Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a trigger type ejector that ejects liquid in a container by operating a trigger, and particularly belongs to the technical field of a structure including a cover that covers a pump mechanism.
Conventionally, this type of trigger-type ejector has been used by being attached to, for example, a container containing a detergent or a deodorant, and operating a pump mechanism for sucking and discharging the liquid in the container and the pump mechanism. And a nozzle communicating with the discharge hole of the pump mechanism. When the user holds the container and operates the trigger, the pump mechanism sucks the liquid in the container and discharges it from the discharge hole, and the liquid discharged from the discharge hole is ejected in the form of mist or foam from the nozzle. ..
The trigger type ejector disclosed in
Further, a cover is also attached to the trigger type ejector disclosed in
By the way, since the through hole and the like are not formed in the cover of the trigger type ejector of
However, when the through hole is formed in the side wall of the cover, the strength of the cover is reduced, and there is a possibility that the cover is easily deformed particularly in the vertical direction. Since the pump mechanism is provided inside the cover, it is conceivable that if the cover is deformed, an unreasonable force acts on the pump mechanism, causing a failure.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to diversify the design of the cover that covers the pump mechanism and reduce the load in the vertical direction while reducing the amount of resin material used. It is to be able to minimize the deformation of the cover with respect to.
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, at least two columnar portions extending in the vertical direction are provided, and the upper ends of these columnar portions are connected to each other to secure the strength.
A first aspect of the present invention is a trigger-type ejector that is attached to a container that stores a liquid and that ejects the liquid, and a pump mechanism that sucks the liquid contained in the container, and a swingable device that operates the pump mechanism. A trigger, a nozzle communicating with a discharge hole of the pump mechanism, for ejecting the liquid discharged from the discharge hole to the outside, and a resin cover provided so as to cover the pump mechanism, The cover has a first columnar portion and a second columnar portion which are arranged at intervals in the swinging direction of the trigger and extend in the up-down direction, an upper end portion of the first columnar portion and an upper end portion of the second columnar portion. It is characterized in that a connecting part for connecting the parts is provided.
With this configuration, when the user swings the trigger, the pump mechanism is operated and the liquid contained in the container is sucked into the pump mechanism. The liquid sucked into the pump mechanism is ejected from the nozzle through the ejection hole.
Since the first columnar section and the second columnar section are arranged at intervals in the swinging direction of the trigger on the cover that covers the pump mechanism, there is a space between the first columnar section and the second columnar section. Is formed, and this space brings variety to the design of the cover, and contributes to reduction of the amount of resin material constituting the cover.
Further, since the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion of the cover are provided so as to extend in the vertical direction, when the load is applied to the cover from above, for example, the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion are provided. To support the load. At this time, since the upper ends of the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion are connected to each other by the connecting portion, it is difficult for the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion to be deformed so as to widen the space, and thus the cover is deformed. The quantity is reduced.
A second aspect of the invention is characterized in that the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion are formed so as to come closer to each other as they approach the upper end portion.
According to this configuration, since the upper ends of the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion approach each other, the length of the connecting portion can be shortened.
A third aspect of the invention is characterized in that a dimension of the trigger in the swing direction of the first columnar portion is set so as to be closer to a lower end portion as the dimension is longer.
According to this structure, the dimension of the lower end portion of the first columnar section becomes long, so that the strength of the root portion of the first columnar section is sufficiently increased.
In a fourth aspect of the invention, the first columnar portion is arranged before the second columnar portion, and the second columnar portion is arranged after the pump mechanism when the side on which the liquid is ejected is the front side. It is characterized in that it is formed thinner than the first columnar portion.
According to this configuration, the second columnar portion is arranged after the pump mechanism, so that the second columnar portion can be made thinner than the first columnar portion arranged in the portion where the pump mechanism is located. By making the second columnar part thinner, the back side of the cover becomes thinner, resulting in a smart design.
A fifth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the second columnar portion is formed with a groove portion extending vertically.
According to this configuration, the relatively thin second columnar portion is reinforced by the formation of the concave streak portion, and the deformation of the second columnar portion is suppressed.
A sixth aspect of the invention is characterized in that the recessed portion extends continuously to the connecting portion.
According to this structure, the boundary between the second columnar portion and the connecting portion is reinforced by the formation of the groove.
In a seventh aspect, a pump mechanism disposition space in which the pump mechanism is disposed is provided inside the cover, and a portion of the cover between the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion is It is characterized in that it is a communication portion for communicating the pump mechanism arrangement space with the outside of the cover.
According to this configuration, the pump mechanism can be seen from the portion between the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion, so that the pump mechanism can be part of the design.
An eighth invention is characterized in that the communication portions are formed on both sides of the cover.
According to this configuration, since the communication portions are formed on both sides of the cover, for example, when the cover is viewed from one side, the cover can be seen through the cover to the other side, which further diversifies the design. ..
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the resin cover is provided with the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion that extend in the up-down direction at an interval from each other, and the upper end portions of the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion are provided to each other. Since the connecting portion is provided, the cover design can be diversified, the amount of the resin material used can be reduced, and the deformation with respect to the vertical load can be minimized.
According to the second aspect of the invention, the first columnar portion and the second columnar portion are formed so as to come closer to each other as they approach the upper end portion, so that the length of the connecting portion can be shortened. Thereby, the deformation of the cover with respect to the vertical load can be further reduced.
According to the third aspect of the invention, the dimension of the first columnar portion is set so as to become longer as it gets closer to the lower end portion thereof, so that the strength of the root portion of the first columnar portion can be increased and the cover The deformation can be further reduced.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the second columnar section arranged after the pump mechanism is made thinner than the first columnar section on the front side, so that the rear side of the cover can be designed to have a slender impression.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the concave line portion is formed in the second columnar portion, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the relatively thin second columnar portion, and as a result, the deformation of the cover is further reduced. You can
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the concave streak portion is formed so as to be continuous from the second columnar portion to the connecting portion, the boundary portion between the second columnar portion and the connecting portion can be reinforced, and the deformation of the cover can be prevented. It can be further reduced.
According to the seventh aspect, since the pump mechanism can be seen from the outside of the cover, the design can be further diversified.
According to the eighth invention, by forming the communication portions on both sides of the cover, when the cover is viewed from one side, the other side can be seen through the cover, and the design can be further diversified. ..
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the following description of the preferred embodiments is merely an example in essence, and is not intended to limit the present invention, its application, or its use.

Since the

(Structure of trigger 20)

A connecting

(Structure of cover 40)
The
The
The
The

The
As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4, FIG. 5, etc., on the outer surface of the
A portion of the

(Operation and effect of the embodiment)
As described above, according to the trigger-

The above-described embodiments are merely examples in all respects, and should not be construed as limiting. Further, all modifications and changes belonging to the equivalent range of the claims are within the scope of the present invention.
In the first modification of the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the front
In the second modification of the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the front
In Modification 3 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the front
In Modification 4 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the front
