Description

The present invention relates to a container with a lid.

Conventionally, a container with a lid such as a trash can that can contain the odor of the contained material in the container and can seal the inside of the container so as not to leak the contained material from the container has been known. In this container with a lid, the container body having an opening, the lid that opens and closes the opening of the container body, and the container body and the lid are sandwiched between the container body and the lid. It has a packing for sealing and an engaging mechanism that engages one of the container body and the lid body with the other to hold the lid body in a closed state with respect to the container body.

The container with a lid described in Patent Document 1 has, as an engaging mechanism, a hinge portion for connecting the container body and the lid, and an engaging portion for engaging with the container body and holding the lid in a closed state. have. In this trash can, the packing is housed in the groove so that the entire packing fits in the depth direction of the annular groove provided in the lid. The container body is provided with an annular ridge for sandwiching the packing with the lid. When the lid of the trash can is closed and the engaging portion is engaged with the container body, the space between the container body and the lid is sealed with the packing sandwiched.

In the trash can disclosed in Patent Document 1, the packing is sandwiched from both sides by the inner side surface of the groove provided in the lid body. Therefore, lateral deformation is restricted by the inner surface of the packing groove sandwiched between the lid and the ridge. Further, in the portion away from the hinge portion and the engaging portion, the force for pinching the ridge is smaller than that in the portion close to the hinge portion or the engaging portion, so that the deformation of the packing is further restricted. Therefore, in the trash can disclosed in Patent Document 1, there is a possibility that a portion that is difficult to adhere to the ridge and the packing is formed, and the space between the container body and the lid cannot be sufficiently sealed.

Further, as described above, since the packing is housed in the groove so that the entire packing fits in the groove provided on the lid, it is difficult to pick it up or hook a finger, and it is difficult to remove the packing from the groove. There is also the problem.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and the sealing member can sufficiently seal between the container body and the lid, and the sealing member can be easily removed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container with a lid.

As a result of various studies, the present inventor has found that the above object can be achieved by the following invention.

The container with a lid according to one aspect of the present invention includes a container body having an opening, a lid that can open and close the opening of the container body, and a first body of either the container body or the lid. It is possible to seal between the container body and the lid by being sandwiched between the groove provided in the container and the protrusion provided on the second body of either the container body and the lid. The sealing member includes a sealing member and an engaging mechanism that holds the container body and the lid in an engaged state with the sealing member sandwiched between the groove and the protrusion. It has an accommodating portion accommodated in the groove portion and a deformed portion provided on the outside in the depth direction of the groove portion.

In the above-mentioned container with a lid, since the deformed portion of the sealing member is opened in the width direction of the groove portion, the deformed portion can be easily deformed when the sealing member is sandwiched between the groove portion and the protrusion portion. Therefore, it is difficult to form a portion that is difficult to adhere between the protrusion and the sealing member, and the space between the container body and the lid can be sufficiently sealed. Further, since the deformed portion is provided on the outside of the groove portion, it is easy to pinch and the sealing member can be easily removed from the groove portion.

In the container with a lid, the deformed portion may be hollow.

In this aspect, the deformed portion is more easily deformed than the case where the deformed portion is solid, and it is possible to make it more difficult to form a portion that is difficult to adhere between the protrusion and the sealing member.

In the container with a lid, the first body has an outer wall extending from the outer edge of the groove to the second body side, and the outer wall extends from the outer edge of the groove to the end face of the deformed portion or. The deformed portion may extend from the end surface to the second body side to support the deformed portion from the outside, and the deformed portion may be open to the inside.

In this aspect, the deformed portion is supported from the outside by the outer wall, and the deforming direction of the sealing member sandwiched between the protrusions can be limited to the inside. As a result, the space between the container body and the lid can be sealed more stably than when the deformation direction of the deformed portion varies inward and outward.

In the container with a lid, the protrusion may sandwich the deformed portion inside the center of the deformed portion in the width direction.

In this embodiment, the radius of rotation of the deformed portion centered on the outer portion of the deformed portion generated by being sandwiched between the protrusions is increased, and the portion sandwiched between the protrusions is closer to the end portion of the deformed portion in the deformation direction. .. Therefore, the deformed portion can be deformed even with a smaller force than when the deformed portion is sandwiched outside the center in the width direction of the deformed portion, and the container body and the lid can be sealed more stably. Can be done.

In the container with a lid, the deformed portion may have a width wider than the width of the groove portion.

