Abstract
Description
図1及び図2を参照して、実施形態の排気ガス浄化装置100の構成を説明する。
第1ヒータ123は、担体122と接合され、排気ガスEを加熱することによって酸化触媒111を加熱する。第1ヒータ123は、DOCユニット110に含まれる酸化触媒111よりも排気ガスEの流れの下流側に酸化触媒111と隣接して配置されている。尚、第1ヒータ123に、酸化触媒111を絶縁性を保った状態で塗布して固着させることによって、酸化触媒111を直接的に保持する構成としてもよい。第1温度センサー124は、排気ガスEの温度を測定する。排気ガスEの温度は、車両の制御部に送信され、車両が運転を継続している間、排気ガスEの温度が一定値以上になるように、第1ヒータ123が制御される。
図3を参照して、実施形態の排気ガス浄化装置100の作用効果を説明する。
本発明を実施するに当たり、上記の実施形態は一例であり、具体的な態様を種々に変更して実施できる。
Claims (4)
- エンジンから排出される排気ガスを浄化する酸化触媒と、
前記酸化触媒よりも前記排気ガスの流れの下流側に前記酸化触媒と隣接して配置された第一加熱器と、
前記第一加熱器よりも前記排気ガスの流れの下流側に位置し、噴射された尿素水によって前記排気ガスを還元して浄化する選択還元型触媒と、
前記第一加熱器と前記選択還元型触媒との間に挟まれる接続領域に配置された前記尿素水を噴射する尿素水供給器と、を有する排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記尿素水供給器よりも前記排気ガスの流れの下流側に位置し、供給経路に供給された前記尿素水を拡散する拡散器を前記接続領域に有する、請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記選択還元型触媒を加熱する第二加熱器を前記拡散器の下流であって前記接続領域に有する、請求項2に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記酸化触媒は、ゼオライトを含んでいない、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
