Abstract
Description
蓋体3を外して、炉空間9に廃棄物Xを投入する。そして、炉本体2に蓋体3を取り付けて、炉空間9に過熱水蒸気を供給する。過熱水蒸気の温度は300℃〜600℃の程度である。炉空間9が過熱水蒸気で満たされると、炉空間9は無酸素状態となる。無酸素状態で廃棄物Xが高温の過熱水蒸気に接することにより、有機系ごみが炭化すると共に、プラスチック系ごみが油化する。この炭化油化処理により生じた炭化物および油分は、回収してリサイクルされる。

Claims (4)
- 外部から供給される過熱水蒸気によりプラスチックごみを含む廃棄物を炭化処理および油化処理する炭化油化処理炉であって、
鉄製の外側構造体と、この外側構造体に対して分離可能なステンレス製の内側構造体とで構成されていることを特徴とする炭化油化処理炉。 - 請求項1に記載の炭化油化処理炉において、前記内側構造体は、前記外側構造体の内側に出し入れ可能に嵌め込まれている炭化油化処理炉。
- 請求項1に記載の炭化油化処理炉において、前記内側構造体は、複数に分割された炉材からなり、これら複数の炉材が常温時において互いに接しないように前記外側構造体の内面に貼り付けられている炭化油化処理炉。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の炭化油化処理炉において、上部が開口した炉本体と、この炉本体の上部開口を塞ぐ蓋体とを有し、少なくとも炉本体が前記外側構造体と前記内側構造体とで構成されている炭化油化処理炉。
