A gripping aid characterized by being made of an elastic material, having a C-shaped cross section, and having a tubular body having a hollow portion into which a finger is inserted. The gripping aid according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the tubular body is provided with bellows-like irregularities. The gripping aid according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the surface and inner side surfaces of the tubular body are provided with bellows-like irregularities.