In this aspect, the deformed portion can be deformed with a smaller force than when the width of the radial portion is equal to or less than the width of the groove portion, and the space between the container body and the lid can be sealed more stably.

In the container with a lid, the contained portion may be solid.

In this aspect, since the accommodation portion has a higher rigidity than the case where the accommodation portion is hollow, the accommodation portion can be easily accommodated in the groove portion.

In the container with a lid, a tapered portion may be formed at an end portion of the contained portion opposite to the deformed portion.

In this aspect, the accommodated portion can be more easily accommodated in the groove portion.

In the container with a lid, the first body may be the lid body and the second body may be the container body.

In this aspect, the container body can have a simple structure without grooves and provided with protrusions, and the container body can be easily cleaned.

In the container with a lid, the engaging mechanism includes a hinge portion that connects the lid to the container body so as to be rotatable around a predetermined axis so as to close the opening from the open side, and the above. It may have an engaging portion provided on the container body and engaged with the lid so as to hold the lid in a closed state with respect to the container body.

In this aspect, the lid is connected to the container body by the hinge portion, and the container body and the lid can be engaged with each other by at least one engaging portion. Therefore, the space between the container body and the lid can be easily sealed.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a container with a lid, which can sufficiently seal between the container body and the lid by the sealing member and can easily remove the sealing member.

As shown in FIG. 7, the first accommodating portion 21 is a tubular portion provided on the outer surface of the side plate 2a in the + Y direction of the container body 2 and having openings at the top and bottom. The urging unit 5 is inserted into the first accommodating portion 21 through the lower opening 21a. On the side wall in the + Y direction of the first accommodating portion 21, a first through hole (engagement unit engaging portion) 21c that engages with the urging unit 5 and a second through hole 21b are provided in this order from the upper side. Has been done. A pair of insertion holes 21d into which the protrusions 6a of the cover 6 described later can be inserted are provided on both sides of the second through hole 21b in the X direction.

(Agitation unit)
The urging unit 5 includes a first member 51 attached to the container body 2, a second member 52 rotatably connected to the first member 51 with respect to the first member 51, and a first member. It has an urging member 53 that urges the member 51 in a direction in which the second member 52 is opened. The second member 52 is rotatable with respect to the first member 51 around a second axis parallel to the first axis (parallel in the X direction), which is the rotation axis of the lid 3.

As shown in FIG. 4, the first member 51 has a bottom surface and three side walls extending upward from the bottom surface. Of the three side walls, two side walls facing each other in the X direction are provided with a first shaft 51a extending outward in the X direction and to which a second member 52 can be attached, and an urging member 53 extending inward in the X direction. A second shaft 51b that can be attached is provided. The central axes of the first axis 51a and the second axis 51b both coincide with the second axis.

Of the three side walls, the side wall perpendicular to the Y direction of the first member 51 is formed with an arm portion 51d that functions as a leaf spring by means of grooves provided around the side wall. The arm portion 51d can rotate in the Y direction about the upper end, and the lower end of the arm portion 51d can engage with the first through hole 21c and the second through hole 21b of the first accommodating portion 21. A protrusion 51e is provided. The protrusion 51e has a shape that extends from the upper side to the lower side. Further, recesses 51c are provided on both sides of the lower end of the side wall perpendicular to the Y direction in the X direction so that the protrusions 6a of the cover 6 described later can escape.

The second member 52 has a trapezoidal main body portion 52a and a pair of side walls 52b extending from both ends of the lower base of the main body portion 52a. An arm insertion hole 52d for receiving the arm of the urging member 53 is provided at the center of the lower bottom of the main body 52a in the X direction. The side wall 52b is provided with a shaft hole 52c that can be attached to the first shaft 51a of the first member 51.

The urging member 53 has a configuration in which two torsion coil springs are combined. Specifically, two coil portions 53b arranged side by side in the X direction, an arm 53a provided inside each coil portion 53b in the X direction and connecting the coil portions 53b, and the X direction of each coil portion 53b. It has two arms 53c connected to the outside. The arm 53c is provided with a first convex portion 53d formed by bending an end portion thereof and a second convex portion 53e smaller than the first convex portion 53d, respectively. When there is no load, the opening angle between the arm 53a and the arm 53c is larger than 180 °.

