前記制御装置には、前記入室判定手段が浴室に人がいると判定しているとき、前記補水開始判定水位よりも浴槽の水位が下がったら、前記補水運転制御手段は補水運転を開始し、
前記入室判定手段が浴室に人がいないと判定しているとき、前記補水開始判定水位よりも浴槽の水位が下がったら、前記浴槽に溜まった水を排水する排水栓が抜けていると判定する栓抜け判定手段を設けたことを特徴とする風呂給湯装置。
