下記条件で測定されるヘーズの値が20%以下となる、繊維状セルロース;

繊維状セルロース分散液をイオン交換水で0.2質量%となるように希釈し、光路長1cmの液体用ガラスセルを用いてJIS K 7136に準拠して測定する;
