Abstract
Description
本願は2017年6月8日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/516,897号の利益を主張するものである。この出願は参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
滅菌野及び他の作業環境のためのユーザインターフェースシステムが本明細書で開示され、これは例えば、作業環境内から作業環境の外に配置された機器との対話を可能にするためのものである。
(1) ユーザインターフェースシステムであって、
基材が配設される作業環境の画像をキャプチャするように構成されたカメラと、
キャプチャされた前記画像から、前記作業環境内の前記基材の位置及び向き、並びに前記位置及び向きの変化を判定するコントローラと、
前記基材上に投影画像を投影するプロジェクタであって、前記投影画像又は前記投影画像の位置は、前記基材の判定された前記位置又は向きの変化に応答して、前記コントローラによって調節される、プロジェクタと、を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記キャプチャされた画像から、ユーザが前記基材と対話しているかどうか及びどのように対話しているかを更に判定する、システム。
(2) 前記作業環境は外科手術室内の滅菌野を含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(3) 前記基材はデータボードを含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(4) 前記データボードは一意の識別子を含む、実施態様3に記載のシステム。
(5) 前記データボードは位置マーカーを含む、実施態様3に記載のシステム。
(7) 前記データボードは電子機器を含まない、実施態様3に記載のシステム。
(8) 前記基材は、患者の皮膚表面、手袋、又は無菌包帯を含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(9) 前記基材は外科用器具を含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(10) 前記投影画像は、前記外科用器具が所定の軌道に沿って配設されているかどうかに関するインジケータである、実施態様9に記載のシステム。
(12) 前記投影画像はグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(13) 前記投影画像は、アクセスデバイスを通して患者に挿入されたカメラからのカメラフィードを含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(14) 前記投影画像は、被制御装置の一部の表示又は前記一部から受信された情報を含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(15) 前記コントローラは、前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースとのユーザ対話に応答して、前記作業環境の外に配設された装置を制御する、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(17) ユーザインターフェースの方法であって、
基材が配設されている作業環境の1つ以上の画像をキャプチャすることと、
コントローラを用いて、キャプチャされた前記1つ以上の画像から前記基材の位置及び向きを判定することと、
検出された前記位置及び向きに基づいて、前記基材上に投影画像を投影することと、
前記コントローラを用いて、前記キャプチャされた1つ以上の画像に基づいて、ユーザが前記基材と対話しているかどうか及びどのように対話しているかを判定することと、を含む、方法。
(18) 前記コントローラを用いて、前記コントローラによって判定されたとおりの前記基材とのユーザ対話に基づいて、前記作業環境の外に配設された装置を制御することを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の方法。
(19) 前記コントローラを用いて、前記コントローラによって判定されたとおりの前記基材とのユーザ対話に基づいて、前記作業環境内に配設された装置を制御することを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の方法。
(20) 前記基材の前記位置又は向きの変化を検出し、それに応じて前記投影画像の前記位置又は向きを調節することを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の方法。
Claims (21)
- ユーザインターフェースシステムであって、
基材が配設される作業環境の画像をキャプチャするように構成されたカメラと、
キャプチャされた前記画像から、前記作業環境内の前記基材の位置及び向き、並びに前記位置及び向きの変化を判定するコントローラと、
前記基材上に投影画像を投影するプロジェクタであって、前記投影画像又は前記投影画像の位置は、前記基材の判定された前記位置又は向きの変化に応答して、前記コントローラによって調節される、プロジェクタと、を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記キャプチャされた画像から、ユーザが前記基材と対話しているかどうか及びどのように対話しているかを更に判定する、システム。 - 前記作業環境は外科手術室内の滅菌野を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基材はデータボードを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記データボードは一意の識別子を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記データボードは位置マーカーを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記データボードは、静的で非投影型のユーザインターフェース要素を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記データボードは電子機器を含まない、請求項3に記載のシステム。
