Description

The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a bathroom counter.

In recent years, as the bathroom counter, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. In the bathroom counter disclosed in Patent Document 1, a washbasin stand is detachably provided in the bathroom washroom.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom counter mounting structure that is easy to attach and detach in order to solve the above problems.

As a result of diligent studies to provide a mounting structure for a bathroom counter that is easy to attach and detach, the present inventors have obtained the following findings.

The conventional counter is provided with a hole at the rear for inserting a support material provided on the wall surface. Further, on the wall surface, support materials for mounting on which the washbasin stand is placed are provided on both sides of the support material. The counter is attached to the wall surface by inserting a wall support material into the hole of the counter and placing the washbasin stand on the mounting support material.

However, in the conventional counter, since the hole of the counter is provided at the rear portion, it is not possible to insert the support material into the hole while looking at the hole of the counter, and it may be difficult to attach / detach the counter to / from the wall surface.

On the other hand, the present inventors have found a structure in which a bracket having a recess opened upward is fixed to a wall surface, and a protrusion formed at the rear end of the counter is inserted into the recess to attach the counter to the wall surface. It was. As a result, it has been found that the protruding portion of the counter can be inserted into the recess while checking the recess of the bracket from above, so that the counter can be easily attached to and detached from the wall surface.

Based on these novel findings, the present inventors have arrived at the following inventions.

The mounting portion 11 has a front end portion 12a and a rear end portion 12b. The front end portion 12a indicates an end portion of the mounting portion 11 in the direction away from the wall surface 3, that is, on the front side (+ X direction). The rear end portion 12b indicates the end portion of the mounting portion 11 on the wall surface 3, that is, the rear side (−X direction). In the present embodiment, the second protruding portion 15 has a rear protruding portion 17 extending rearward. As shown in FIG. 6, a cap portion 19 is attached to the side surface of the counter 10. The cap portion 19 is a member that covers both sides of the counter 10 in the width direction (FIG. 3). The cap portion 19 is formed of, for example, a chemical resistant ABS resin.

Each of the cap portions 19 on both sides of the counter 10 has ribs 19a extending inward of the counter 10. The rib 19a is provided so as to be in contact with the bracket 30. The rib 19a positions the counter 10 with respect to the bracket 30 when the counter 10 is attached to the bracket 30.

Next, the bracket 30 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.

As shown in FIG. 4, the bracket 30 has an upward protrusion 31. The upward protruding portion 31 extends upward from the front end portion (end portion in the + X direction) of the bracket 30. The upward protruding portion 31 has an inclined surface 35 on the surface on the wall surface 3 side. The inclined surface 35 inclines downward toward the rear. The upper surface (mounting surface 11a) of the mounting portion 11 is inclined downward from the front end portion 12a of the mounting portion 11 toward the rear end portion 12b.

The upward protrusion 31 is inserted into the first recess 14 of the counter 10. The first protruding portion 13 of the counter 10 is inserted into the second recess 33. The inclined surface 35 is in contact with the inclined surface 13a of the first protruding portion 13. The inclined surface 36 is in contact with the inclined surface 15a of the second protruding portion 15. The inclination angle θ1 of the inclined surface 13a with respect to the vertical direction (Z direction), the inclination angle θ2 of the inclined surface 15a, the inclination angle θ3 of the inclined surface 35, and the inclination angle θ4 of the inclined surface 36 shown in FIG. 4 are, for example, 5 degrees.
