member 36 for forming a leak-proof cuff is fixed in a state in which it can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction X has elasticity in the vertical direction X. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the second upright portion 35 is configured to include a portion in which the side sheet 30 is folded in two in the lateral direction Y to form a two-layer structure, and the two-layer structure is formed. A plurality of (4) thread-shaped elastic members 36 for forming leak-proof cuffs are fixed side by side in the horizontal direction Y in a stretched state in the vertical direction X between the two sheets 30 and 30 constituting the above. Each elastic member 36 is arranged in a state where it can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction X. The free end 32a of the upright portion 32 is located at the fold in half on the side sheet 30. The elastic member 36 for forming a leak-proof cuff is preferably thread-shaped, but may be strip-shaped instead. Further, the number of the elastic members 36 for forming the leakage-proof cuff is not particularly limited as long as it is two or more.

The leak-proof cuff 3 is typically manufactured by fixing the leak-proof cuff forming elastic member 36 to the side sheet 30 in an stretched state and then releasing the stretched state. Due to this, there are many wrinkles on the surface of the second upright portion 35 that can come into contact with the skin of the wearer of the diaper 1. The wrinkles on the surface of the second standing portion 35 are arranged substantially regularly intermittently in the vertical direction X.

The upright portion 32 is preferably present at least in the inseam M. This is because the part of the diaper 1 where excrement is concentrated and lateral leakage is particularly problematic is the inseam M. As shown in FIG. 1, the standing portion 32 of the present embodiment extends over the entire length of the crotch portion M in the longitudinal direction X, and further extends to both the ventral side portion F and the dorsal side portion R.

As shown in FIG. 1, standing blocking portions 37 are formed on both outer sides of the standing portions 32 of the pair of leak-proof cuffs 3 and 3 in the vertical direction X. The upright portion 32 is sandwiched between an upright inhibition portion 37 on one end side (ventral side F side) and an upright inhibition portion 37 on the other end side (dorsal side R side) in the longitudinal direction X. In the standing-inhibiting portion 37, a portion of the side sheet 30 that exists at the same position as the standing portion 32 (that is, a non-fixed portion with another member) in the lateral direction Y overlaps with the absorber 23 in a plan view. It is fixed to the member (the surface sheet 21 in the present embodiment) so that the standing portion 37 does not stand even if the standing portion 32 stands up.

When the diaper 1 is worn, the standing portions 32 (first standing portion 34 and second standing portion 35) of each of the pair of leak-proof cuffs 3 and 3 are arranged in the second standing portion 35 to form an elastic member for forming a leak-proof cuff. Due to the contraction force of 36, the base end portion 31 stands up as shown in FIG. 2, thereby at least on both sides of the absorbent body 2 in the inseam M along the vertical direction X of the skin-facing surface. A pair of leak-proof walls composed of the upright portions 32 are formed. This pair of leak-proof walls blocks excrement such as urine and feces excreted on the skin-facing surface of the diaper 1 and prevents the excrement from leaking to the outside of the diaper 1 in the lateral direction Y, so-called lateral leakage. To do.

Further, when the diaper 1 is worn, the central portion (the portion including the inseam M) of the diaper 1 which is the arrangement portion of the elastic member 36 is not formed due to the contraction force of the elastic member 36 for forming the leak-proof cuff. The diaper 1 is curved so as to be convex on the skin-facing surface side (back surface sheet 22 side), in other words, concave on the skin-facing surface side (front surface sheet 21 side). In this way, the diaper 1 is transformed into a boat shape as a whole. Since such a boat-shaped diaper 1 easily follows the shape of the crotch portion of the wearer, the second standing portion 35 of the standing portion 32 in the standing state of the diaper 1 fits well to the wearer's skin and adheres to the skin. As a result, the lateral leakage prevention function of the leakage prevention cuff 3 can be effectively exhibited.

