Claims (10)
- 熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタを使用して3D物品を3D印刷する方法であって、
3D印刷可能材料を前記熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタのプリンタノズルに供給するステップと、
繊維供給ユニットを用いて、細長い固体繊維を前記プリンタノズルに供給するステップと、
印刷段階中に、前記プリンタノズルによって前記3D印刷可能材料と前記細長い固体繊維とを同時に堆積させて、前記細長い固体繊維が埋め込まれた3D印刷された材料を含む前記3D物品を提供するステップと、を含み、
前記繊維供給ユニットは、前記細長い固体繊維の伸長軸線周りの、前記プリンタノズルに供給される前記細長い固体繊維の回転を制御するように更に構成されており、
前記方法は、前記細長い固体繊維が少なくとも0.5mmの直径dを有するときに、前記細長い固体繊維の回転を制御するステップを更に含む、方法。 - 前記方法は、堆積中に、前記3D印刷された材料の層高さを少なくとも1.5*dに制御するステップと、堆積中に、前記3D印刷された材料の層幅を少なくとも2*dに制御するステップと、を更に含み、前記細長い固体繊維は、少なくとも5cmの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い固体繊維は導電性材料を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い固体繊維は光ガイド材料を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記細長い固体繊維はガラス材料を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 3D印刷可能材料を基材に供給するための熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタであって、
プリンタノズルを含むプリンタヘッドと、
前記3D印刷可能材料を前記プリンタヘッドに供給するように構成された3D印刷可能材料供給デバイスと、
細長い固体繊維を前記プリンタヘッドに供給するための繊維供給ユニットと、を備え、
前記熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタは、印刷段階中に、前記プリンタノズルによって前記3D印刷可能材料と前記細長い固体繊維とを同時に堆積させるように構成されており、
前記繊維供給ユニットは、前記細長い固体繊維の伸長軸線周りの、前記プリンタノズルに供給される前記細長い固体繊維の回転を制御するように構成されており、
前記熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタは、前記細長い固体繊維が少なくとも0.5mmの直径を有するときに、前記細長い固体繊維の回転を制御するように構成された制御システムを更に備える、熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタ。 - 前記繊維供給ユニットは、前記細長い固体繊維を前記プリンタヘッドの側面入口を介して前記プリンタノズルに導入するように更に構成されており、前記3D印刷可能材料供給デバイスは、前記3D印刷可能材料を前記プリンタヘッドの上部入口に供給するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタ。
- 前記制御システムは、少なくとも1.5*dである前記3D印刷された材料の層高さを制御するように、かつ、少なくとも2*dである前記3D印刷された材料の層幅を制御するように構成されており、dは前記細長い固体繊維の直径である、請求項6又は7に記載の熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタ。
- (a)光源光を供給するように構成された光源と、(b)堆積層を含む3D物品と、を備える照明システムであって、前記堆積層は、3D印刷された材料と、前記3D印刷された材料に埋め込まれた細長い固体繊維と、を含み、前記細長い固体繊維は、直径dを有し、導電性材料及び光ガイド材料のうちの1つ以上を含み、前記層は、少なくとも1.5*dの層高さと、少なくとも2*dの層幅とを有し、前記細長い固体繊維は、前記光源に機能的に結合された電気導体として、又は光ファイバであって、前記光源から光源光を受光し、前記光ファイバの長さの少なくとも一部にわたって前記光源光を導光するように構成された光ファイバとして、構成されている、照明システム。
- 請求項6乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタによって実行されると、前記熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタに請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行させる命令を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
