Description
・流れが金属シート(2)に直接かつ不規則に衝撃を与えることを防止する、漏れ流の高圧側(Y)に配置されたフロントプレート(4)と、
・差圧により金属シート(2)において発生する明確な力に遭いながら金属シート(2)に機械的支持を提供する、漏れ流の低圧側(D)に配置されたバックプレート(5)と、
・漏れを防止するために、回転エレメント(8)の周囲にフロントプレート(4)とバックプレート(5)との間に一列に並んで配置された金属シート(2)と、
・流れの間に金属シート(2)における振動を減衰させかつ漏れの量を減らすために金属シート(2)の間に配置される、様々な形状およびパターンで織られた、金属および/または非金属の耐久性繊維から形成された織布層(3)と、
を有している。

Claims (3)
- 流れが金属シート(2)に直接かつ不規則に衝撃を与えることを防止するフロントプレート(4)と、金属シート(2)に機械的支持を提供するバックプレート(5)と、を備えるシーリングエレメント(1)であって、金属シート(2)は、高速回転ロータ、フラップとしての回転エレメント(8)の運動中に周囲に形成される高圧ゾーン(Y)と低圧ゾーン(D)との間の流れ方向(A)における漏れ流の量を減らすために、回転エレメント(8)の周囲でフロントプレート(4)とバックプレート(5)との間に一列に並んで配置されている、シーリングエレメント(1)において、
流れの間に金属シート(2)における振動を減衰させかつ漏れの量を減らすために、金属シート(2)の間に配置される、様々な形状およびパターンで織られた、金属および/または非金属の耐久性繊維から形成された織布層(3)を備えることを特徴とする、シーリングエレメント(1)。 - 回転エレメント(8)とのあらゆる接触の場合に摩耗の量を減らすために、前記回転エレメント(8)と接触する前記金属シート(2)の部分に、折り曲げられた端部(2.1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシーリングエレメント(1)。
- 前記織布層(3)の1つの縁を前記金属シート(2)の間に配置することができるように、前記織布層(3)の1つの縁に、単一のローラ(10)を用いてまたは2つのローラ(10)を通して押し潰されることによって形状が与えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の織布層(3)の製造方法。
