Description

The present invention relates to a water heater.

BACKGROUND ART Heretofore, there is known a water heater having an exhaust part on an upper part of a housing (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The exhaust unit is fixed to the upper side of the casing of the heat exchanger, and includes a cover-shaped exhaust casing having a front surface opened to cover the left and right and rear portions, and a rectifying plate provided inside the exhaust casing. The current plate forms an exhaust passage inside the exhaust casing. An exhaust pipe is formed so as to project forward at the front end of the exhaust casing, and an exhaust outlet is provided at the front of the exhaust pipe. The exhaust stack and the exhaust outlet are formed in a shape that is long in the left-right direction with respect to the vertical direction, and a burring portion bent backward is provided at the inner edge of the exhaust outlet to prevent damage.

When the lateral width of the exhaust outlet is narrower than the lateral width of the exhaust passage, abnormal noise is likely to occur from both left and right ends of the exhaust outlet. It is considered that this is because the air flowing on both the left and right sides of the exhaust passage collides directly with the burring portion when the air flows toward the exhaust outlet toward the center side.

An object of the present invention is to provide a water heater capable of reducing abnormal noise caused by exhaust at the exhaust outlet of an exhaust stack.

The water heater according to claim 1 is provided above a heat exchanger that heats water by heat of combustion exhaust gas from a burner, a front portion of the water heater is projected forward of the heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger is moved upward. An exhaust casing having an opening at the front portion for discharging the passing combustion exhaust gas to the outside, an exhaust outlet connected to the opening, protruding in a tubular shape forward, and having a front portion longer in the left-right direction than in the up-down direction. An exhaust pipe that discharges the combustion exhaust discharged from the opening to the outside from the exhaust outlet, and the combustion exhaust that is supported in the exhaust casing and has passed through the heat exchanger upward, is rectified toward the opening. In the water heater, wherein the width of the exhaust passage of the combustion exhaust formed in the exhaust casing in the left-right direction is wider than the width of the exhaust outlet of the exhaust pipe in the left-right direction, A burring portion that is bent inward is provided at a peripheral portion of the exhaust outlet, and a direction in which the combustion exhaust flows inside the exhaust pipe and at both left and right edge portions of the peripheral portion of the exhaust outlet. A pair of left and right baffle plates that prevent the combustion exhaust gas from directly colliding with the left and right edge parts are provided on the upstream side of the.

The baffle plate portion of the water heater according to claim 2 may be inclined toward the central portion side in the left-right direction toward the front.

The baffle plate portion of the water heater according to claim 3 may be provided at a front end portion of the straightening vane.

According to the water heater of the first aspect, it is possible to prevent the combustion exhaust from directly colliding with the burring portions provided on the left and right edges of the exhaust outlet of the exhaust pipe. Noise can be suppressed. Moreover, since the combustion exhaust does not directly contact the burring portion, it is possible to prevent the flow of the combustion exhaust from being obstructed by the burring portion. It is preferable that the burring portion be bent inward at the peripheral edge of the exhaust outlet and have its tip end facing the rear side. As a result, the tip of the burring portion does not come out from the exhaust outlet, so that damage can be reliably prevented.

According to the water heater of the second aspect, the baffle plate portion can smoothly guide the combustion exhaust gas at the positions close to the left and right edges of the exhaust gas outlet to the central portion, so that the exhaust performance of the combustion exhaust gas can be improved. Further, the tip end of the baffle plate can be reasonably brought close to the burring parts on both the left and right edges of the exhaust outlet. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the combustion exhaust flowing around the baffle plate portion from directly colliding with the burring portion.

According to the water heater of the third aspect, the baffle plate portion can be handled as a part of the straightening vane, so that the number of parts can be prevented from increasing. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the manufacturing cost from increasing. Further, since the baffle plate portion can be assembled at the same time as the baffle plate, work efficiency can be improved.

On the rear surface of the flange portion 93, the mounting flange portion 46 provided at the front end portion of the exhaust casing 40 and the mounting piece 512 provided at the front end portion of the lower plate portion 51 of the rectifying plate 50, which will be described later, are arranged. It is crimped with a fastening piece 94. As a result, the exhaust pipe 9 is fixed to the front end of the exhaust casing 40 and the front end of the lower plate portion 51 of the straightening plate 50.

The exhaust outlet 92 of the exhaust pipe 9 is arranged in front of the opening 400 of the exhaust casing 40. As a result, the exhaust stack 9 can satisfactorily discharge the combustion exhaust flowing from the opening 400 of the exhaust casing 40 from the exhaust outlet 92. The exhaust pipe 9 is inserted from the back side into a cylinder fixing hole (not shown) provided in the upper portion of the front cover 8 (see FIG. 1). Therefore, the exhaust pipe 9 is fixed at the upper portion of the front cover 8 so as to project forward.

