Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag, particularly a pillow packaging bag having excellent openability and suitability for a filling and packaging machine, particularly in a vertically long pillow packaging bag.

A flexible packaging bag made by making a flexible packaging film into a bag shape is widely used as a packaging bag for storing various contents. Among them, in the pillow packaging bag, one flexible packaging film is continuously fed out to form a gassho seal portion (back seal portion) to form a tubular shape, and then the top and bottom seal portions are formed while filling the contents. Since so-called bag-making filling can be easily realized, it is widely used as a packaging bag for storing liquids, powders, granules and the like.

On the other hand, when opening the pillow packaging bag, in the case of a bag whose width direction is sufficiently wider than the top-bottom direction, it is parallel to the film flow direction by a simple method of providing an opening notch in the top-bottom seal portion. However, in the case of a vertically long bag with a narrow top and bottom seal, it is more convenient to open the bag in a direction orthogonal to the film flow direction.

Generally, a film has a property of being easily torn in a stretching direction, that is, a normal flow direction, but not easily in a direction orthogonal to this. For this reason, when the pillow packaging bag is opened in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the gassho seal portion (back seal portion), even if a film having a property of being easily torn in the lateral direction is used, the gassho is used. There was a problem that the part of the seal part was not cut and remained connected.

Therefore, various measures have been taken to improve the openability of the pillow packaging bag in the direction orthogonal to the film flow direction, that is, the direction of the gassho seal portion (back seal portion). The pillow-shaped packaging bag described in Patent Document 1 that has easy opening is an attempt to solve this problem.

The pillow-shaped packaging bag having easy-opening property described in Patent Document 1 has a bent portion on the side to be bent as a back seal portion and one end edge having an opening trigger portion, from the tip edge of the top seal portion to the ground. Only the base film constituting the composite film is subjected to continuous scratch processing that penetrates the base film and is continuously scratched in parallel to the back seal portion with a constant width up to the end edge of the seal portion. Only the base film that constitutes the composite film is subjected to pitch scratch processing that penetrates the base film with a certain width at the same position as the opening opening part of the packaging bag in the lateral direction of the back seal part. It is a pillow packaging bag characterized by this.

Since the pillow packaging bag described in Patent Document 1 must be scratched with a constant width in both the vertical direction (top and bottom direction) and the horizontal direction (width direction), the area to be scratched is large and the production efficiency is high. There was a problem that it was extremely bad. Further, it has been found that, especially in a vertically long pillow packaging bag having a long vertical direction, depending on the contents, if there is only one opening location, the contents cannot be taken out easily.

That is, it was found that it is easier to take out the contents of the vertically long pillow packaging bag if the contents can be opened one by one at the top and bottom. Therefore, the inventor examined a pillow wrapping bag provided with a total of two opening auxiliary lines, one on each of the top and bottom, and although the ease of taking out the contents is improved, the paper is often cut off (laminated body) on the filling machine. It turned out that there is a problem that the film breaks easily.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2008-162606

An object to be solved by the present invention is to propose a pillow packaging bag having a vertically long shape having auxiliary lines for opening the top and bottom, in which paper breakage on a filling machine is unlikely to occur.

As a means for solving the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a gassho sealing portion in which the sealant layers at the left and right ends of one laminate having a base material layer, an intermediate layer and a sealant layer are opposed to each other. In a pillow packaging bag in which a top seal portion and a bottom seal portion are formed, the length in the gassho seal portion direction is longer than the length in the width direction, and the length near the top seal portion and the bottom seal portion are formed. There are two opening auxiliary lines parallel to each other in the vicinity of, and the opening auxiliary line is a solid line or broken line half-cut line penetrating the base material layer of the laminate, and the two opening auxiliary lines. The pillow packaging bag is characterized in that the distance between the lines is 30 mm or more, and the breaking strength of each opening auxiliary line is 20 N / 15 mm or more and 40 N / 15 mm or less.

The pillow packaging bag according to the present invention has two opening auxiliary lines, and each has a breaking strength of 20 N / 15 mm or more and 40 N / 15 mm or less, thereby achieving both easy opening property and prevention of paper breakage in the filling machine. I was able to.

The invention according to claim 2 is the pillow packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the intermediate layer is an aluminum foil.

The pillow packaging according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the invention according to claim 3 has two or more opening auxiliary lines, and the distance between the opening auxiliary lines is 30 mm or more. It is a bag.

Since the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention is provided with opening auxiliary lines at two locations, one near the top seal portion and the other near the bottom seal portion, the contents can be easily taken out. In addition, by setting the breaking strength of the opening auxiliary line within a specific range, it was possible to achieve both easy opening and prevention of paper breakage on the filling and packaging machine.

