Description

The present invention relates to a container with a spatula.

It is provided with a container body having a wide-mouthed tubular peripheral wall and a ridged tubular cap screwed onto the upper outer surface of the tubular peripheral wall, and under the cap, a diameter larger than that of the cap from the outer surface of the tubular peripheral wall. Auxiliary peripheral wall is hung down through the brim of the cap, and an insertion hole is opened in the brim outside the cap, and the handle of the spatula with the scooping portion facing upward is inserted into the insertion hole. It is known that a spatula is fitted in the container (Patent Document 1).

In the container of Patent Document 1, the handle of the spatula with the scooping portion facing up is inserted into the insertion hole of the flange portion, and when the spatula is taken out, the scooping portion is picked up with a finger and pulled up. There was a problem that dirt adhered to the scooped part.
In response to this problem, for example, when the handle portion is lengthened and the handle portion is inserted into the insertion hole, the upper portion of the handle portion is positioned above the collar portion, and this upper portion is pulled as a grip portion. It may be possible to raise it. However, even with this configuration, there remains the inconvenience that the gripping portion and the peripheral wall of the cylinder are too close to each other to be difficult to grip and take out.

An object of the present invention is to provide a container with a spatula in which the spatula can be easily removed from the container body.

With this configuration, the hook means h for pulling up the spatula 40 when the cap 30 is screwed off from the tubular body 12 can be used, and the spatula 40 can be easily taken out.

The second means has the first means, and the tubular body 12 has an inner cylinder portion 14 erected from the outer peripheral portion of the bottom wall portion 11 and a flange shape from the upper part of the outer surface of the inner cylinder portion 14. It is formed by an outer cylinder portion 18 vertically hung via a wall portion 16.
A part of the flange-shaped wall portion 16 in the circumferential direction is recessed together with the corresponding portion of the outer cylinder portion 18 to form the storage recess 22.
The contents taking-out portion 42 was inserted into the annular space V between the inner cylinder portion 14 and the outer cylinder portion 18 through the insertion hole 24 opened in the flange-shaped wall portion 16 in the storage recess 22.

The present means proposes an aspect of the tubular body 12 suitable for assembling the spatula 40.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the inner cylinder portion 14 is erected from the outer peripheral portion of the bottom wall portion 11, and the outer cylinder portion 18 is erected from the upper part of the outer surface of the inner cylinder portion 14 via the flange-shaped wall portion 16. The tubular body 12 of the present embodiment is formed in a double tubular shape including an inner tubular portion 14 and an outer tubular portion 18, but the structure thereof can be appropriately changed.

The lower surface of the inner cylinder portion 14 is closed by the bottom wall portion 11. In the illustrated example, the outer peripheral portion of the bottom wall portion 11 is gently raised toward the outside, and the inner cylinder portion 14 is erected from the outer peripheral portion.
Further, the lower end portion of the inner cylinder portion 14 is a leg cylinder portion 14a extending downward from the bottom wall portion 11. The leg tube portion 14a is fitted to the inner surface of the inner peripheral wall portion 5.
As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of engaging protrusions 15 that engage with both ends of the notch 5b are projected from the outer surface of the leg tube portion 14a.

As shown in FIG. 1, the outer cylinder portion 18 is vertically hung from the upper outer surface of the inner cylinder portion 14 via a flange-shaped wall portion 16. The outer cylinder portion 18 of the illustrated example extends from the lower end of the upper cylinder portion 18a having a small diameter to the lower cylinder portion 18c via the enlarged diameter portion 18b.
A male screw portion 20 is formed on the outer surface of the upper tubular portion 18a, and a lid peripheral wall 34 described later is screwed into the upper tubular portion 18a.
The male screw portion 20 in the illustrated example is a double-threaded screw composed of two screw threads 20a, but a single-threaded screw or a three-threaded screw may be used.
A part of the male screw portion 20 is cut off in the circumferential direction in order to form the storage recess 22 described later. Each thread 20a constituting the male threaded portion 20 has a cut end portion 20b at the cut portion thereof, as shown in FIG.
In FIG. 1, the screw locus T of the male screw portion 20 is drawn as a two-dot chain line as a line connecting the two cut end portions 20b of the uppermost screw thread 20a. The relationship between the screw locus T and the oblique rib 52 described later will be described later.
As shown by the dotted line in FIG. 2, a thick stiffening ring 19 is formed on the inner peripheral side of the enlarged diameter portion 18b continuously with the lower end of the upper tubular portion 18a.
This stiffening ring is connected to the holding stopper 26 described later, and is formed so as to secure a required holding force. In the illustrated example, the cross-sectional shape of the stiffening ring 19 is a rectangle thicker than the upper tubular portion 18a as shown in FIG. 1, but this structure can be appropriately changed.
Further, the lower tubular portion 18c is fitted to the outer surface of the outer peripheral wall portion 6.
The lower cylinder portion 18c hangs down to the same height as the lower end of the inner cylinder portion 14, and an annular space V shielded from the surroundings is formed between the lower cylinder portion 18c and the inner cylinder portion 14. ing.
In the illustrated example, the outer surface of the lower cylinder portion 18c, the outer surface of the lid peripheral wall 34, and the peripheral end surface of the lower lid plate 3 are formed substantially flush with each other.