Each of the pair of leg cuffs 41 and 41 includes a side sheet 30 and a plurality of leg cuff forming elastic members 42 arranged on the side sheet 30. As shown in FIG. 2, the leg cuff 41 of the present embodiment is further configured to include a back surface sheet 22, and also includes two thread-like elastic members 42 for forming the leg cuff. A plurality of (two) thread-shaped elastic members 42 for forming leg cuffs are expandable and contractable in the vertical direction X outside the base end portion 31 of the leakage-proof cuff 3, which will be described later, in the horizontal direction Y. They are arranged side by side. Each of the plurality of leg cuff forming elastic members 42 is extended in the vertical direction X over the entire length of the vertical direction X of the inseam M, and becomes a sheet-like member constituting the side flap portion 4 such as the side sheet 30. By being fixed, it is in a state where it can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction X. With such a configuration, when the diaper 1 is worn, the leg cuff 41 contracts due to the contraction force of the leg cuff forming elastic member 42, and can fit around the wearer's legs. The elastic member 42 for forming the leg cuff is preferably thread-shaped, but may be strip-shaped instead. Further, the number of elastic members 42 for forming leg cuffs is not particularly limited as long as it is two or more.

In the diaper 1, the length of each of the leak-proof cuff 3 (second standing portion 35) and the leg cuff 41 in the vertical direction X is referred to as the "cuff vertical length", and both cuffs 3 and 41 are in the maximum extended state. When the length of the cuff in the vertical direction is 100, it is characterized by satisfying both (A) and (B) below. In this way, the "cuff vertical length" is the relative vertical length of the cuff based on the vertical length of the cuff in the maximum extended state, and is typically the said. It is the shortest when the cuff is in the natural state (when no external force is applied), but it does not become zero.

(A) The contraction stress σ 70 35 per one elastic member 36 for forming a leak-proof cuff of the second standing portion 35 at a cuff vertical length of 70 is the leg cuff 41 at a cuff vertical length of 70. It is smaller than the contraction stress σ 70 41 per leg cuff forming elastic member 42.
(B) The total contraction stress σ 70 35W of the second standing portion 35 when the cuff length is 70 is larger than the total contraction stress σ 70 41W of the leg cuff 41 when the cuff length is 70. ..
Each of the above-mentioned contraction stresses is measured by the following method using a measurement sample prepared by the following method.

<Preparation of measurement sample>
First, the diaper 1 (absorbent article) is cut over the entire length of the vertical direction X so as to include two types of cuffs (leakage-proof cuff 3 (second standing portion 35), leg cuff 41) to be contrasted, and the first section is formed. To get. The cutting for obtaining this first section may be performed, for example, by bisecting the diaper 1 in the lateral direction Y. In the first section, when the second standing portion 35 (the portion extending from the bent portion 33 to the free end 32a) of the leakage-proof cuff 3 and the second standing portion 35 are virtually extended outward in both the vertical directions X. (In the diaper 1 shown in FIG. 1, the standing-inhibiting portion 37) and the extending region when the leg cuff 41 and the second standing portion 35 are virtually extended to both outer sides in the vertical direction X are included.
Next, in the first section, a portion in which the elastic members (elastic member 36 for forming a leak-proof cuff, elastic member 42 for forming a leg cuff) are arranged in an elongated state in the vertical direction X is cut, and in an expanded and extended state. A second section having a rectangular shape in a plan view having a length of 100 mm in the vertical direction X is obtained. The second section is a portion of the diaper 1 that has elasticity in the longitudinal direction X, and is typically a portion located at the inseam M.
Then, the second section is cut in the lateral direction Y along each of the plurality of elastic members arranged in the second section, and the same number of measurement samples as the number of elastic members included in the second section are obtained. obtain. Each of the plurality of measurement samples obtained in this manner includes one elastic member (leakage-proof cuff forming elastic member 36 or leg cuff forming elastic member 42) and a sheet to which the elastic member is fixed, and is longitudinal. The directional length (length of the vertical direction X) is 100 mm. This sheet is a side sheet 30 when the elastic member included in the measurement sample is the leak-proof cuff forming elastic member 36 when the second section is cut from the diaper 1 shown in FIG. When the elastic member included in the measurement sample is the leg cuff forming elastic member 42, it is the side sheet 30 and the back surface sheet 22.