The method of assembling the urging unit 5 is as follows. First, the coil portion 53b of the urging member 53 is attached to each of the second shafts 51b of the first member 51. At this time, the urging member 53 is arranged so that the arm 53a is located outside the first member 51 and the arm 53c is located inside the first member. Next, the arm 53a is rotated from the state where there is no load in the direction of closing the second member 52 with respect to the first member 51, the opening angle is set to about 180 °, and the arm insertion hole 52d of the second member 52 The shaft hole 52c is attached to the first shaft 51a of the first member 51 after being inserted into the first member 51. As a result, the urging unit 5 is completed. In the urging unit 5, since the urging member 53 is in a state of receiving a load in the direction of closing the second member 52 with respect to the first member 51, the urging member 53 is always second with respect to the first member 51. The member 52 is urged in the opening direction.

Next, a method of attaching the urging unit 5 to the container body 2 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 7, the urging unit 5 is inserted from the second member 52 side through the opening 21a on the lower side of the first accommodating portion 21. When the urging unit 5 is moved upward, the lower end of the side wall facing the + Y direction of the first accommodating portion 21 comes into contact with the protrusion 51e of the first member 51, and the arm portion 51d of the first member 51 gradually becomes in contact with each other. Rotate inward. When the urging unit 5 is further moved upward, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 11, the entire protrusion 51e is housed in the second through hole 21b of the first housing part 21, and the arm part 51d is moved outward. Rotate. In this state, even if the urging unit 5 is pushed downward, the lower surface of the protrusion 51e engages with the lower surface of the second through hole 21b, and the arm portion 51d cannot rotate, so that the urging unit 5 moves downward. Can't.

In this way, the urging unit 5 is arranged in the second position. In the second position, the first shaft 51a and the second shaft 51b of the first member 51 are accommodated in the first accommodating portion 21. That is, the second axis of the urging unit 5 is accommodated in the first accommodating portion 21.

When the urging unit 5 arranged at the second position is further moved upward, the upper surface of the second through hole 21b and the protrusion 51e come into contact with each other, and the arm portion 51d of the first member 51 gradually moves inward. Rotate. When the urging unit 5 is further moved upward, as shown in FIG. 12, the entire protrusion 51e is accommodated in the first through hole 21c of the first accommodating portion 21, and the arm portion 51d rotates outward. .. Even in this state, even if the urging unit 5 is pushed downward, the lower surface of the protrusion 51e engages with the lower surface of the first through hole 21c, and the arm portion 51d cannot rotate, so that the urging unit 5 moves downward. Can't. At this time, as shown in FIG. 18A, the protrusion 51f extending in the −Y direction from the lower end of the first member 51 of the urging unit 5 engages with the inner wall 21i of the first accommodating portion 21. Therefore, the urging unit 5 cannot move upward any more.

In this way, the urging unit 5 is arranged in the first position. At the first position, the second axis of the urging unit 5 is exposed to the outside. When no force is applied, the second member 52 is opened with respect to the first member 51 by the urging force of the urging member 53.

When the urging unit 5 is arranged at the second position, the urging unit 5 is pulled out from the lower opening 21a when the user pushes the protrusion 51e through the second through hole 21b. There is a risk. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, by attaching the cover 6 that closes the second through hole 21b to the first accommodating portion 21, the urging unit 5 arranged at the second position can be pulled out. It is preventing.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, the cover 6 has a plate-shaped main body (unsigned) and protrusions 6a at both ends of the main body in the X direction, and a barb 6b is provided at the tip of the protrusion 6a. Has been done. When the protrusion 6a is inserted into the insertion hole 21d after the urging unit 5 is arranged at the second position, the return 6b engages with the inner surface of the first accommodating portion 21, and the cover 6 is fixed. As a result, access to the protrusion 51e through the second through hole 21b is prohibited. At this time, a recess 51c is provided in the portion of the first member 51 facing the protrusion 6a, so that the protrusion 6a can escape and interference between the protrusion 6a and the first member 51 can be prevented.

The first accommodating portion 21 is provided with a protective portion 21e projecting in the + Y direction so as to surround the main body portion of the cover 6. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the protruding height of the protective portion 21e is substantially the same as the thickness of the main body of the cover 6, so that it is difficult to hook a finger or a tool around the main body of the cover 6, and the cover 6 can be easily hooked. Cannot be removed.

