Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a receiver used in a disaster prevention monitoring system (including a fire notification system) such as a fire receiver that receives a signal from a fire detector, a transmitter, or the like to warn of a fire, and particularly to a radio in the receiver. Regarding the technology that is effective for mounting communication antennas.
Conventionally, a fire receiver that receives a signal from a fire detector or a transmitter to warn of a fire has an information display unit or information that displays the location (district) of an event such as a fire that has occurred and the content of the event. It is equipped with a 7-segment display that displays the above with simple numbers and symbols, and a speaker that emits an alarm sound. In addition, fire receivers are often installed in special rooms such as disaster prevention centers and management rooms, and wireless communication is used to notify the person in charge at a location away from the location where the fire receiver is installed. No function was provided.
Some receivers of conventional fire alarm systems have a function of displaying the status of the receiver on a display device connected by wire using a communication cable. Further, by providing a communication connection unit (connector) in the receiver, connecting the first wireless communication device to the connector, and connecting the second wireless communication device to the management terminal, the receiver and the management terminal can be connected. There is an invention in which settings can be made for a receiver and operation history information of the receiver can be transmitted to a management terminal by wireless communication between the two (Patent Document 1).
The housing of the fire receiver is generally a metal housing. Therefore, if a wireless communication module is built into the housing so that the fire receiver can have wireless communication, the housing becomes an electromagnetic shield and the strength of the transmitted and received radio waves decreases, making it impossible to send and receive accurate information. There is a problem.
On the other hand, in the communication system (fire alarm system) described in Patent Document 1, a communication connection portion (connector) is provided in the housing of the receiver, and a wireless communication device is connected to the connector. Therefore, it is possible to transmit and receive information while avoiding a decrease in the strength of radio waves due to the housing. However, in the system of Patent Document 1, when it is desired to perform wireless communication, a wireless communication device must be connected each time, which is troublesome. Further, if it is desired to keep the wireless communication device connected at all times, there is a problem that it is necessary to secure a dedicated installation space.
The present invention has been made in the background as described above, and an object of the present invention is to connect a wireless communication device or secure an installation space for the wireless communication device in the vicinity of a receiver each time wireless communication is performed. An object of the present invention is to provide a receiver for a disaster prevention monitoring system capable of transmitting and receiving information by wireless communication between a receiver and an external terminal without any trouble.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a receiver for a disaster prevention monitoring system capable of directly notifying the occurrence of an event by wireless communication from the receiver to a mobile terminal.
In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to the present application is
A metal box-shaped body with a built-in control board that can detect the occurrence of an event in response to a signal from a terminal device installed in the monitored area, and the occurrence and event of the detected event. It is provided with a housing composed of a metal front panel having an operation display unit capable of displaying information corresponding to the above and being capable of input operation and attached so as to close the opening of the box-shaped main body.
An opening is formed in the front panel.
A resin panel having an information display unit corresponding to the opening is attached to the front panel.
In a receiver for a disaster prevention monitoring system in which an operation display board provided with a circuit for controlling the operation display unit is mounted on the back surface of the resin panel.
The operation display board is arranged on the back surface of the resin panel so as to create a space between the operation display board and the edge of the opening.
A communication electronic component having a wireless communication function is mounted on the control board.
An antenna substrate connected to the communication electronic component via a cable is disposed in a portion corresponding to the space of the resin panel.
According to the receiver having the above configuration, since there is no metal front panel in front of the antenna board connected to the electronic component for communication (wireless communication module), the front panel serves as an electromagnetic shield and the radio wave strength. Therefore, even if a wireless communication device is provided inside the receiver, wireless communication can be performed with a device external to the receiver.
In addition, since a wireless communication device is provided inside the receiver, it is not necessary to connect the wireless communication device or secure an installation space for the wireless communication device in the vicinity of the receiver each time wireless communication is performed. , Information can be transmitted and received by wireless communication between the receiver and an external terminal. Furthermore, the occurrence of an event can be directly notified from the receiver to the mobile terminal by wireless communication.
Here, preferably, the front panel is attached to the side portion of the box-shaped body so as to be openable and closable by a hinge.
The space is provided between the edge of the opening on the side close to the hinge and the end of the operation display board.
The antenna substrate is mounted on the back surface of the resin panel.
According to this configuration, the communication electronic component (wireless communication module) is arranged at a portion close to the hinge, so that the communication electronic component arranged inside the receiver main body and the back surface of the front panel The length of the cable connecting to the arranged antenna substrate can be shortened. Further, since the wiring location of the antenna is arranged on the hinge side (position on the back side), it does not interfere with the work when the front panel of the receiver is opened to perform the connection work or the function check of the internal circuit.
Further, preferably, the antenna board is a vertically long printed wiring board on which a pattern for receiving radio waves is formed, and the space is provided over a predetermined range along the side edge of the opening, and the space is provided in the space. The antenna substrate is arranged.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to easily secure a space for arranging the vertically long antenna substrate.
Further, preferably, the power supply is located at the bottom of the box-shaped body.
The communication electronic component is mounted on the upper front surface of the control board at a position closer to the hinge than the center.
According to the receiver having the above configuration, the electronic component for communication (wireless communication module) is arranged at a position away from the power supply device, so that the influence of the electromagnetic noise generated by the power supply device is used for communication. Electronic components are less likely to be received, and good wireless communication can be performed.
Further, preferably, the operation display board is arranged on the back surface of the resin panel so as to form a gap between the operation display board and the upper edge of the opening in front view.
The communication electronic component is mounted on the control board so that the wireless communication module and the chip antenna are provided on the same board, the chip antenna is in an upward position, and the chip antenna is located behind the gap. To be.
According to this configuration, since there is no metal front panel in front of the chip antenna mounted together with the electronic components for communication, the front panel does not become an electromagnetic shield and reduce the radio wave strength, so that it is inside the receiver body. Wireless communication can be performed with an external device via the arranged chip antenna.
Also, preferably, one end of the cable is welded to the antenna substrate and the other end is provided with a connector.
The communication electronic component is provided with a terminal to which the connector provided at the end of the cable can be connected.
According to such a configuration, the antenna board can be detachably connected to the communication electronic component (wireless communication module), so that the antenna board can be provided or not provided as needed.
According to the receiver for a disaster prevention monitoring system of the present invention, even if a wireless communication device is provided inside the receiver, wireless communication can be performed with a device outside the receiver. Therefore, information by wireless communication between the receiver and an external terminal is not required to connect the wireless communication device or secure the installation space of the wireless communication device in the vicinity of the receiver each time wireless communication is performed. You can send and receive. In addition, there is an effect that the occurrence of an event can be notified from the receiver to the mobile terminal by wireless communication.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 2, the
Further, a vertically
Further, in this embodiment, a sub-board 28 on which a

Although not shown, the
Further, in FIGS. 2 and 4,
As described above, the sub-board 28 on which the
Moreover, in the present embodiment, as described below, since the
Next, the configuration of the back surface of the
In the fire receiver of the present embodiment, on the back surface of the
The
The front surface of the
In this embodiment, the elongated strip-shaped
Further, in this embodiment, the
Moreover, although the
Further, the operation /
On the other hand, according to the configuration as in the above embodiment, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, both the
Further, since the sub-board 28 and the
Further, in this embodiment, the
From the viewpoint of avoiding the influence of noise, it is also conceivable to arrange the
Further, in the above embodiment, the
Further, in the receiver of the model which does not provide the VFD constituting the
Although the invention made by the present inventor has been specifically described above based on the embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the