<Measurement method of contraction stress>
Longitudinal direction of the measurement sample By sandwiching both ends of the Tencilon universal testing machine (RTC-1210A) manufactured by ORIENTEC Co., Ltd. between the chucks and widening the distance between the chucks at a speed of 300 mm / min, the measurement sample can be spread in the longitudinal direction (RTC-1210A). After stretching in the vertical direction X) until the maximum stretching state is reached, the distance between the chucks is narrowed at a speed of 300 mm / min to shrink the measurement sample to a predetermined length, and the stress (shrinking stress) (unit) at that time. : N) is measured. As described above, the stresses σ 70 35 and σ 70 41 to be measured are contraction stresses having a length of 70 when the length in the vertical direction of the cuff in the maximum extension state is 100, respectively. In the measurement, the measurement sample is contracted from the maximum extension state corresponding to the cuff vertical length 100 to the length corresponding to the cuff vertical length 70. The contraction stress was measured by the above method for each of a plurality of measurement samples prepared from the leakage-proof cuff 3 (second standing portion 35), and the average value of the plurality of measured values was set to "shrinkage stress σ 70 35" (cuff vertical direction). The contraction stress per one of the leak-proof cuff forming elastic members 36 of the second upright portion 35 at a length of 70), and the sum of the plurality of measured values is "contraction stress σ 70 35 W" (cuff longitudinal length). The total contraction stress of the second standing portion 35 at 70). Further, the stress is measured for each of the plurality of measurement samples prepared from the leg cuff 41 by the above method, and the average value of the plurality of measured values is "contraction stress σ 70 41" (the leg cuff 41 having a length 70 in the vertical direction of the cuff). The contraction stress per leg cuff forming elastic member 42), and the sum of the plurality of measured values is defined as “stress σ 70 41 W” (the total contraction stress of the leg cuff 41 at the cuff longitudinal length 70).

For example, in the form shown in FIG. 2, four elastic members 36 for forming a leak-proof cuff are arranged on the second standing portion 35, and therefore, four elastic members 36 from the second standing portion 35 are arranged by the above method. By preparing four measurement samples corresponding to the above, measuring the contraction stress at a length corresponding to the cuff longitudinal length 70 of each of the four measurement samples, and calculating the average value of the four measurement values. The contraction stress σ 70 35 is obtained, and the contraction stress σ 70 35 W can be obtained by adding up the four measured values. Further, in the form shown in FIG. 2, since two elastic members 42 for forming leg cuffs are arranged on the leg cuff 41, two measurement samples corresponding to the two elastic members 42 from the leg cuff 41 by the above method. , And the contraction stress at the length corresponding to the cuff longitudinal length 70 of each of the two measurement samples is measured, and the contraction stress σ 70 41 is obtained by calculating the average value of the two measurement values. The contraction stress σ 70 41 W can be obtained by summing the two measured values.

As described above, each of the above stresses (σ 70 35, σ 70 35 W, σ 70 41, σ 70 41 W) is in the maximum extension state of the cuff (second standing portion 35 of the leakage-proof cuff 3, leg cuff 41). When the length of the vertical direction X (the vertical length of the cuff) is 100, the contraction stress when the vertical length of the cuff is 70. This "length of the cuff 70" is It corresponds to the average longitudinal length of the leak-proof cuff and leg cuff when wearing this type of absorbent article (disposable diaper). The reason why each of the above stresses is not the stress in the process of extending the cuff (elongation stress) but the stress in the process of contracting the cuff from the maximum extension state (contraction stress) is This is because the operation performed by the person who intends to wear the diaper is taken into consideration. That is, when the diaper is worn, each part of the diaper is usually stretched and then fitted to the body shape. Therefore, the diaper changes from the stretched state to the contracted state, and the measurement is performed in order to respond to the change in the state of the diaper when the diaper is worn. In the method, the measurement sample was changed from the stretched state to the contracted state, and the contraction stress in the process was measured.

The technical significance of the magnitude relationship of "shrinkage stress σ 70 35 <shrinkage stress σ 70 41" defined in (A) above is mainly the prevention of forming the second standing portion 35 in contact with the skin of the wearer of the diaper 1. By suppressing the contraction stress (σ 70 35) per one of the leak cuff forming elastic members 36, it is possible to prevent the skin of the wearer of the diaper 1 from being marked by the tightening of the elastic members 36. However, if the contraction stress of the second standing portion 35 as a whole is lowered more than necessary, it becomes difficult for the second standing portion 35 to fit the wearer's skin, and the lateral leakage prevention performance of the leak-proof cuff 3 is lowered. It leads to. Therefore, in the diaper 1, in addition to the above (A), the above (B) is further satisfied. That is, by establishing the shrinkage stress σ 70 35 <shrinkage stress σ 70 41, the shrinkage stress σ 70 35W> shrinkage stress while making it difficult for the wearer's skin to be marked by tightening the leakage-proof cuff forming elastic member 36. By establishing σ 70 41W, the contraction stress of the second standing portion 35 as a whole was prevented from being lowered too much. Therefore, according to the diaper 1, the second standing portion 35 of the leak-proof cuff 3 has an appropriate tightening strength that does not leave a mark of the elastic member 36 for forming the leak-proof cuff when worn, and fits the wearer's skin. Since it adheres well, lateral leakage is effectively prevented.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, when the leak-proof cuff 3 wears the diaper 1, the first standing portion 34 extends from the base end portion 31 to the bent portion 33 from the outside to the inside in the lateral direction Y, and the second standing portion 34. In the case where the 35 extends outward from the bent portion 33 in the lateral direction Y, it has the following features by satisfying the above (A) and (B). That is, according to such a form, when the vertical length of the cuff is 70, the contraction stress of the leg cuff 41 becomes difficult to work so as to shrink the leak-proof cuff 3, so that the standing property of the leak-proof cuff 3 is lowered. Inconveniences such as irregular wrinkles are less likely to occur in the upright portion 35, and as a result, the adhesion of the second upright portion 35 to the wearer's skin is likely to be maintained, and lateral leakage of excrement fluid is further increased. Can be effectively prevented.

