Abstract
Description
In the present invention, the first outer member, the second outer member, the first inner member slidably held by the first outer member with a ball, and similarly slidably slidably with a ball to the second outer member. It has a second inner member to be held, a first ball retainer for rotatably holding a ball on the first outer member side, and a second ball retainer for rotatably holding a ball on the second outer member side. A double slide rail with a large slide amount by extending the slide rail in two stages by connecting the first inner member and the second inner member, and a slide that can be pulled out (extended / contracted) in both front-back directions. It's about rails.
Conventionally, the applicant of the present application has implemented a slide rail that can be pulled out (extended / contracted) in both front-rear directions with a double slide rail having an increased slide amount (see Patent Document 1). This slide rail has a function to regulate the phenomenon that the inner member protrudes to the opposite side to the extension side when the slide rail is contracted from the extended state where the slide rail is pulled out, by the protrusion prevention stopper attached to the front and rear ends. Is equipped.
However, since the function is only to prevent the inner rail from protruding, the maximum contracted state of the slide rail cannot be maintained. Therefore, the article using the slide rail is maintained in the maximum contracted state separately from the slide rail. It was necessary to provide a stopper. Further, there is a problem that the slide rail extends to the opposite side beyond the maximum contracted state of the slide rail when the slide rail is contracted from the extended state.
In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a bidirectional pull-out type slide rail capable of maintaining a contracted state.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is configured as the first means by the first outer member, the second outer member, and the first inner member slidably held by the first outer member by a ball. A second inner member that is slidably held by the second outer member with a ball, a first ball retainer that rotatably holds the ball on the first outer member side, and a ball on the second outer member side. It has a second ball retainer that holds it rotatably, and integrally forms the first inner member and the second inner member, and the first outer member and the second outer member are front and rear with respect to the inner member. In the bidirectional pull-out type slide rail that can slide on both sides in the direction, the inner member is prevented from moving independently in the contracted state of the slide rail, and the outer member that extends and moves moves to the side opposite to the extension and movement side. It has a movement prevention stopper that operates a stopper mechanism that prevents the inner member from extending beyond the maximum contraction state of the inner member, and the movement prevention stopper is fixed to the inner member side, and at least the slide rail from the fixed portion. It has a support portion that extends to the extension side, and a locking body that locks to the end of the first outer member or the second outer member at the tip of the support portion, and when the slide rail is extended, the first outer member and the second outer member The outer member is provided with a pressure receiving portion that is a refracting edge on the side facing each other and is pressed by the surfaces on the side facing each other in the vertical direction, and the stopper mechanism is operated by the pressing of the pressure receiving portion. Is, in the contracted state of the slide rail, protruding toward the opposite side of the pressing surface from the opposite surface side facing the surface pressing the pressure receiving portion in the bending edge.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is configured as the second means, in which the first outer member and the second outer member are arranged apart from each other in the vertical direction in addition to the first means, and the first inner member. And the second inner member are integrally movablely connected in a state of being arranged in the vertical direction according to the arrangement of the outer member to form a slide rail, and the movement prevention stopper is arranged in the vertical direction. It is provided between the upper and lower parts of the inner member and the second inner member.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is configured as the third means, in addition to the first means or the second means, the first outer member and the second outer that press the movement prevention stopper pressure receiving portion. The pressing surface of the member is the outer surface side of the bending edge of the outer member facing the ball sliding groove.
According to the first means of the present invention, it is possible to maintain the contracted state of the slide rail and temporarily stop the extended slide rail in the contracted state when the extended slide rail contracts.
According to the second means of the present invention, in addition to the first means, the movement prevention stopper can be accommodated between the upper and lower parts of the first outer member, the inner member body and the second outer member. Therefore, the horizontal (left-right) direction dimension of the movement prevention stopper can be reduced, so that the horizontal (left-right) direction dimension of the slide rail as a whole can be reduced.
According to the configuration as the third means of the present invention, in addition to the configuration as the first means or the second means, the first inner member is arranged apart in the vertical direction with a simple configuration. A movement prevention stopper can be placed between the and the second inner member.
Further, since the ball sliding surface is not used, it is possible to prevent the ball sliding surface from being damaged and the grease applied to the ball sliding surface from being removed.

It has a member, a first ball retainer that rotatably holds a ball on the first outer member side, and a second ball retainer that rotatably holds a ball on the second outer member side, and has a first inner member and a first ball. The first inner member and the second inner member are integrally formed by a connecting member that connects the two inner members, and the first outer member and the second outer member are respectively on both sides in the front-rear direction with respect to the inner member. In the slidable bidirectional pull-out type slide rail, the first outer member and the second outer member are arranged separately in the vertical direction, and the first inner member and the second inner member are aligned with the arrangement of the outer member. The inner member is prevented from moving independently in the contracted state of the slide rail, and the outer member that extends and moves is connected to the extension and movement side by integrally moving the slide rail while being arranged in the vertical direction. On the opposite side, a movement prevention stopper that activates a stopper mechanism that prevents the inner member from extending beyond the maximum contraction state of the inner member is arranged vertically between the upper and lower sides of the first inner member and the second inner member. The movement prevention stopper is provided with a support portion extending from the fixed portion to the extension side of the slide rail and a locking body that is locked to the end of the first outer member or the second outer member at the tip of the support portion. Further, when the slide rail is extended, a pressure receiving portion is provided which is a bending edge on the side facing each other of the first outer member and the second outer member and is pressed by the surfaces on the side facing each other in the vertical direction. It is assumed that the stopper mechanism is activated by the pressing of the pressure receiving portion, and the pressure receiving portion is directed to the opposite side of the pressing surface from the opposite surface side of the bending edge facing the surface pressing the pressure receiving portion in the contracted state of the slide rail.

As shown in FIG. 6, the stopper

In the case of a slide rail in which the ball is held by such a ball retainer, the ball retainer also moves while rolling the ball with a movement amount of about half of the sliding movement amount of the outer member or the inner member.

That is, since the inner member
Further, the
Therefore, since each outer member comes into contact with the

Therefore, the articles attached to the first

Further, in this embodiment, the uppermost points of the

Then, since the

Therefore, although the
Therefore, even if the second
Then, when the second
When the second
In this way, the roller is pressed by the refracting edges of the first
In the case of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 12, the first
Next, when the second
These movements during contraction do not become constant due to the load applied to the slide rail, the load, etc., and the second
When the second
When the
On the other hand, when the
When the second
In this way, when the topmost portion of the pressure receiving portion, which is a portion pushed up or pushed down by the bending edge of the outer member of the
Therefore, when the extended slide rail is contracted, it can be temporarily stopped in the fully contracted state of the slide rail. For example, when the drawer is attached to the slide rail and is stored from the open state, it is stored. It is possible to prevent it from easily opening to the opposite side due to the momentum of the operation.
In addition, when the elastically deformed
The force for retracting the roller of the movement prevention stopper can be changed by the elastic force of the
On the contrary, when the elastic force and the amount of protrusion of the roller are reduced, the force for extending the outer member from the most contracted state of the
