Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tunnel disaster prevention system that monitors abnormalities in a tunnel by connecting terminal devices such as a notification device and a detector installed in the tunnel to a disaster prevention receiver.
Conventionally, emergency facilities have been installed in tunnels such as motorways in order to protect people and vehicles from fire accidents that occur in the tunnels.
Such emergency facilities include fire detectors, manual notification devices, emergency telephones for fire monitoring and reporting, fire hydrant devices for extinguishing fires and preventing the spread of fire, and tunnel skeletons. In order to protect the inside of the duct from fire, water spray that sprinkles fire extinguishing water from the water spray head is installed, and a tunnel disaster prevention system is constructed by installing a disaster prevention receiver that monitors and controls the terminal equipment of these emergency facilities. are doing.
The tunnel disaster prevention system consisting of the disaster prevention receiver and the terminal equipment is roughly classified into the R type transmission system and the P type direct delivery system. The R-type transmission method connects a terminal device such as a fire detector whose address is set to a transmission line, and enables individual management in which detection and control are performed for each terminal device by transmission control. In the P-type direct delivery method, a plurality of terminal devices belonging to the same section are connected to a signal line drawn out in a predetermined section unit according to the type of the terminal device, and detection and control are performed for each signal line.
By the way, in the P-type direct delivery type tunnel disaster prevention system, terminal devices such as a manual notification device, a fire extinguisher activation device, and a duct temperature detector have a signal output unit for operation or detection configured as a non-voltage a contact switch. A non-voltage a contact switch is connected to the signal line drawn from the disaster prevention receiver. The non-voltage a-contact switch is normally turned off in the monitoring state, and is turned on by an operation or detection operation to output a non-voltage contact signal.
Specifically, the power supply voltage is applied to one of the signal lines from the disaster prevention receiver side via a pull-up resistor, and in the steady monitoring state when the non-voltage a contact switch is turned off, most of the current consumption flows through the signal line. However, the power supply voltage between the signal lines seen from the disaster prevention receiver is kept at approximately the power supply voltage. When the non-voltage a contact switch is turned on, a current flows through the signal line, the voltage between the signal lines seen from the disaster prevention receiver drops to almost zero volts, and the disaster prevention receiver increases the current consumption of the signal line or between the signal lines. Detects a voltage drop and outputs a received signal indicating the operation or detection of the terminal device to the control unit.
For example, in the case of a fire report signal from a manual report device, the disaster prevention receiver performs control operations such as fire display, lighting control of the response lamp on the terminal side, manual report section display, and output of a fire extinguishing pump start signal, and also performs remote monitoring. A fire alarm signal is transmitted to external equipment such as control equipment, TV monitoring equipment, variable road information board equipment, tunnel ventilation equipment, and lighting equipment so that predetermined countermeasure control can be performed.
In such a conventional P-type direct transmission type tunnel disaster prevention system, the insulation deteriorates due to aged deterioration of the signal line (external line cable) connecting the terminal device, and the signal line connecting the terminal device. More current than expected in the normal monitoring state flows, and the disaster prevention receiver determines that it is receiving a signal by operating or detecting the terminal equipment and performs an alarm operation, as well as remote monitoring and control equipment, TV monitoring equipment, and variable road. Information board equipment, tunnel ventilation equipment, lighting equipment, and other other equipment are often linked to close tunnels.
By the way, in the conventional current monitoring device, when the current value for each signal line obtained by the constant cycle measurement deviates from the threshold range determined by the predetermined upper limit value and lower limit value, it is determined that the current value is abnormal and an alarm is given. However, it is assumed that fluctuations in the current value due to insulation deterioration of the signal line appear before the current value abnormality is determined, and it is necessary to know the signs of such current value abnormality at an early stage. If this is possible, it is expected that the current value will become abnormal in the near future, and it will be possible to prepare appropriate measures from an early stage.
The present invention integrates the functions of the current monitoring device with the disaster prevention receiver to simplify the equipment configuration and processing, and also enables warning by catching the sign before the current value abnormality of the signal line is determined. It is an object of the present invention to provide a tunnel disaster prevention system capable of grasping a detailed change in a current value after a sign is determined.

