Description

The present invention relates to a protective device that protects seedlings of trees such as seedlings or young trees from feeding damage by wild animals such as deer and wild boar, and promotes the growth of seedlings and the like.

In recent years, wild animals such as deer and wild boar have eaten planted seedlings in various parts of Japan, causing many feeding damages that hinder the growth of seedlings, etc., and various measures to prevent feeding damage caused by wild animals. Attempts have been made.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a net-shaped sapling protector formed by attaching a plurality of ring materials made of synthetic resin in the vertical direction and attaching a tubular net material to the ring material. When the sapling protector is installed around the sapling, the above-mentioned sapling protector can be installed by stretching it in the vertical direction to maintain the tubular shape, and can prevent feeding damage by wild animals.

However, since it is necessary to manually carry the seedlings on a mountain surface where a vehicle such as a transport vehicle cannot enter, the seedling protective equipment of Patent Document 1 is heavy because a plurality of ring materials are arranged, and many seedlings are used. It is not easy to carry the protective equipment to the planting site of the seedlings, and since the net material is adhered to each ring material, there is a problem that it takes time, time and cost to manufacture one seedling protective equipment. It was.

Therefore, in the present invention, the seedlings of the tree are prevented from being eaten by wild animals such as deer, wild boar, rabbit, and rat, are lightweight and easy to carry, and can reduce the labor, time, and cost for manufacturing. The purpose is to provide protective equipment.

The protective equipment such as seedlings disclosed in the present application includes a protective net, a support, and a locking member. The protective net has a vertically long tubular shape. The strut supports the protective net at the first side end. The locking member fits into the strut to lock the strut and the protective net. The upper end portion of the protective net extends obliquely downward from the first side end portion toward the second side end portion on the opposite side of the central axis of the protection net with respect to the longitudinal direction of the protection net. ..

In the protective equipment such as seedlings disclosed in the present application, the lower end portion of the protective net is substantially parallel to the upper end portion.

In the protective equipment such as seedlings disclosed in the present application, the inner surface of the protective net is smoother than the outer surface.

In the protective equipment such as seedlings disclosed in the present application, the lower end portion of the protective net extends at a right angle to the longitudinal direction of the protective net.

In the protective equipment such as seedlings disclosed in the present application, a groove is formed at one end of the support column. The locking hole is bored on the upper end side of the protective net and engages with the groove of the column.

In the protective equipment such as seedlings disclosed in the present application, the pile holds the lower end of the protective net in an open state and is buried in the ground.

According to the protective equipment such as seedlings of the present invention, when installing the protective equipment such as seedlings in order to prevent the seedlings from being eaten by wild animals such as deer and wild boar, it is lightweight, easy to carry, and has a long installation time. It is possible to provide protective equipment such as seedlings that can be shortened and the production cost can be reduced.

Hereinafter, the protective equipment such as seedlings according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. Since the embodiments described below are specific examples preferable for carrying out the present invention, various technical restrictions are made, but the present invention is intended to particularly limit the invention in the following description. Unless otherwise stated, it is not limited to this form. Further, the upper side in FIG. 1 corresponds to the upper side and the lower side corresponds to the lower side.

The sapling protection device 1 is installed on a slope of a mountain or the like, and protects the sapling 2 from wild animals such as deer, wild boar, rabbit, and rat by covering the outer circumference of the sapling 2 with a vertically long tubular protective net 10. It is a device that protects seedlings from the feeding damage of wild animals that eat sprouts, leaves, bark, etc. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the protective tool 1 for seedlings and the like of the present embodiment mainly includes a protective net 10, a support column 20, and a locking member 30.

The protective net 10 has a vertically long tubular shape and has an upper end portion 11 and a lower end portion 12. The upper end 11 and the lower end 12 are open. The first side end portion 16 and the second side end portion 17 are formed substantially parallel to each other with the central axis of the protective net 10 interposed therebetween. The upper end portion 11 faces the second side end portion 17 on the opposite side of the central axis of the protection net 10 from the first side end portion 16 supported by the support column 20 in the longitudinal direction of the protection net 10. It extends diagonally downward. Therefore, since the protective net 10 can be formed lightweight for the portion where the upper end portion 11 is cut diagonally, the protective net 10 can be supported by one support column 20. Further, when the seedling 2 grows, the upper end portion 11 is cut diagonally so that it can be easily opened, and it is possible to prevent the seedling 2 from being hindered from growing.

The lower end portion 12 of the protective net 10 is formed substantially parallel to the upper end portion 11. Since the lower end portion 12 of the protective net 10 intersects the upper end portion 11 at an angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the protective net 10, when saplings are planted on the inclined surface of the mountain, the lower end portion 12 is aligned with the angle of the inclined surface. Protective equipment 1 such as seedlings can be installed. That is, since the protective equipment 1 such as seedlings can be installed according to the slope of the mountain, there is no gap between the protective net 10 and the ground, and wild animals can use the gap to install the protective equipment 1 such as seedlings. It is possible to prevent small animals such as rabbits and mice from invading the inside of the protective device 1 such as seedlings through a gap and eating the seedlings by destroying them and eating the seedlings.

The lower end portion 12 of the protective net 10 is formed substantially parallel to the upper end portion 11 in the present embodiment, but as shown in FIG. 5, in the second embodiment, it is perpendicular to the central axis of the protective net 10. It may be formed in any direction. Specifically, when the place where the seedlings are planted is a flat land, if the lower end portion 12 is also flat, the protective net 10 can be easily attached and the work efficiency is good.

