Abstract
Description
m(OP(W1))を、枠W1内で測定された所与のパラメータの値の中央値と見なす、及び
W1は、前記計算で考慮するFOT測定(新しい測定及び過去の測定)を含む、事前規定した長さの時間枠である。

軽度:現在の治療に変更があった又は短時間作用型気管支拡張薬の処方があった場合、
中等度:コルチコステロイドが処方された場合、
重度:抗生物質の全身投与が処方された場合、
非常に重度:患者が入院したとき。

Claims (10)
- 慢性閉塞性肺疾患の再発を早期に識別する方法は、以下のステップを含む。すなわち、事前規定された時間周波数で、強制振動法(FOT)によって患者の肺機能を規定する複数のパラメータを測定する。そして、事前規定された期間内の前記複数のパラメータの傾向を計算する。前記複数のパラメータの前記傾向を記述するパラメータを所定の閾値と比較することにより、差し迫った再発を識別する。ここで、前記複数のパラメータの傾向を計算するステップは、N次多項式回帰モデルの計算によって行われる。そして、前記傾向を記述する前記パラメータを事前規定された閾値と比較することにより差し迫った再発を識別するステップは、N次多項式回帰の少なくとも1つの係数を事前規定された閾値と比較するステップを含む。
- 強制振動法(FOT)による患者の肺機能の測定を特徴とする、請求項1に記載された方法は少なくとも2日に1回実施される。
- 請求項1に記載された方法は、肺機能を規定するパラメータが、以下のうちの1つ又はそれ以上によって表されることを特徴とする。すなわち、2〜10 Hzの範囲の周波数で測定された吸気リアクタンス(Xinsp)。そして、2〜10 Hzの範囲の周波数で測定された吸気リアクタンスと呼気リアクタンスの差(ΔXrs)。
- 請求項1に記載された方法は、呼吸パターンのパラメータを同時に測定するステップを含むことを特徴とする。
- 請求項1又は4に記載された方法は、FOTによって患者の肺機能を規定する特定の数のパラメータを測定するステップの後に、上記パラメータの異常値が除去されることを特徴とする。
- 請求項1又は4に記載された方法は、異常値を除去するステップが、測定の開始から所定の期間に行われたすべての測定値を除去するステップを含むことを特徴とする。
- 請求項5に記載された方法は、前記異常値を除去するステップの後に、残りの測定値の数が事前規定された数よりも多いかどうかを検証するステップがあることを特徴とする。
- 請求項5に記載された方法は、異常値を除去するステップが、患者の肺機能及びその呼吸モデルを規定する前記複数のパラメータの所定の期間に行われた前記測定の平均値からのそれぞれの正規化距離が、閾値よりも高いかどうか測定ごとに検証するステップを含むことを特徴とする。
- 請求項1に記載された方法は、前記複数のパラメータの各パラメータについて、病状の悪化傾向が事前規定された閾値を上回るか下回るかに応じて評価されるステップを含むことを特徴とする。もしそうである場合、値1が対応する傾向パラメータ(MIP)に割り当てられる。そうでない場合、対応するトレンドパラメータ(MIP)は0に維持される。
- 請求項9に記載された方法は、前記傾向パラメータの加重和を実行することにより再発を予測するステップを含むことを特徴とする。