Further, the tubular body 12 is formed with a storage recess 22 that vertically traverses the male screw portion 20 by retracting a part (front portion in the illustrated example) of the flange-shaped wall portion 16 in the circumferential direction together with the outer tubular portion 18. Has been done.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5B, the flange-shaped wall portion 16 is recessed to the same height as the diameter-expanded portion 18b, and is continuous with the diameter-expanded portion 18b.
In the illustrated example, the contour of the storage recess 22 is an inverted trapezoid composed of a bottom surface 22a and a pair of inclined side surfaces 22b as shown in FIG. 1 when viewed from the front. By making both side surfaces of the storage recess 22 inclined side surfaces, it is possible to prevent the finger of the user holding the spatula 40 from hitting the outer cylinder portion 18 when the spatula 40 is inserted into the insertion hole 24 described later. It can be used and is easy to use.
An insertion hole 24 penetrating the flange-shaped wall portion 16 is opened in the bottom surface 22a of the storage recess 22. The insertion hole 24 is a portion for inserting the spatula 40 described later. In the illustrated example, the insertion hole 24 is formed as an elongated hole long in the circumferential direction of the tubular body 12, but the shape thereof can be changed as appropriate.
The tubular body 12 is formed with a pair of holding stoppers 26 that come into contact with both sides of the spatula 40 inserted through the insertion hole 24. These holding stoppers 26 have a function of holding the spatula 40 in a pulled-up state.
In the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 5A, a pair of holding stoppers 26 are formed at the hole edge portions at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the elongated insertion hole 24. The hole depth D of the insertion hole 24 is designed so that the holding stopper 26 can exert a sufficient holding force.
In this configuration, these holding stoppers 26 are in contact with both sides of the spatula 40 in the width direction, and also serve as the anti-rotation means R of the spatula. However, a detent means may be provided separately from the holding stopper.
Further, although not shown, the spatula 40 may be configured so that a pair of holding stoppers abut on both sides in the thickness direction. In this case, a pair of stoppers may be formed on the long side (front side and rear side) of the insertion hole 24 which is long in the circumferential direction.

The cap 30 has a lid peripheral wall 34 hung vertically from the outer periphery of the top plate 32. A female screw portion 36 that meshes with the male screw portion 20 is formed on the inner surface of the lid peripheral wall 34. In the present specification, the distance at which the cap 30 must be screwed up in order to screw off the female screw portion 36 from the male screw portion 20 is referred to as a detachment allowance M (see FIG. 6 (A)). ..
A packing 38 is attached to the back surface of the top plate 32.

The spatula 40 is a vertically long member having a grip portion 48 on the upper side and a content taking-out portion 42 on the lower side, and is formed as a substantially plate material as a whole. In the illustrated example, an intermediate portion 44 is provided between the grip portion 48 and the content extraction portion 42. The spatula 40 is assembled to the tubular body 12 by fitting the intermediate portion into the insertion hole 24.

The grip portion 48 has a width and a length suitable for gripping.
The grip portion 48 in the illustrated example is a vertically long substantially rectangular shape, and is formed to be narrower than the intermediate portion 44 described later. However, these shapes can be changed as appropriate.
A partial screw portion 50 is formed on the outer surface of the grip portion 48.
In the present specification, the partial screw means a portion forming a part in the circumferential direction of the male screw.
The partial threaded portion 50 has at least one (three in the illustrated example) diagonal ribs 52. The pitch of these diagonal ribs 52 is equal to the pitch of the male threaded portion 20 (the distance between the threads). Further, each oblique rib has an inclination equal to that of the thread 20a of the male threaded portion 20.
The lowermost oblique rib 52 among the three oblique ribs 52 is arranged along the thread locus T of the uppermost screw thread 20a in the initial state (the state in which the spatula is assembled to the cylinder). .. On the other hand, the upper two oblique ribs 52 are arranged in advance above the screw locus T of the male screw portion 20.
According to this configuration, when the cap 30 is screwed off from the tubular body 12, the upper two oblique ribs 52 are still engaged with the female screw portion 36, and these are used as the hook means h. The spatula 40 can be pulled up.
The number of the skewed ribs 52 (the number of the skewed ribs arranged on the screw locus T of the male screw portion in the state of FIG. 1 and the number of the skewed ribs arranged on the screw locus) is appropriate. Can be changed.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the partial screw portion 50 is formed on both the front surface Sf side and the back surface Sr of the spatula 40, that is, on both the front and back surfaces of the grip portion 48. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 4, the partial threaded portion 50 located on the outside of the tubular body 12 can be engaged with the female threaded portion 36 regardless of the front and back orientation of the spatula 40.
Further, in the example shown in the figure, the partial screw portion 50 located inside the tubular body 12 is in contact with the outer surface of the inner tubular portion 14. According to this configuration, the grip portion 48 is elastically deformed inward when the spatula 40 is pulled up due to the engagement between the upper two oblique ribs 52, which are the hook means h, and the female screw portion 36. , The hook means h is prevented from coming off from the female screw portion 36. Therefore, the pulling up of the spatula 40 can be made more reliable.