(Basic effect)
The present invention flows through a signal-proof line in a tunnel disaster-prevention system that outputs a fire alarm based on a predetermined signal related to a fire transmitted from a terminal device arranged in the tunnel via a signal line and received by a disaster-prevention receiver. The current value is measured in a predetermined cycle, and the current value abnormality, which is an abnormality of the measured current value, is determined based on the predetermined current value abnormality judgment condition, and the occurrence of the current value abnormality is predicted. The current value flowing through the signal line determined to be a sign of current value abnormality by determining the sign of the current value based on the condition for determining the sign of current value abnormality and changing the predetermined cycle to a cycle shorter than the currently set cycle. It is equipped with a control unit that measures the current value. When the control unit determines that the current value is abnormal, it outputs an alarm for the current value abnormality, and when the control unit determines that the current value is abnormal, it issues a warning alarm for the current value abnormality. Since it is output, there is a high possibility that the current value abnormality will be determined in the near future by knowing the sign of the current value abnormality before the current value abnormality due to the insulation deterioration of the signal line is determined and alarmed. It is possible to grasp such problems and take appropriate measures. Furthermore, for signal lines where abnormal current value is determined, the measurement cycle is changed to once a day, for example, once an hour. By changing and measuring the current value, it is possible to collect and judge more detailed data in a short time after the sign of the current value abnormality is determined, and the sign of the current value abnormality is determined. After that, even if the current value abnormality occurs, the current value abnormality can be determined at an early stage and an alarm can be issued.
In addition, when the control unit is provided in the disaster prevention receiving board, the disaster prevention receiving board includes the function of the current monitoring device, so that the equipment configuration and processing become simpler than when the current monitoring device is provided in a separate housing. , Installation space can also be reduced.
(Effect of display related to current value and alarm)
In addition, a display unit is provided, and when the control unit determines that the signal line is a sign of current value abnormality or current value abnormality, the measured current value and information indicating a sign of current value abnormality or current value abnormality are displayed on the display unit. When the control unit determines the current value abnormality or the sign of the current value abnormality, the information of the current value abnormality or the sign of the current value abnormality is displayed on the display unit, so that the current value abnormality or the current value abnormality is displayed. By knowing the sign of current value abnormality and looking at the current value displayed on the screen as necessary, it is possible to know the detailed information of the signal line determined to be the sign of current value abnormality or current value abnormality. Become.
(Effect of narrowed-down display of measured signal line current value)
In addition, when a predetermined request is detected, the current value corresponding to the predetermined request is displayed on the display unit, and other current values are not displayed. Therefore, for example, one day is included in the displayed current value. The current value due to one measurement cycle and the current value due to a shorter measurement cycle, for example, once an hour, which is determined to be a sign of an abnormality in the current value, will be displayed. If the current value is displayed as it is, for example, the measurement cycle The different current values are displayed in time series, but they are narrowed down and displayed in response to a predetermined request. For example, the current values measured in a short cycle are narrowed down to the current value of the signal line where the sign of abnormal current value is judged. It is possible to know in detail the change in the current value of the signal line in which the sign of the current value abnormality is determined.
(Effect of predictive judgment of current value abnormality by setting the sign threshold range)
Further, when the current value is outside the predetermined threshold range, it is determined that the current value is abnormal, and when the current value is within the predetermined threshold range and is outside the narrower threshold range than the predetermined threshold range, the current is generated. In order to determine that the value is abnormal, for example, the current value of the signal line measured at regular intervals fluctuates within the threshold range for determining the current value abnormality, and if it is outside the threshold range set within that range, the current value is abnormal. It is determined that it is a sign, and before the abnormal current value is determined, it is definitely determined as a sign and an alarm can be made.
(Effect of predictive judgment of current value abnormality due to difference from average current)
In addition, the control unit obtains the past average current value from the current value measured in a predetermined period, and the control unit determines that the current value is abnormal based on the difference between the measured current value and the average current value. Therefore, for example, the moving average current for the past one month is obtained from the measurement history, and when the measured current value changes with respect to the past average current value, it is determined as a sign of an abnormality in the current value and an alarm is given to measure the current. It is possible to reliably detect changes in the value and warn of signs of abnormal current value.
In addition, since the standard for determining the sign of abnormal current value is the average current of past measured current values, even if some of the measured current values in the past have measured values due to noise, etc., they will be affected by this. It is possible to reliably determine the sign of an abnormal current value and make an alarm.
(Effect of predictive judgment of current value abnormality due to difference from the current value measured last time)
In addition, the control unit obtains the past average current value from the current value measured in a predetermined period, and the control unit determines that the current value is abnormal based on the difference between the measured current value and the average current value. Therefore, it is possible to reliably capture the change in the current value that occurs in the cycle of the fixed cycle measurement such as once a day, determine that it is a sign of the current value abnormality, and make an alarm possible.

(Predictive judgment of current value abnormality by setting the predictive threshold range)
FIG. 5 is a graph showing a sign determination of a current value abnormality by setting a sign threshold range. FIG. 5 shows, for example, the diurnal change of the current value of the measurement history obtained by the fixed cycle measurement from the current day (1 day) to 18 days before that. A lower limit value Is1 and an upper limit value Is4 for determining a current value abnormality are set for such a current value measurement history, and the current value is within the range of the threshold range Is1 to Is4 for determining the current value abnormality. A sign lower limit value Is2 and a sign upper limit value Is3 for determining a sign of abnormality are set.

When the
By shortening the measurement cycle of the signal line in which such a current value abnormality is determined, after the sign of the current value abnormality is determined, more detailed data is collected in a short time to determine the transition of the current value. In addition, even if a current value abnormality occurs after a sign of a current value abnormality is determined, the current value abnormality can be determined at an early stage and an alarm can be issued.
Further, the
By narrowing down to the signal line where the sign of the current value abnormality is determined and displaying the measurement history on the screen on the monitor device 46, it is possible to know in detail the change in the current value of the signal line determined to be the sign of the current value abnormality.
