Claims (20)
- 溶接製作監視及びデータ分析のためのシステムであって、
分析コンポーネントを有する少なくとも1つのサーバコンピュータと、
前記少なくとも1つのサーバコンピュータに動作可能に接続される少なくとも1つのデータストアを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのサーバコンピュータは、
コンピュータネットワークを介して、前記コンピュータネットワークに動作可能に接続され、同じ種類の部品の複数のインスタンスを製作するよう複数の溶接を生成するために用いられる複数の溶接システムからコア溶接データ及び非コア溶接データを含む溶接データを受信することであって、前記溶接データは前記複数の溶接に対応し、
前記溶接データに関する分析を実行して、前記分析の一部として前記複数の溶接システムから受信した溶接プロファイル識別番号に依存することなく、前記複数の溶接の同じ個々の溶接を識別及びグループ化することであって、前記同じ個々の溶接のグループは、前記同じ種類の部品の前記複数のインスタンス上の同じ溶接位置に対応するよう構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのデータストアは、前記同じ個々の溶接の個々の溶接それぞれに対応する前記溶接データを前記サーバコンピュータから受信し、前記溶接データを識別及びグループ化されるようにデジタルで格納するよう構成される、

前記切断データに関する分析を実行して、前記分析の一部として前記複数の金属切断システムから受信した切断プロファイル識別番号に依存することなく、前記複数の切断の同じ個々の切断を識別及びグループ化することであって、前記同じ個々の切断のグループは、前記同じ種類の部品の前記複数のインスタンス上の同じ切断位置に対応するよう構成され、
前記少なくとも1つのデータストアは、前記同じ個々の切断の個々の切断それぞれに対応する前記切断データを前記サーバコンピュータから受信し、前記切断データを識別及びグループ化されるようにデジタルで格納するよう構成される、
システム。 - 前記分析はクラスター分析である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記複数の切断システムから遠隔に位置する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記コア切断データは、アーク電圧、切断電流、様々なガス圧、様々なガス流量、初期穿孔高さ、前記切断ツールの作業角度、前記切断ツールの移動角度、前記切断ツールの切断速度、ツールから母材までの距離、及び前記切断ツールの切断動作のうちの少なくとも1つに関するデータを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記非コア切断データは、前記同じ種類の部品の前記複数のインスタンス上で切断が開始される前の前記アイドル時間であるプレアイドル時間に関するデータを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記非コア切断データは、前記同じ種類の部品の前記複数のインスタンス上の連続切断間の切断ツールの非切断動作に関するデータを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記非コア切断データは、前記複数の切断の各切断が生成された後の前記同じ種類の部品の前記複数のインスタンスの温度に関するデータを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の切断は、前記複数の金属切断システムによってロボットで生成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の切断は、前記複数の金属切断システムを用いて人間の作業者によって生成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのサーバコンピュータ及び前記少なくとも1つのデータストアは、前記コンピュータネットワークに動作可能に接続されるクライアントコンピュータによって、格納されたような切断データを照会できるデータベースシステムとして構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