Here, when the containers 1 with lids having different sizes are manufactured, the first member 51 and the second member 52 of the urging unit 5 can be used in common, but the size of the lid 3 is large. , It is necessary to use an urging member 53 having an urging force according to the weight. In such a case, the urging force of the urging member 53 can be distinguished by the size of the convex portion provided at the end of the arm 53c. In the urging member 53 having a certain urging force, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the second convex portion 53e in the + X direction is made smaller than the first convex portion 53d in the −X direction, and another In the urging member 53 having an urging force, as shown in FIG. 6, the urging force is distinguished by making the fourth convex portion 53g in the −X direction smaller than the third convex portion 53f in the + X direction. can do. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the first convex portion 53d can be accommodated in the portion of the container body 2 surrounded by the first accommodating portion 21 according to the size of the container 1 with a lid. A groove 21g capable of accommodating the groove 21f or the third convex portion 53f is provided. In addition, in FIGS. 5 and 6, the side wall in the + Y direction of the first accommodating portion 21 is omitted.

As a result, when an urging member 53 having an urging force corresponding to the size of the container 1 with a lid is used, when the urging unit 5 is attached, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the groove 21f is filled with the groove 21f. A third convex portion 53f is housed in the first convex portion 53d and the groove 21g, and each convex portion does not hinder the attachment of the urging unit 5. On the other hand, when an urging member 53 having an urging force that does not correspond to the size of the container 1 with a lid is used, for example, when the urging member shown in FIG. 6 is used for the container body 2 of FIG. 5, the third convex It is possible to notice that the shape portion 53f collides with the lower end of the side wall 21h, the urging unit 5 cannot be attached, and the urging member is erroneous.

(Lid)
Next, the lid 3 will be described.

16 (a) is a bottom view of the lid, and FIG. 16 (b) is a plan view of the lid. In each figure, the direction is shown with the lid 3 closed with respect to the container body 2.

As shown in FIGS. 16A and 16B, the lid 3 is provided on the top plate 3a, the lower surface of the top plate 3a, and the annular groove portion 32a to which the annular packing 7 can be attached, and the urging unit. It has a pair of second accommodating portions 31 capable of accommodating the second member 52 of 5, and a protrusion 33 capable of engaging with the engaging member 4.

At the end of the top plate 3a in the + Y direction, a side plate 35 extending in the −Z direction and having a shaft hole that extends in the −Z direction and can be inserted into the shaft 22a of the lid mounting portion 22 of the container body 2 is provided. The lid attachment portion 22 and the side plate 35 form a hinge portion that rotatably connects the container body 2 and the lid 3. A rising portion 34 rising in the + Z direction is provided at the central portion of the top plate 3a in the X direction, and a portion corresponding to the rising portion 34 on the inner surface of the top plate 3a for suppressing distortion of the top plate 3a. Reinforcing ribs 36 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 19 and the like, an outer wall 32b extending in the −Z direction (container body 2 side) is provided on the outer edge of the groove 32a. The outer wall 32b extends from the outer edge of the groove 32a to the end surface of the packing 7 in the −Z direction (the bottom plate 7c of the deformed portion 7b described later) in the −Z direction with reference to the packing 7 attached to the groove 32a. .. In the present embodiment, a portion extending in the −Z direction from the inner wall of the groove portion 32a is referred to as an “outer wall 32b”. Further, the top plate 3a is provided with a side wall 3b extending in the −Z direction so as to surround the groove portion 32a. The side wall 3b and the outer wall 32b are common except for the corners.

As shown in FIG. 16A, the second accommodating portion 31 extends from the outside (+ Y direction side) to the inside (−Y direction side) of the region surrounded by the groove portion 32a, and is surrounded by the groove portion 32a. Inside the area, the closed space is partitioned. Therefore, when the lid 3 is closed, the space between the lid 3 and the container body 2 can be sealed, and the inside of the container can be sealed. Further, since the second accommodating portion 31 and the groove portion 32a are arranged so as to overlap each other in the Z direction, the lid 3 can be made smaller than the arrangement of the second accommodating portion 31 and the groove portion 32a shifted in the Z direction. it can. Odor leaks when the inside and outside of the area surrounded by the groove 32a are communicated by the second accommodating portion 31, but the second accommodating portion partitions the closed space inside the area surrounded by the groove 32a, so that the odor is odorous. Leakage can be prevented.