Further, when the length of the cuff is 70 in the vertical direction, as shown in FIG. 2 when the diaper 1 is worn, the cuff is for forming a leak-proof cuff located on the outermost side of the lateral direction Y in the second standing portion 35 of the leak-proof cuff 3. It is preferable that the elastic member 36b is located inside the lateral direction Y rather than the plurality of leg cuff forming elastic members 42 located at the innermost side in the lateral direction Y (indicated by reference numeral 42a in the drawing). The positional relationship of the elastic members 36b, 42a referred to here is the same side when the elastic members 36b, 42a divide the diaper 1 into two equal parts in the lateral direction (for example, the diaper 1 shown in FIG. 2). This is the case when it is located on the right side or the left side with the center of the lateral direction Y as the boundary. With such a configuration, when the length in the vertical direction of the cuff is 70, the contraction stress per elastic member is higher in the leg cuff forming elastic member 42 than in the leak-proof cuff forming elastic member 36, that is, Even if the diaper 1 satisfies the above (A), the influence of the (A) on the standing property of the first standing portion 34 of the leak-proof cuff 3 is further suppressed, so that the above (A) and (B) are used. In addition to the action and effect, the adhesion between the wearer's skin and the leak-proof cuff 3 can be easily maintained, and the effect of preventing lateral leakage of the excrement liquid can be achieved more effectively.

FIG. 3 shows an example of a graph showing the relationship between the vertical length of the cuff and the contraction stress (σ35W, σ41W) for the entire second standing portion 35 of the leakage-proof cuff 3 and the entire leg cuff 41. .. In the present invention, as defined in (B) above, regarding the overall contraction stress of the cuffs 3 and 41, when at least the length in the vertical direction of the cuff is 70, "the contraction stress of the second standing portion 35> the contraction stress of the leg cuff 41". It suffices if the magnitude relationship of "shrinkage stress" is established. On the other hand, in the example shown in FIG. 3, such a magnitude relationship is always established regardless of the length of the cuff in the vertical direction. In the present invention, the magnitude relationship of the contraction stress is as shown in the graph shown in FIG. 3, that is, not only when the cuff longitudinal length is 70 but also in other cases, "contraction stress σ 70 35W> contraction stress". A form in which "σ 70 41 W" is established is included.

The ratio of the shrinkage stress σ 70 35W to the shrinkage stress σ 70 41W (σ 70 35W / σ 70 41W) is preferably more than 1, more preferably 1.25 or more, and preferably 6 or less, more preferably 5 or less. is there.
The contraction stress σ 70 35W (the total contraction stress of the second standing portion 35 at the length 70 in the vertical direction of the cuff) is preferably 0.1 N or more, more preferably 0.2 N or more, and preferably 0.6 N or less. , More preferably 0.5 N or less.
The shrinkage stress σ 70 41W (the total shrinkage stress of the leg cuff 41 at the cuff longitudinal length 70) is preferably 0.05 N or more, more preferably 0.1 N or more, and preferably 0.5 N or less, more preferably. Is 0.4 N or less.

