Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a deterioration degree inspection method, a deterioration degree inspection system, and a measuring instrument suitable for nondestructively inspecting the deterioration degree of an existing soft material such as a sealing material or a waterproof sheet.
The existing sealing material applied to the joints of the outer wall of the building deteriorates over time due to the influence of the external environment such as ultraviolet rays, rainwater, and changes in the outside air temperature, and becomes harder, and the performance such as sealing performance deteriorates. Therefore, after a certain number of years have passed, the degree of deterioration is inspected, and repairs and replacements are performed as necessary.
As a method of inspecting the degree of deterioration of the existing sealing material, a part of the existing sealing material is cut off, a sample of the existing sealing material is brought back from the site, and the components of the sample brought back are analyzed by an infrared spectroscopic analyzer, etc. The method of inspecting the degree of deterioration is widely carried out by specifying the type of, and slicing in parallel with the outer surface at regular intervals in the thickness direction, performing tests such as hardness test and tensile test of sliced pieces. ing.
However, with this inspection method, the inspection is carried out at the site rather than at the site, so it takes several days until the inspection result is obtained, the inspection cost is high, and the cut part of the existing sealing material is the sealing material of the same component. It was necessary to repair it, and it was very troublesome.
Therefore, as an inspection method of the existing sealing material, the existing sealing material that has been constructed on the building is partially cut out to obtain a test body, and at the site, the hardness of at least the cut side surface of the test body is measured by a hardness such as a durometer. A deterioration diagnosis method has been proposed, which is configured so that the deterioration of the existing sealing material can be diagnosed on the spot based on the measurement result by using a meter (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In the deterioration diagnosing method described in Patent Document 1, since the deterioration of the existing sealing material can be diagnosed on site using a hardness meter such as a durometer, the deterioration of the existing sealing material can be easily and inexpensively diagnosed.
However, since the existing sealing material is partially cut out, it is necessary to repair the cut out portion after the deterioration diagnosis, and the work is complicated. Further, the existing sealing material gradually hardens from the surface side due to the progress of deterioration, but in the invention described in Patent Document 1, the degree of deterioration is diagnosed by measuring the change in hardness of the existing sealing material in the depth direction. However, it was difficult to grasp the degree of deterioration.
The purpose of the present invention is a deterioration degree inspection method of an existing soft material that can be nondestructively tested without cutting out the existing soft material, for the deterioration degree of the existing soft material such as a sealing material or a waterproof sheet that is applied to an existing building. It is to provide a deterioration degree inspection system and a measuring instrument.
The present inventor has earnestly studied a method of easily and nondestructively inspecting the degree of deterioration of an existing soft material. As a result, the penetration load when inserting the measuring needle into the existing soft material and the pulling load when extracting the measuring needle inserted into the existing soft material are respectively the hardness and elasticity of the existing soft material. It has been found that it shows a certain correlation with physical property values such as, by sequentially measuring at least one of the piercing load and the pulling load, without destroying the existing soft material, based on the measurement results of the existing soft material The present invention has been completed based on the idea that the degree of deterioration can be inspected.

According to the deterioration degree inspection method and the deterioration degree inspection system of the existing soft material according to the present invention, as described above, the measuring needle is inserted into the existing soft material, or the measuring needle inserted into the existing soft material is pulled out. Or, when measuring the load acting on the measuring needle in sequence, it is possible to measure the degree of deterioration of the existing soft material without cutting the existing soft material. There is no need to repair the material and the burden on the operator can be greatly reduced. Further, since a series of work of the deterioration degree inspection can be performed on site, it can be performed in a short time, easily and inexpensively as compared with the case where the sample is taken home and inspected. Furthermore, since the degree of deterioration in each part of the existing soft material in the thickness direction can be measured, it is also possible to calculate an approximate number of years until repair is required. Moreover, since the measuring instrument can be configured mainly with the measuring needle, the driving section, and the load cell, a portable, compact and lightweight measuring instrument can be realized.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the deterioration
The existing
On the back side of the
The
As the
As the
The measuring
Explaining the measuring
The
The
As the
As the measuring
However, since a constant correlation is established between the speed at which the measuring
As the measuring
The diameter of the measuring

携帯型端末14の制御部20は、例えば所定の演算処理を実行するCPU(Central Processing Unit)と、データを記憶するRAM(Random Access Memory)と、所定の制御プログラム等を記憶する不揮発性のROM(Read Only Memory)とを備えている。
The
The RAM includes a

Next, the deterioration determination process and the type determination process performed by the
First, the measuring
Next, the tip of the measuring
Based on the load data as the output from the
As for the degree of deterioration, the inclination angle θ1, the inclination angle θ2 of the
Further, if there is a void in the middle portion of the existing sealing
On the other hand, when the type of the existing sealing
The type information of the existing sealing
In the deterioration degree inspection method and the deterioration
(Second embodiment)
The deterioration
As shown in FIG. 6B, the measuring

Next, the deterioration determination process performed by the
First, the measuring
Next, the tip of the measuring
Based on the elapsed time when the measuring
It is also possible to determine whether or not the thickness T13 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, and to determine whether or not the existing sealing material 5 has been constructed to an appropriate depth. Furthermore, if there is a void in the middle of the existing sealing
In the deterioration
The axial load acting on the measuring
Moreover, in the said 1st and 2nd embodiment, although the case where this invention was applied to the deterioration degree inspection method of the existing sealing