When the lid 3 is attached to the container body 2, as shown in FIG. 15, the lid 3 is brought close to the urging unit 5 arranged at the first position in an upright state from above, and the second member is attached. The 52 is accommodated in the second accommodating portion 31, and the shaft 22a of the lid attachment portion 22 of the container body 2 is inserted into the shaft hole provided in the side plate 35 to be rotatably attached to the container body 2.

In the second accommodating portion 31, the second member 52 of the urging unit 5 only contacts the top plate 3a of the lid 3, and is always in contact with the top plate 3a of the second member 52 except for the portion facing the top plate 3a. There is a gap with respect to the second accommodating portion 31. When the urging unit 5 urges the lid 3, the portion of the second member 52 facing the top plate 3a comes into contact with the top plate 3a, and the urging force is transmitted to the lid 3 only from this portion. .. In the present embodiment, the second member 52 extends from the outside to the inside of the region surrounded by the groove portion 32a, and the second member 52 can have a sufficient length. Therefore, the urging force in the opening direction can be sufficiently transmitted from the second member 52 to the lid body 3, and the lid body 3 can be reliably opened by the urging unit 5.

Further, in the present embodiment, the pair of lid attachment portions 22 are provided so as to sandwich the urging unit 5, and the lid 3 can be supported on both sides of the urging portion by the urging unit 5. It is possible to reduce the strain generated in the lid body 3 attached to the lid body mounting portion 22 and suppress the formation of a gap between the lid body 3 and the container body 2.

(Engagement member)
The engaging member 4 is a square columnar member extending in the X direction, and as shown in FIG. 3, a lateral groove 4c extending in the X direction on the side wall 4b in the + Y direction and a vertical groove 4d extending downward from both ends of the lateral groove 4c. And have. As shown in FIGS. 22A and 22B, a pair of shafts 26a extending inward in the X direction from the engaging member mounting portion 26 are provided on the upper portion of the container main body 2, and the engaging member 4 is at the lower end. The portion is rotatably provided around an axis parallel to the shaft 26a in the X direction. The engaging member 4 is urged by the urging member 4a shown in FIG. 3 so that the side wall 4b in the + Y direction rotates in the + Y direction. Note that, in FIGS. 22 (a) and 22 (b), only the horizontal groove 4c is shown, and the vertical groove 4d is not shown. The protrusions 33 provided on the lid 3 have a horizontal plate 33a extending in the X direction and fitting into the horizontal groove 4c, and an inverted triangular shape extending downward from both ends of the horizontal plate 33a and fitting into the vertical groove 4d. It has a vertical plate 33b to be inserted.

In the state where the lid 3 is closed, as shown in FIG. 22A, the protrusion 33 provided on the lid 3 engages with the engaging member 4 provided on the container body 2, and the lid 3 is closed. It is held in the same state. In the present embodiment, the container body 2 and the lid 3 are held in an engaged state by the engaging member 4 and the hinge portion that rotatably connects the container body 2 and the lid 3 described above. A combination mechanism is constructed.

(Packing)
The annular packing 7 is sandwiched between the lid 3 and the container body 2 in a state where the lid 3 is closed, and seals between the lid 3 and the container body 2. As shown in FIGS. 15 and 23, the packing 7 is attached over the entire circumference of the groove 32a of the lid 3.

The packing 7 is made of elastic rubber such as silicon rubber, resin, or the like, and as shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, the packing 7 is provided in the accommodation portion 7a accommodated in the groove portion 32a and on the outer side in the depth direction of the groove portion 32a. It has a deformed portion 7b and the like. The deformed portion 7b is supported by the outer wall from the outside by the outer wall 32b provided on the outer edge of the groove portion 32a.

The accommodating portion 7a has a size in contact with the inside of the groove portion 32a. In the present embodiment, the contained portion 7a is hollow, and has a reinforcing portion 7f that connects the inner wall and the outer wall of the accommodated portion 7a to reinforce the accommodated portion 7a.

Further, the deformed portion 7b is also hollow and has a width wider than the width of the groove portion 32a. The deformed portion 7b includes a stretched portion 7e extending along the lower surface of the inner wall of the groove portion 32a, an inner wall 7d extending from the inner end portion of the stretched portion 7e toward the outside in the depth direction of the groove portion 32a, and the depth of the groove portion 32a of the inner wall 7d. It has a bottom plate 7c extending outward from the lateral outer end and an outer wall connected to the end of the bottom plate 7c. The outer wall of the deformed portion 7b is thicker than the bottom plate 7c, the inner wall 7d, and the stretched portion 7e, and the outer surface of the deformed portion 7b and the outer surface of the accommodating portion 7a are provided flat without steps.