Satisfying both (A) and (B) is the type (composition of forming material), thickness, elongation rate, and joint length of the elastic member 36 for forming a leak-proof cuff and the elastic member 42 for forming a leg cuff. It is possible by making one or more different types such as (the length of a portion of the elastic member joined to another member by an adhesive or the like). As an example of the configuration satisfying the shrinkage stress σ 70 35 <shrinkage stress σ 70 41, the diameter of the leak-proof cuff forming elastic member 36 is smaller than that of the leg cuff forming elastic member 42. Then, in order to satisfy the contraction stress σ 70 35W> contraction stress σ 70 41W in such a configuration, the number of arrangements of the leakage-proof cuff forming elastic members 36 in the second standing portion 35 is set, and the leg cuff forming elastic members in the leg cuff 41 are arranged. It may be more than the number of arrangements of 42. In the form shown in FIG. 2, for forming the leakage-proof cuff of the second standing portion on both one side and the other side with reference to a virtual center line (not shown) that bisects the diaper 1 in the lateral direction Y. While the number of elastic members arranged is 4, the number of arranged elastic members for forming leg cuffs is 2, and the former is larger than the latter.

In addition to satisfying both (A) and (B), when the cuff vertical length is in the range of less than the specific value and in the range where the cuff vertical length exceeds the specific value and is 100 or less. The magnitude relationship between the contraction stress σ35 per piece of the leak-proof cuff forming elastic member 36 of the second standing portion 35 and the contraction stress σ41 per leg cuff forming elastic member 42 of the leg cuff 41. Is preferably different. That is, when the cuff vertical length is in the range of 0 or more and less than a specific value, the magnitude relationship of "shrinkage stress σ35 <shrinkage stress σ41" or "shrinkage stress σ35> shrinkage stress σ41" is established, and the cuff vertical length is long. When the value exceeds the specific value and is in the range of 100 or less, it is preferable that the magnitude relationship opposite to that when the cuff vertical length is in the range of 0 or more and the specific value or less is established. With such a configuration, when the cuff vertical length is relatively small, the leak-proof cuff 3 (second standing portion 35) and the leg cuff 41, which has a relatively large contraction stress, contracts first and the wearer wears it. It comes into close contact with the skin with good fit, and in combination with the action and effect of satisfying both (A) and (B), lateral leakage can be prevented more effectively.

In particular, when the cuff vertical length is within a range less than a specific value (that is, when the cuff vertical length is relatively small), the magnitude relationship of "shrinkage stress σ35> shrinkage stress σ41" is established, and the cuff vertical direction When the length exceeds a specific value and is in the range of 100 or less (that is, when the cuff vertical length is relatively large), it is preferable that the magnitude relationship of "shrinkage stress σ35 <shrinkage stress σ41" is established. The graph shown in FIG. 4 is an example of such a preferable form. In the graph shown in FIG. 4, both the contraction stress σ35 per elastic member of the second standing portion 35 of the leakage-proof cuff 3 and the contraction stress σ41 per elastic member of the leg cuff 41 are accompanied by an increase in the amount of elongation. However, the rate of increase is different between the two. Specifically, since the contraction stress σ35 has a small slope of the graph and a small increase rate, the value of the contraction stress σ35 does not increase significantly even if the length in the vertical direction of the cuff is greatly increased. In contrast, since the contraction stress σ41 has a large slope of the graph and a large increase rate, the value of the contraction stress σ41 also greatly increases when the length in the vertical direction of the cuff is greatly increased. As a result, when the cuff vertical length is a specific value Q, the values of the contraction stress σ35 and the contraction stress σ41 match, and when the cuff vertical length is larger than that, the magnitude of the contraction stress σ35 and the contraction stress σ41 becomes large or small. The relationship is reversed, and the contraction stress σ41 becomes larger than the contraction stress σ35. Since the contraction stress σ35 and the contraction stress σ41 are in a relationship as shown in FIG. 4, the second standing portion 35 contracts before the leg cuff 41, and as a result, the leakage-proof cuff 3 (standing portion 32) ) Is improved, and the leg cuff 41 can fit around the wearer's legs with good fit.

When the contraction stress σ35 and the contraction stress σ41 satisfy the relationship as shown in FIG. 4, the magnitude relationship between the contraction stress σ35 and the contraction stress σ41 is reversed, and the specific value Q of the cuff longitudinal length (shrinkage stress σ35 and contraction stress) The cuff vertical length) when the values with σ41 match is preferably less than 70. As a result, the action and effect of satisfying both (A) and (B) can be more reliably achieved. The specific value Q is preferably a numerical value in the range of 30 or more and 69 or less, and more preferably a numerical value in the range of 40 or more and 60 or less.