The protective net 10 is preferably formed by Russell knitting having a mesh. Among various knitting methods such as a main mesh, the protective net 10 is preferably knitted by Russell knitting having no knots and high strength. The mesh size of the protective net 10 is preferably 0.5 to 5 mm, more preferably 2 to 4 mm, but the present embodiment is provided as long as it does not block too much sunlight and can prevent damage caused by drought or strong light. It is not limited to the numerical value of.

The protective net 10 has an inner surface 13 and an outer surface 14. When the protective net 10 is installed so as to surround the sapling 2, the inner side surface 13 is the inner side facing the sapling 2, and the outer side surface 14 is the outer side of the protective net 10. As described above, since the protective net 10 is knitted, there is a difference in roughness on both the front and back surfaces, and the protective net 10 is arranged so that the smoother surface is located inside. That is, the inner surface 13 is formed smoother than the outer surface 14. Therefore, even if the branches and leaves of the seedling 2 grow and come into contact with the inner side surface 13, there is little resistance, so that when the seedling grows, the branches and the like are slippery and can be prevented from protruding from the mesh.

As shown in FIG. 3, the protective net 10 has a locking hole 15 extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the protective net 10. The locking hole 15 is formed in the vicinity of the upper end portion 11 of the first side end portion 16. In the present embodiment, the locking hole 15 is a linear hole, but in other embodiments, it may be a hole having a shape such as a circle, an ellipse, or a rectangle. Further, in order to protect and strengthen the locking hole 15, for example, a protective member made of resin may be provided on the peripheral edge of the locking hole 15.

The size of the protective net 10 is preferably 150 cm to 190 cm in the direction of the central axis of the protective net 10, that is, in the vertical direction in FIG. This is the height at which the deer cannot reach the saplings. Further, when the upper end portion 11 and the lower end portion 12 of the protective net 10 are opened and installed in a columnar shape, the diameter of the protective net 10 is preferably 23 cm to 29 cm. This size is the diameter for holding the space where the seedlings grow and grow. Therefore, the seedling 2 can be protected until it grows to the extent that the seedling is not damaged by wild animals.

As shown in FIG. 2, the support column 20 has a rod shape, and the upper end surface 22 has a groove 21. The groove 21 has a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens upward. The protective net 10 is locked to the upper end surface 22 side of the support column 20 by guiding the peripheral edge of the locking hole 15 to the groove 21 from above and passing one of the protruding portions on both sides of the groove 21 through the locking hole 15. It can also be removed by lifting the locking hole 15 upward. In this way, the protective net 10 is supported by the support column 20 and can be detachably attached to the support column 20. That is, the support column 20 is fixed to the inner peripheral side surface of the protective net 10 along the first side end portion 16 by the locking member 30 together with the protective net 10. Further, the lower portion 23, which is the other end side of the support column 20, has an acute-angled shape and is embedded in the ground to prevent the support column 20 from falling over.

The support column 20 is embedded in the ground except for the portion covering the protective net 10 in order to improve stability. Therefore, the length of the support column 20 is preferably 190 cm to 230 cm, which is longer than that of the protective net 10. The material of the support column 20 is preferably a highly non-corrosive metal such as stainless steel or a lightweight resin. Since the support column 20 is exposed to wind and rain in the mountains, it is preferable that the support column 20 is lightweight and easy to carry to the installation location.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the locking member 30 fits with the support column 20 and locks the protective net 10 by sandwiching it with the support column 20. Specifically, at the upper end 11 and the lower end 12 of the protective net 10 covering the support column 20, when the locking member 30 fits into the support column 20, the protective net 10 is sandwiched between the locking members 30 and locked. In the present embodiment, the locking member 30 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a substantially U-shaped spring member having elasticity is attached to the outer surface thereof, so that the protective net 10 can be easily attached to the support column 20. Can be fitted. By attaching the locking members 30 to several positions of the columns 20 at predetermined intervals, the protective equipment 1 such as seedlings can be stably installed. The locking member 30 can be easily attached or detached, and is lightweight, so that it is suitable as a member to be carried in the mountains.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the pile 40 has a rod shape having a substantially inverted L-shaped protrusion 42 at the upper portion, and has a plurality of wedge portions 41 protruding upward and upward on the peripheral surface. The stake 40 is fixed to the ground by driving the stake 40 into the lower end 12 so that the lower end 12 of the protective net 10 is open. Further, since the protrusion 42 is formed in a substantially inverted L shape, the pile 40 is buried in the ground so that the protective net 10 is brought into contact with the protrusion 42 and pressed against the ground. Therefore, the lower end 12 of the protective net 10 is firmly fixed to the ground, and a gap between the protective net 10 and the ground is not formed, so that it can be prevented from being easily turned up by wild animals. In the present embodiment, two piles 40 are used, but two or more piles may be used, and the number of piles 40 used can be adjusted according to the inclination of the mountain.

The wedge portion 41 has a flat plate shape formed so as to project in a direction opposite to the direction in which the pile 40 is driven. Therefore, the pile 40 once buried in the ground does not easily come off, and can be effectively installed even on a mountain slope where it is difficult to install the protective equipment 1 such as seedlings. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 42 is substantially L-shaped, but in other embodiments, the protrusion 42 may be rod-shaped diagonally protruding from the pile 40.

The length of the pile 40 is preferably about the length obtained by subtracting the length of the protective net 10 from the length of the support column 20, that is, 25 cm to 35 cm. The material of the pile 40 is preferably a metal that does not easily rust in the ground or a light resin.

As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, according to the sapling or the like protective tool 1 of the present embodiment, by simplifying the constituent members of the sapling or the like protective device, the sapling or the like must be transported manually. It is possible to easily carry many sapling protectors to the sapling planting place even in places where there is no such thing, and it is possible to significantly reduce production costs and installation labor, and shorten the installation time. As a result, material costs and labor costs can be significantly reduced.