As shown in FIG. 21 (c), when the lid 3 is closed, the protrusion 24 provided on the container body 2 sandwiches the deformed portion 7b inside the center of the deformed portion 7b in the width direction. There is.

Further, at the end portion of the accommodating portion 7a opposite to the deformed portion 7b, a tapered portion 7g whose width becomes narrower as it approaches the tip is formed.

(About the effect of fluctuations in the position of the urging unit)
When the urging unit 5 is arranged in the first position, the first shaft 51a, that is, the second rotating shaft is exposed above the first accommodating portion 21, and is the first with respect to the first member 51. The member 52 of 2 becomes rotatable, and the urging force can be transmitted from the second member 52 to the lid 3.

In the second position, since the urging unit 5 is arranged below the first position, the urging unit 5 is placed in the second position in a state where the lid 3 and the container body 2 are separated during transportation. By arranging the urging unit 5 in, damage to the urging unit 5 can be suppressed as compared with the case where the urging unit 5 is arranged in the first position. Further, in the second position, since the second axis is accommodated in the first accommodating portion 21, the second axis can be protected. Further, if the urging unit 5 is arranged at the second position, the urging unit 5 can be prevented from being damaged without removing the urging unit 5 from the container body 2, so that the urging unit 5 can be damaged. Loss can also be suppressed.

Further, in the state where the urging unit 5 is arranged at the second position, even if the container main bodies 2 are stacked as shown in FIG. 17, the urging unit 5 of the lower container main body 2 and the upper container main body 2 are stacked. The first accommodating portion 21 of the second 2 is separated from each other, and damage to the urging unit 5 can be suppressed.

The first accommodating portion 21 may accommodate the urging unit 5 so as to expose the upper end portion of the urging unit 5 arranged at the second position, that is, the tip end portion of the second member 52 to the outside. preferable. In this case, since the tip of the second member 52 of the urging unit 5 arranged at the second position can be easily picked or the finger can be hooked, the urging unit 5 is placed in the second posture. Can be easily moved from to the first posture.

(Opening and closing operation)
As the opening / closing operation of the lid body 3, first, the operation from immediately after the lid body 3 is attached to the container body 2 to the closed state will be described.

FIG. 21 is a cross-sectional view from immediately after the lid is attached to the container body to the closed state, and FIG. 21 (a) is a state immediately after the lid is attached to the container body 2 (opening angle 90 °). (B) shows a state in which the opening angle of the lid is 70 °, and FIG. (C) shows a state in which the lid is closed.

Immediately after the lid 3 is attached to the container body 2, as shown in FIG. 21A, the protrusion 23 provided on the container body 2 comes into contact with the barrier 37 provided on the lid 3, and the lid 3 The rotation is hindered. From this state, when a certain force or more is applied in the direction of closing the lid 3, the barrier 37 gradually pushes down the protrusion 23, and as shown in FIG. 21B, the lower end of the barrier 37 gets over the protrusion 23. After that, if a force exceeding the urging force of the urging unit 5 is applied in the direction of closing the lid 3, the lid 3 can be closed as shown in FIG. 21 (c). FIG. 13 shows a state in which the upper part of the container 1 with a lid with the lid 3 closed is viewed from the back.

When the lid 3 is closed, as shown in FIG. 22A, the protrusion 33 provided on the lid 3 is engaged with the engaging member 4 provided on the container body 2, and the lid 3 is closed. Is held in.

When closing the lid 3 in the open state, when the lid 3 is pushed down, the upper end of the engaging member 4 comes into contact with the vertical plate 33b of the protrusion 33, and when the lid 3 is further pushed down, the vertical plate 33b of the protrusion 33 makes contact. The side wall 4b of the engaging member 4 rotates in the −Y direction. When the lid 3 is completely closed, the protrusion 33 is fitted into the lateral groove 4c and the vertical groove 4d of the engaging member 4, the engaging member 4 is urged by the urging member 4a, and the side wall 4b rotates in the + Y direction. .. In this state, even if the lid 3 is urged in the opening direction by the urging unit 5, the lid 3 does not open because the protrusion 33 and the engaging member 4 are engaged.