When the intermediate layer is made of aluminum foil as in the invention of claim 2, the half-cut line serving as the opening auxiliary line can be stably formed by using a laser processing machine.

Further, as in the invention of claim 3, by setting the number of opening auxiliary lines to 2 or more and setting the distance between the opening auxiliary lines to 30 mm or more, the application is also applied to a pillow packaging bag having a longer vertical shape. be able to.

FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view showing an embodiment of a pillow packaging bag according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional explanatory view schematically showing the layer structure of the laminate constituting the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view schematically showing a method of measuring the breaking strength of the laminate constituting the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention.

The pillow packaging bag according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings below. FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view showing an embodiment of a pillow packaging bag according to the present invention. Further, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional explanatory view schematically showing the layer structure of the laminate constituting the pillow packaging bag according to the present invention.

In the pillow packaging bag 1 according to the present invention, the sealant layers 13 at both left and right ends of one laminate 10 having the base material layer 11, the intermediate layer 12, and the sealant layer 13 face each other, and the gassho seal portion 2 (back seal portion) ) Is formed to form a tubular shape, and the top seal portion 3 and the bottom seal portion 4 are formed. The length in the gassho seal portion 2 direction is longer than the length in the width direction, and the top seal portion is formed. There are two opening auxiliary lines 5 and 5'parallel to each other near 3 and near the bottom seal portion 4. The opening auxiliary lines 5 and 5'are solid line-shaped or broken line-shaped half-cut lines penetrating the base material layer 11 of the laminated body 10, and the distance d between the two opening auxiliary lines 5 and 5'is 30 mm or more. The breaking strength of each opening auxiliary line is 20 N / 15 mm or more and 40 N / 15 mm or less.

In a vertically long pillow packaging bag in which the length in the two directions of the gassho seal is longer than the length in the width, it is easy to use the opening direction parallel to the top seal, but depending on the contents, the opening position may be different. It may be easier to take out the contents if there are two places above and below than at one place. By providing an opening auxiliary line such as a half-cut line in advance at the opening position, smooth opening is possible. However, it has been found that the laminated sheet may be broken on the filling and packaging machine when the opening auxiliary lines are simply provided at two or more places.

Therefore, the inventor obtained the optimum value of the breaking strength of the laminated body having various layer configurations by changing the degree of half-cut. As a result, it was found that when the breaking strength is 20 N / 15 mm or more and 40 N / 15 mm or less, the laminated sheet does not break (paper break) on the filling machine and the opening property is good. ..

FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing a method of measuring the breaking strength of the laminate 10 constituting the pillow packaging bag 1 according to the present invention. A test piece having a width of 15 mm is cut out from the laminated body 10 on which the opening auxiliary wire 5 is formed, both ends are sandwiched between chucks 21 of the tensile strength measuring device 20 and pulled in the vertical direction, and the tensile strength (N / 15 mm) when broken. ) Is measured. At this time, the opening auxiliary line 5 is located substantially in the center. A suitable tensile speed is 300 mm / min.

The opening auxiliary line 5 is a half-cut line that cuts the base material layer 11 of the laminated body 10. As a method of forming the opening auxiliary line 5, there are a method using a cutting tool and a method using a laser processing machine. When the aluminum foil is used as the intermediate layer 12, since the aluminum foil is not cut by the laser, only the base material layer 11 can be efficiently cut by using a laser processing machine.

In this case, the breaking strength of the opening auxiliary line can be adjusted in a wide range by making the opening auxiliary line a broken line instead of a solid line and changing the ratio of the solid line portion of the broken line.

There is no particular limitation on the number of opening auxiliary lines, but if the pillow packaging bag is elongated, the number may be three or more. In this case, the distance d between the opening auxiliary lines is preferably 30 mm or more.

A gas barrier coating layer such as a resin layer made of a film obtained by reacting a metal alkoxide or a hydrolyzate thereof with an isocyanate compound can be used.

As the sealant layer 13, a polyolefin resin is generally used. Specifically, low density polyethylene resin (LDPE), medium density polyethylene resin (MDPE), linear low density polyethylene resin (LLDPE), ethylene- Ethylene resins such as vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-α olefin copolymer, ethylene-methacrylic acid resin copolymer, blended resin of polyethylene and polybutene, homopolypropylene resin (PP), propylene- Polypropylene resins such as ethylene random copolymer, propylene-ethylene block copolymer, and propylene-α olefin copolymer are used.

For laminating the base material layer 11, the intermediate layer 12, and the sealant layer 13, a dry laminating method using an adhesive or an extruded laminating method in which polyethylene resin is extruded from a T-die and laminated is used. Note that in FIG. 2, these layers are omitted.
