Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a motor control device.
角位置検出装置は、モータの回転軸に取り付けられるレゾルバと、レゾルバからのアナログの出力信号をディジタルの角度情報に変換するRDC(Resolver to Digital Converter:レゾルバディジタルコンバータ)とで構成されている。 For vehicles such as electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs, PHEVs), and trains equipped with a motor as a power source for driving, corner position detection for detecting the rotation angle (angle in the rotation direction) position of the motor A device is provided. The rotation angle position (hereinafter referred to as "angle position") detected by the angle position detecting device is mainly used for controlling the motor. The angular position detecting device is composed of a resolver attached to the rotating shaft of the motor and an RDC (Resolver to Digital Converter) that converts an analog output signal from the resolver into digital angle information.
In order to comply with functional safety such as IEC 61508, which is an international safety standard, and ISO 26262, which is a functional safety standard for automobiles, for example, when assuming a safety target such as "unintentional sudden acceleration or deceleration should not be performed" However, in the case of an RDC (hereinafter referred to as "external RDC") provided outside the control microcomputer, the external RDC and the motor control unit are the angle detection units of the RDC. You can select the connection by the data bus for transmitting the angle position information (information indicating the rotation angle position) generated in. When an abnormality such as a disconnection or a short circuit occurs in the data bus, the conventional technology having a failure diagnosis function of the built-in RDC cannot diagnose the failure of the external RDC caused by the abnormality of the data bus.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a motor control device that enables failure diagnosis of an external RDC.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the motor control device according to the present invention uses the angular position information indicating the rotation angle position of the motor and the motor, based on the rotation detection signal according to the rotation angle of the motor. It includes a resolver digital converter that generates a Z-phase pulse that is output once for each rotation, and a data bus that is connected to the resolver digital converter and transmits the angular position information. The motor control device is connected to the resolver digital converter and is based on the signal line for transmitting the Z-phase pulse, the angular position information input via the data bus and the signal line, and the Z-phase pulse. It includes a resolver digital converter and an abnormality determination unit that determines the presence or absence of an abnormality in at least one of the data buses.
According to the present invention, there is an effect that a failure diagnosis of an external RDC becomes possible.
Hereinafter, the motor control device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

The
インバータ7は、例えばIGBT(絶縁ゲート型バイポーラトランジスタ)などのスイッチング素子を複数備える。

The
The
The resolver signal includes two rotation detection signals. The amplitudes of the two rotation detection signals change in a sinusoidal manner according to the rotation angle (rotation angle θ) of the
The
Next, a configuration example of the
The
The
When the
The
The
For example, the

As a result of comparison, when the angular position when the Z-phase pulse is detected is within the
Next, the operation of the
“NCS” means the output of the active row “Chip Select terminal” provided in the RDC2. "N" means negative logic. “NCS” is a terminal for designating which element to read or write. “NRD” means the output of the “Read terminal” of the active row provided in the RDC2. "N" means negative logic. “NRD” is a terminal for reading the angular position information in the RDC2. The RDC2 outputs the angular position information on the
The
This angle position detection error will be described with a specific example.
If the motor rotation speed is 10 rps (10 rotations in 1 s) and this rotation speed is detected by the
If the motor rotation speed is 100 rps (100 rotations in 1 s) and this
FIG. 4 shows the relationship between the angle position error (corner position detection error) and the rotation speed derived in this way. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a correspondence relationship between the angle position detection error and the rotation speed. The horizontal axis is the rotation speed, and the vertical axis is the angle position detection error.
As described above, since the angle position is represented by an integer due to the resolution of the
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the TN (torque-rotation speed) characteristics of the
The
FIG. 6 shows an example of the angle position detection error calculated in advance. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a pre-calculated angle position detection error. As shown in FIG. 6, the angle position detection error includes the angle position detection error range. In FIG. 6, for convenience of explanation, the angle position detection error is close to that of the principle model A shown in FIG. 5, but the angle position detection error modeled on the characteristic B shown in FIG. 5 may be used.

As shown in FIG. 7, during normal motor control, the processing unit acquires a corner position (corner position information) in a 100us cycle (step S1).

As a result of the comparison, when the corner position is within the
As a result of comparison, when the corner position exceeds the detection error
For example, when each bit of the

FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a configuration example according to a comparative example of the
According to the
On the other hand, in the
With this configuration, the signal transmission path is duplicated simply by adding one
Therefore, in a vehicle equipped with the
Further, since it is only necessary to add one
Further, the
With this configuration, a simple failure diagnosis using the preset error determination table 53a becomes possible, and the processing load of the CPU constituting the
Further, the
Accurate failure diagnosis considering the angular position detection error range that fluctuates according to the rotation speed becomes possible, and even if the interrupt response time of the CPU constituting the
