Description

次に、本発明に係る成形機用洗浄剤の製造方法について説明する。
本発明によれば、樹脂粒状体の外表面に洗浄成分が被覆されてなる成形機用洗浄剤であって、
前記樹脂粒状体100重量部に対し前記洗浄成分0.01重量部未満の有効量が含有されるように、前記樹脂粒状体の集合体に前記洗浄成分の液状体が添加され、両者を混合・撹拌処理する混合工程に供される。
前記洗浄成分の液状体は、洗浄成分の溶液または懸濁液である。洗浄成分の溶液としては、洗浄成分の溶解可能な溶媒を用いることができるが、洗浄成分がフッ素樹脂の場合、フッ素系溶媒を用いることが好ましい。フッ素系溶媒として具体的には、_ハイドロフルオロオレフィン等を挙げることができる。また、洗浄成分の懸濁液としては、水媒体を使用することが好適である。かかる洗浄成分の溶液または懸濁液としては、洗浄成分が、0.5〜40%、好ましくは、1〜10%のものを採用することができる。
前記混合工程における混合・撹拌処理は、前記樹脂粒状体集合体と、通常、液状の前記洗浄成分の液状体との接触が可能な容器内において両者を混合し、前記樹脂粒状体の外表面上に前記洗浄成分の被覆層が形成されるまで非加熱条件下、例えば、常温で撹拌処理が行なわれ、洗浄成分の被覆層が形成されるまで混合・撹拌処理が継続される。
前記混合工程における混合・攪拌処理は、前記樹脂粒状体と前記洗浄成分液状体をミキサーなどの適当な手段を用いることにより適当な容器内で行うことができる。
前記混合・撹拌処理後、洗浄成分が被覆された湿潤状態の洗浄剤は必要に応じて乾燥工程に供され、乾燥処理に供することができる。
乾燥処理は、洗浄成分が樹脂粒状体に強固に固定され、脱落防止が可能な条件で実施できればよいが、乾燥温度としては、20〜50℃、好ましくは、25〜45℃、さらに好ましくは、30〜40℃の範囲を採用することができる。
かかる乾燥処理により、湿潤状態の洗浄成分の被履層上に付着された付加成分としての洗
浄成分の固定化も図ることができる。乾燥工程においては混合工程において得られた洗浄剤の被覆層の湿潤状態の程度により1〜10時間、好ましくは、1.53時間の乾燥時間を採用することができる。

The drying treatment may be carried out under conditions in which the cleaning component is firmly fixed to the resin granules and can be prevented from falling off, but the drying temperature is 20 to 50 ° C., preferably 25 to 45 ° C., more preferably 25 to 45 ° C. The range of 30 to 40 ° C. can be adopted.
By such a drying treatment, it is possible to fix the cleaning component as an additional component adhered to the foot layer of the cleaning component in a wet state.
