The present invention relates to bedding that can be easily stored.

Traditionally, after using bedding, blankets, and other bedding, they have been folded and stored in a closet or the like. Bedding includes quilts, blankets, and mattresses, all of which needed to be folded.

However, the work of folding a large number of beddings is complicated, and more serious, especially in the busy hours of the morning.

The present invention relates to a bedding having a plate-shaped deformable body whose shape can be deformed therein, wherein the plate-shaped deformed body has first and second stable shapes different from each other.
