Claims (10)
- 冷凍庫のファン装置、特には超低温冷凍庫用の冷凍庫ファン装置であって、
ファンロータ(12)を含み、冷凍庫ハウジング(20,22)の表面にあるか又は当該冷凍庫ハウジング(20,22)内にあるファンモータ(10)であって、空気入口(16)と、冷凍庫熱交換器(15)と冷凍庫圧縮機(14)のいずれか一方または両方と、空気出口(18)との間の空気ダクト内において設けられることが可能な、ファンモータ(10)、
を備え、前記ファンモータ(10)は、前記冷凍庫の機器、特には前記冷凍庫圧縮機と冷凍庫制御電子機器のいずれか一方または両方に、給電線と制御線のいずれか一方または両方を介して接続自在である、冷凍庫ファン装置において、
前記ファンモータ(10)は、動作温度信号と使用冷却空間温度信号のいずれか一方または両方、特には、割り当てられた又は割り当てられることが可能な前記冷凍庫圧縮機の動作温度信号と使用冷却空間温度信号のいずれか一方または両方の関数として動作速度が制御されるか又は制御可能である、速度制御自在なブラシレス直流モータとして実現されていることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。 - 請求項1に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置において、さらに、
前記動作温度信号と使用冷却空間温度信号のいずれか一方または両方を生成するように、前記冷凍庫の使用冷却空間に割り当てられた、温度センサ手段(26)、
を備えることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。 - 請求項2に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置において、前記温度センサ手段(26)が、前記冷凍庫圧縮機の動作を制御する圧縮機制御電子部(30)に割り当てられていることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置において、前記ファンモータの直流動作電圧が、前記冷凍庫圧縮機に割り当てられた又は割り当てられることが可能なモータ電子機器(38)により生成可能であるか又は当該モータ電子機器(38)から導き出すことが可能であることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。
- 請求項4に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置において、前記モータ電子機器が、印加された電源網交流電圧を仲介直流電圧に電圧変換する手段(38)を含み、好ましくは力率改善の手段をさらに含み、
前記仲介直流電圧は、前記ファンモータの前記直流動作電圧を生成するように配線されていることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置において、さらに、
割り当てられた又は割り当てられることが可能な前記冷凍庫圧縮機に作用する遅延手段であって、起動信号と動作開始信号のいずれか一方または両方に応答して、前記ファンモータが、前記冷凍庫圧縮機の起動よりも所定時間前に起動されることを可能にするように構成された、遅延手段、
を備えることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。 - 請求項6に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置において、前記遅延手段は、前記所定時間が1秒〜360秒、好ましくは2秒〜30秒、さらに好ましくは3秒〜10秒であるように構成され、さらに、または代わりに、設計されていることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置において、さらに、
前記ファンモータ(10)に割り当てられて速度の検出と監視のいずれか一方または両方を行う速度検出・監視手段であって、特には前記動作温度と使用冷却空間温度のいずれか一方または両方に対する前記動作速度の予め定められた又は予め定められることが可能な比又は比範囲について、当該比が、比閾値を超えているか又は比閾値に達しないことに応答して動作不良を検出し、あるいは、さらに又は代わりに、表示するように構成された、速度検出・監視手段(32)、
を備えることを特徴とする、冷凍庫ファン装置。 - 超低温冷凍庫(20)であって、
少なくとも1つの冷凍庫圧縮機(14)と、
前記冷凍庫圧縮機及び当該冷凍庫の冷却回路熱交換器(15)に割り当てられた、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍庫ファン装置と、
公共電源網に接続されるように設計された電圧供給機器(38)であって、商用電源公称交流電圧としての85 V〜264 V、特には100 V〜230 Vの商用電源交流電圧用に構成され、前記冷凍庫ファン装置の直流動作電圧を提供する、電圧供給機器(38)と、
を備える、超低温冷凍庫(20)。 - 請求項9に記載の冷凍庫において、前記冷凍庫ファン装置は、冷却される前記使用冷却空間の目標冷却温度での当該冷凍庫の冷却モード時の前記ファンモータの前記動作速度が、前記冷凍庫圧縮機による前記使用冷却空間の冷却途中のファン速度に比べて低減されるように、特には連続的に及び/又は好適な比例制御曲線に従って低減させられたものとなるように又は低減されるように、設計及び構成されていることを特徴とする、冷凍庫。