The content taking-out portion 42 is a scooping portion having an area suitable for scooping with the contents, and in a suitable illustrated example, it has a shape that narrows round toward the lower side.
Further, in the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 5A, the content taking-out portion 42 forms a recessed portion 43 that is shallower than the peripheral portion thereof. However, this structure can be changed as appropriate, and may be formed in a flat plate shape, for example.
Further, in the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 3, the recessed portion 43 is formed on both the front surface Sf side and the back surface Sr side of the spatula 40.
In the configuration in which the recess 43 is provided on only one side of the spatula 40, the recess 43 is formed when the grip 48 is gripped and the contents are scooped, depending on the orientation of the spatula 40 when assembled to the container body 10. May turn downward and it may be necessary to change the spatula 40, but in the configuration of the illustrated example, such inconvenience can be avoided.
The content take-out portion 42 is inserted into the annular space V between the lower cylinder portion 18c and the inner cylinder portion 14 through the insertion hole 24. Further, as described above, the content taking-out portion 42 is inserted with a slight gap b between the pair of inner ribs 7. As a result, it is possible to suppress blurring of the content taking-out portion 42 in the circumferential direction.

The intermediate portion 44 is a slide plate portion that is fitted into the insertion hole 24 so as to be pulled up as shown in FIG. 7, and is inserted when the distance corresponding to the detachment allowance M of the cap 30 is pulled up. It is provided so as to be locked in the hole 24.
The vertical length L of the intermediate portion 44 may be set to a length equal to or greater than the value obtained by adding the detachment allowance M of the cap 30 to the hole depth D of the insertion hole 24.
Further, the width W of the intermediate portion 44 may be about the same as the hole length in the longitudinal direction of the insertion hole 24, or the length obtained by subtracting the pressure welding allowance a from this hole length. As shown in FIG. 7B, the pressure welding allowance a means a length required for the intermediate portion 44 to be pressure-welded to the holding stopper.
The intermediate portion 44 is formed with an easily deformable portion 46 that enables compression of the intermediate portion 44 in the width direction.
With such a configuration, the intermediate portion 44 is easily bent and deformed by receiving the pressure contact force of the holding stopper 26 from the width direction. In other words, the pair of holding stoppers 26 bite into both sides of the intermediate portion 44 in the width direction, thereby increasing the bearing capacity of the spatula 40.
In the illustrated example, the easily deformable portion 46 is provided with a pair of flexible deformation holes separated from each other in the width direction of the intermediate portion, but a thin portion may be used instead of the holes.
In a suitable illustrated example, the shape of the bending deformation hole is a slit long in the vertical direction.
At least a part of the slits in the longitudinal direction of the pair of holding stoppers 26 at the initial assembly position (see FIG. 1) and the pulled-up position (see FIG. 7A) of the spatula 40. It is provided so as to be located between them.
A pair of engaging protrusions 47 are attached to the side end faces of the intermediate portion 44 in the width direction at positions in contact with the lower surface of the holding stopper 26. The engaging protrusion 47 is formed to have a size capable of overcoming the hole surface (inner surface of the holding stopper 26) of the insertion hole 24 by pulling up the spatula 40. Then, the engaging protrusion 47 that has passed over the insertion hole 24 is locked to the upper surface of the holding stopper 26. The locking force of the engaging protrusion 47 and the pinching force of the pinching stopper 26 combine to support the spatula 40 more reliably.

In the above configuration, when the cap 30 is rotated in the opening direction with respect to the container body 10 from the state of FIG. 1, the thread of the female thread portion 36 becomes the thread 20a of the male thread portion 20 and the partial screw. It slides along the diagonal rib 52 of the portion 50. Then, as shown in FIG. 6A, when the female screw portion 36 is screwed off from the male screw portion 20, the oblique rib 52 is still used as the hook means h on the upper side of the partial screw portion 50. Since it is engaged with the portion 36, if the cap 30 is lifted as shown in FIG. 6B from this state, it can be pulled up to the spatula 40 via the hook means h.
At the time of this pulling, the pair of holding stoppers 26 bite into both sides of the intermediate portion 44 of the spatula 40, causing bend deformation of the intermediate portion 44. Further, the engaging protrusions 47 on both sides of the intermediate portion 44 get over the hole surface of the insertion hole 24 and lock on the upper surface of the holding stopper 26.
The pulling state of the spatula 40 is supported by the holding force of the holding stopper 26 and the locking force of the engaging protrusion 47.
Therefore, even if the cap 30 is separated from the spatula 40 in this state, the pulled-up state of the spatula 40 is maintained as shown in FIG. 7 (A).
From this state, the spatula 40 can be easily removed by grasping and pulling up the grip portion 48 of the spatula 40.