As an example of a form in which the contraction stress σ35 and the contraction stress σ41 satisfy the relationship as shown in FIG. 4, “The leak-proof cuff forming elastic member 36 has a smaller diameter and a higher elongation rate than the leg cuff forming elastic member 42. Form ”. In such a form, the ratio of the diameter of the leak-proof cuff forming elastic member 36 to the diameter of the leg cuff forming elastic member 42 (diameter of the elastic member 36 / diameter of the elastic member 42) is preferably 0.2 or more. It is preferably 0.3 or more, preferably 0.9 or less, and more preferably 0.8 or less.

When the cuff vertical length is 70, among a plurality of (four in this embodiment) leak-proof cuff forming elastic members 36 in the second standing portion 35, those located at the innermost side in the lateral direction Y ( The contraction stress σ 70 35a of the portion (hereinafter, also referred to as “the innermost portion of the second standing portion”) corresponding to the portion (indicated by reference numeral 36a in the figure) is the plurality of leakage-proof cuffs in the second standing portion 35. The portion (hereinafter, also referred to as "the outermost portion of the second standing portion") corresponding to the elastic member 36 for forming, which is located on the outermost side in the lateral direction Y (indicated by reference numeral 36b in the figure). It is preferable that the shrinkage stress σ 70 35b is equal to or larger than that. Here, the "portion corresponding to the elastic member 36a or 36b for forming a leak-proof cuff in the second standing portion 35" means a portion of the second standing portion 35 that overlaps with the elastic member 36a or 36b in a plan view. .. As described above, when the cuff vertical length is 70 in the second standing portion 35, the elastic member 36a for forming the leak-proof cuff located in the innermost portion of the second standing portion (innermost in the horizontal direction Y). The contraction stress σ 70 35a of the arrangement portion) is equivalent to the contraction stress σ 70 35b of the outermost portion of the second standing portion (the arrangement portion of the elastic member 36b for forming the leak-proof cuff located on the outermost side in the lateral direction Y). As a result, the entire second standing portion 35 comes into surface contact with the wearer's skin, and the fit of the leak-proof cuff 3 can be further improved.

FIG. 5 shows the cuff vertical direction for each of the innermost portion of the second standing portion (the portion overlapping the elastic member 36a in a plan view) and the outermost portion of the second standing portion (the portion overlapping the elastic member 36b in a plan view). An example of a graph showing the relationship between the length and the contraction stress (σ35a, σ35b) is shown. As described above, when the cuff vertical length is at least 70, the magnitude relationship of "shrinkage stress σ35a of the innermost part of the second standing part ≥ contraction stress σ35b of the outermost part of the second standing part" is established. However, as in the example shown in FIG. 5, it is more preferable that such a magnitude relationship is always established regardless of the length of the cuff in the vertical direction.

収縮応力σ7035a(カフ縦方向長さ70での第2起立部35における複数の防漏カフ形成用弾性部材36のうちの横方向Yの最内方に位置するものに対応する部分の収縮応力)は、好ましくは0.03N以上、より好ましくは0.06N以上、そして、好ましくは0.15N以下、より好ましくは0.12N以下である。
収縮応力σ7035b(カフ縦方向長さ70での第2起立部35における複数の防漏カフ形成用弾性部材36のうちの横方向Yの最外方に位置するものに対応する部分の収縮応力)は、好ましくは0.02N以上、より好ましくは0.05N以上、そして、好ましくは0.14N以下、より好ましくは0.11N以下である。
The ratio of the shrinkage stress σ 70 35a to the shrinkage stress σ 70 35b (σ 70 35a / σ 70 35b) is preferably 1 or more, more preferably 1.05 or more, and preferably 3 or less, more preferably 2 or less. is there.
Shrinkage stress σ 70 35a (shrinkage of a portion of a plurality of leakage-proof cuff-forming elastic members 36 in the second standing portion 35 having a length 70 in the vertical direction of the cuff, which is located in the innermost direction in the lateral direction Y. The stress) is preferably 0.03 N or more, more preferably 0.06 N or more, and preferably 0.15 N or less, more preferably 0.12 N or less.
Shrinkage stress σ 70 35b (shrinkage of a portion of a plurality of leakage-proof cuff-forming elastic members 36 in the second standing portion 35 at a length of 70 in the vertical direction of the cuff, which is located on the outermost side in the lateral direction Y.
