Abstract
Description
下部分20に支持されており、下部分の遠位端には下腿チューブ用の受容部21が形成されている。下部分20内にはハウジング31が形成、または配置されており、この中に回転油圧機構が収容されている。下部分20内には、回転油圧機構の別の構成部品が配置されることができ、図2との関連で説明される。
Claims (15)
- 上部分(10)と、前記上部分に旋回軸(12)を中心に旋回可能に支持される下部分(20)と、回転油圧装置(30)と、前記下部分(20)に対する前記上部分(10)の旋回動作を補助するプレテンション装置(40)とを有し、
前記回転油圧装置が、チャンバ(32)と、前記チャンバ(32)の中に旋回可能に支持される旋回ピストン(33)とを備えるハウジング(31)を有し、
前記旋回ピストンが、前記チャンバ(32)を屈曲チャンバ(34)と伸展チャンバ(35)とに分割し、これらが少なくとも1つの流路(36)を介して油圧的に相互に接続している整形外科用関節において、
前記プレテンション装置(40)が支材(41)を介して前記旋回ピストン(33)に直接的に結合されていることを特徴とする関節。 - 前記支材(41)が、旋回可能に前記旋回ピストン(33)内に、又はこれに接して取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の関節。
- 前記支材(41)が耐座屈性を備えるように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の関節。
- 前記支材(41)が、前記プレテンション装置(40)からの引張力及び/又は押圧力を、前記旋回ピストン(33)に伝達することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- 前記支材(41)が油圧流体内に案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- 前記プレテンション装置(40)がばね(42)を有し、前記プレテンション装置(40)の上に、又はこれに接して前記支材(41)が支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- 前記支材(41)が、前記ばね(42)と前記支材(41)との間に配置されている滑動体(43)の上に、又はこれに接して支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の関節。
- 前記滑動体(43)が、前記チャンバ(32)と流体工学的に接続しているブッシュ(50)内に案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の関節。
- 前記滑動体(43)の中に、又はこれに接して、油圧流体用の少なくとも1つの凹部及び/又は通路(431)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の関節。
- 凹部(331)が前記旋回ピストン(33)内に形成されており、前記凹部(331)の中に前記支材(41)が受けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- 前記支材(41)がS字型の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- 前記旋回ピストン(33)における前記支材(41)との結合点(38)が、前記旋回ピストン(33)の複数の終端位置で、前記旋回軸(12)のそれぞれ異なる側にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- 前記流路(36)が前記ハウジング(31)内に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- スロットル(37)が前記流路(36)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
- 前記関節が義肢又は矯正器具に適しており、特に義肢用継手又は矯正器具用継手、特に義足膝継手として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の関節。
