Claims (8)
- 液化ガス貯蔵タンクで発生する蒸発ガスを多段で圧縮して需要先に供給する蒸発ガス圧縮機と、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された蒸発ガスと前記蒸発ガス圧縮機に流入される蒸発ガスを熱交換する蒸発ガス熱交換器と、
前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された後、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器で熱交換された蒸発ガスを減圧する減圧弁と、
前記減圧弁で減圧された蒸発ガスを気液分離する気液分離器と、を含み、
高圧段の前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で使用される潤滑油が蒸発ガスに混合されて前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に流入され、
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に流入された潤滑油を除去するために前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された高温蒸発ガスを前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に注入する場合、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器から排出される高温蒸発ガスを前記減圧弁の上流から低圧需要先に伝達する高温蒸発ガス伝達線をさらに含むことを特徴とする蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから排出される蒸発ガスが前記蒸発ガス熱交換器を迂回して前記蒸発ガス圧縮機に伝達されるようにする蒸発ガス迂回線と、
前記蒸発ガス迂回線の流れを制御する蒸発ガス迂回弁と、をさらに含み、
前記蒸発ガス迂回弁は、
前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に流入された潤滑油を除去するために、前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された高温蒸発ガスを前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に注入する場合、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に注入された蒸発ガスが高温状態を保持することができるように、前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから排出される低温蒸発ガスが前記蒸発ガス迂回線に流れるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクから前記蒸発ガス圧縮機を経由して前記需要先に連結される蒸発ガス供給線と、
前記蒸発ガス供給線の前記蒸発ガス圧縮機の下流から分岐されて前記蒸発ガス熱交換器、前記減圧弁、前記気液分離器を経由して前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに連結される蒸発ガスリターン線と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記高温蒸発ガス伝達線は、
前記蒸発ガスリターン線の前記減圧弁の上流から分岐されて前記低圧需要先に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 低圧段の前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された蒸発ガスを前記低圧需要先に供給する低圧蒸発ガス供給線と、
前記低圧蒸発ガス供給線から分岐されて高温蒸発ガスを前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に注入する低圧蒸発ガスリターン線と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記低圧蒸発ガス供給線の流れを制御する低圧蒸発ガス供給弁をさらに含み、
前記低圧蒸発ガス供給弁は、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に流入された潤滑油を除去するために低圧段の前記蒸発ガス圧縮機で圧縮された高温蒸発ガスを前記蒸発ガス熱交換器に注入する場合、密閉されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記高温蒸発ガス伝達線は、
前記低圧蒸発ガス供給線の前記低圧蒸発ガス供給弁の下流に連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の前記蒸発ガス再液化システムを有することを特徴とする船舶。