When the engaging member 4 is pushed down with the lid 3 closed, the side wall 4b rotates in the −Y direction as shown in FIG. 22 (b), the engagement with the protrusion 33 is released, and the urging member 4 is urged. The urging force of the unit 5 makes it possible to rotate the lid 3 in the opening direction. When the lid 3 in the closed state is opened only by the urging force of the urging unit 5, the lower end of the barrier 37 cannot get over the protrusion, so that the lid 3 rotates at the opening angle shown in FIG. 21 (b). Stops.

(Action of packing)
Next, the action of the packing in the container with a lid of the present embodiment will be described.

When the lid 3 is closed with respect to the container body 2, the container body 2 and the lid 3 are held by the engaging mechanism with the packing 7 sandwiched between the protrusion 24 and the groove 32a. At this time, the deformed portion 7b of the packing 7 is deformed and comes into close contact with the protruding portion 24, and the space between the container body 2 and the lid 3 is sealed.

In the present embodiment, the deformed portion 7b of the packing 7 is supported from the outside by the outer wall 32b and is opened to the inside in the width direction of the groove portion 32a. Therefore, when the packing 7 is sandwiched between the groove portion 32a and the protrusion portion 24, the deformation direction of the deformed portion 7b is limited to the inside. As a result, as compared with the case where the deformation direction of the deformed portion 7b varies inward and outward, it is difficult to form a portion that is difficult to adhere between the protrusion 24 and the packing 7, and the space between the container body 2 and the lid 3 is stable. Can be sealed. Further, since the deformed portion 7b is provided on the outside of the groove portion 32a, it is easy to pinch and the packing 7 can be easily removed from the groove portion 32a. In addition, the outer wall 32b makes it possible to prevent the contained matter and its odor from leaking out of the container.

In the present embodiment, the deformed portion 7b is hollow and more easily deformed than when it is solid, so that it is possible to make it more difficult for a portion that is difficult to adhere between the protrusion 24 and the packing 7 to occur.

Further, when the deformed portion 7b is sandwiched between the protruding portions 24, the deformed portion 7b rotates around the outer portion of the deformed portion 7b supported by the outer wall 32b as a central axis. In the present embodiment, the outer wall of the deformed portion 7b is thicker than the bottom plate 7c, the inner wall 7d, and the stretched portion 7e, and is less likely to be deformed than these portions, so that the central axis of rotation of the deformed portion 7b is less likely to shake. Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 21 (c) and the like, the protrusion 24 sandwiches the deformed portion inside the center of the deformed portion 7b in the width direction, and the deformed portion 7b is formed in the groove portion 32a. It has a width wider than the width. Therefore, the radius of rotation of the deformed portion 7b is larger than when the deformed portion 7b is sandwiched outside the center of the deformed portion 7b in the width direction and when the width of the deformed portion 7b is equal to or less than the width of the groove portion 32a. Further, the portion sandwiched between the protrusions 24 is closer to the end of the deformation portion 7b in the deformation direction (inward direction). From these facts, the deformed portion 7b can be deformed even with a smaller force than when the deformed portion 7b is sandwiched outside the center of the deformed portion 7b in the width direction, and the container body and the lid can be more stably connected to each other. The space can be sealed.

In the present embodiment, the accommodating portion 7a of the packing 7 is hollow, but since the reinforcing portion 7f is provided inside the accommodating portion 7a, it is difficult to be crushed inside the groove portion 32a. Further, the accommodating portion 7a may be solid. If the housed portion 7a is solid, the rigidity is higher than when it is hollow, so that the housed portion 7a can be easily housed in the groove portion 32a.

In the present embodiment, a tapered portion 7g is formed at the end of the accommodating portion 7a opposite to the deformed portion 7b, and the accommodating portion 7a can be more easily accommodated in the groove portion 32a.

(Modification example)
In the present embodiment, the lid 3 is the first body provided with the groove 32a, and the container body 2 is the second body provided with the protrusion 24, but the container body 2 is provided with the groove to be the first body. , The lid 3 may be provided with a protrusion to form a second body. However, when the container body 2 is provided with the protrusion 24, the container body 2 can have a simpler structure than when the groove portion is provided, and the container body 2 can be easily cleaned.

Further, in the present embodiment, the engaging member is provided on the container body 2, but it may be provided on the lid 3.

Further, in the present embodiment, the engaging mechanism is composed of a hinge portion and an engaging member, but when the urging unit is not provided, another engaging member is provided instead of the hinge portion. , The engagement mechanism may be composed of two engaging members.