The shape of the current plate 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 9. As shown in FIG. 5, the current plate 50 includes a lower plate portion 51, an upper plate portion 52, and a rain shield 80. The lower plate portion 51 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and is inclined obliquely upward from the front side toward the rear side. At the rear end of the lower plate portion 51, a lower engagement portion 511 that bends upward at a substantially right angle is provided. At the front end portion of the lower plate portion 51, a mounting piece 512 is provided that extends substantially horizontally toward the front and has a tip end side that is folded back at a substantially right angle and has a substantially inverted L shape in a side view. In the area on the front side of the lower plate portion 51, three support portions 513 (see FIG. 6) are provided at intervals in the left-right direction. The support portion 513 has a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view and protrudes upward. The lower surface of the upper plate portion 52, which will be described later, contacts the upper surface of the support portion 513. Thereby, the support portion 513 supports the upper plate portion 52.

The upper plate portion 52 is supported on the upper side of the lower plate portion 51 and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. An upper engaging portion 521 that bends downward is provided at a rear end portion of the upper plate portion 52. The upper engagement portion 521 engages with the lower engagement portion 511 of the lower plate portion 51. The upper plate portion 52 includes an inclined portion 61, a horizontal portion 62, a rear inclined portion 63, and a front inclined portion 64 in order from the rear. The inclined portion 61 has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction in a plan view, and inclines upward from the upper end of the upper engagement portion 521 toward the front side. The horizontal portion 62 has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction in plan view, extends substantially horizontally from the upper end of the inclined portion 61 toward the front, and faces the lower surface of the uppermost portion 42 of the exhaust casing 40. The rear-side inclined portion 63 has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction in plan view, and is inclined obliquely downward from the front end of the horizontal portion 62 at a steep angle. The inclination angle of the rear inclined portion 63 is substantially the same as the inclination angle of the steep inclined portion 43 of the exhaust casing 40. The rear inclined portion 63 is located below the steep inclined portion 43 of the exhaust casing 40 and faces the lower surface thereof.

The front sloped portion 64 has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction in plan view, and inclines from the front end of the rear sloped portion 63 at a lesser angle than the rear sloped portion 63. A concave portion 642 that is recessed rearward in a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view is provided at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the front end portion 641 of the front side inclined portion 64. The horizontal length of the recess 642 is substantially the same as the horizontal length of the exhaust outlet 92 of the exhaust pipe 9 (see FIG. 7). In the front end portion 641, a right side protruding portion 66 having a substantially trapezoidal shape in plan view protruding forward is provided on the right side of the recess 642, and a left side protruding portion having a substantially trapezoidal shape in plan protruding forward is provided on the left side of the recessed portion 642. 67 is provided.

On the front side of the right side protruding portion 66, a hypotenuse portion 661 is provided which extends from one end portion connected to the front end portion 641 toward the recess 642 side as it extends forward. A right baffle plate portion 68 is erected on the oblique side portion 661. The right baffle plate portion 68 is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape, and a substantially triangular closing plate 68A that closes a gap between the right baffle plate portion 68 and the inner surface of the flange portion 93 of the exhaust pipe 9 is bent and provided. The right baffle plate portion 68 inclines toward the center of the concave portion 642 as it goes forward when seen in a plan view.

Also on the front side of the left side protruding portion 67, a hypotenuse portion 671 is provided which extends from one end portion connected to the front end portion 641 toward the concave portion 642 toward the front as it inclines. A left baffle plate portion 69 is erected on the oblique side portion 671. The left baffle plate portion 69 is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape like the right baffle plate portion 68, and has a substantially triangular closing plate that closes a gap between the left baffle plate portion 69 and the inner surface of the flange portion 93 of the exhaust pipe 9. 69A is bent and provided. The left baffle plate portion 69 inclines toward the center of the concave portion 642 as it goes forward when seen in a plan view. Therefore, the separation width of the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 becomes narrower from the rear toward the exhaust outlet 92 side in plan view.

The rain shield 80 is fixed to the upper surface of the front sloped portion 64. The rain shield 80 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction in plan view, and receives the rainwater that is vigorously incident from the exhaust pipe 9 toward the flow straightening plate 50 in the exhaust casing 40. The rainwater that hits the rain shield 80 and bounces backwards collides with the lower surface of the gently inclined portion 44 of the exhaust casing 40. The rainwater that collides with the lower surface of the gently inclined portion 44 drops onto the front inclined portion 64 of the straightening vane 50 and flows toward the exhaust outlet 92 side. Thereby, in the exhaust casing 40, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the housing 2 beyond the rear portion of the straightening plate 50. The rainwater flowing to the exhaust outlet 92 side is discharged to the outside from the two through holes 95 of the opening end 90.

The positional relationship between the exhaust outlet 92 and the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. In the exhaust portion 30, the right side protruding portion 66 and the left side protruding portion 67 provided on the front end portion 641 of the straightening plate 50 protrude forward from the opening 400 of the exhaust casing 40 and are arranged in the exhaust pipe 9. The front ends of the right side protrusion 66 and the left side protrusion 67 are arranged close to the right edge and the left edge of the exhaust outlet 92. The right baffle plate portion 68 is located on the right side inside the exhaust pipe 9 between the rear end portion of the exhaust pipe 9 and the corner portion where the flange portion 93 is connected, and the right edge portion of the exhaust outlet 92, and Is arranged so as to incline toward the central portion side in the left-right direction from the side toward the exhaust outlet 92 side. Further, the right baffle plate portion 68 is arranged so as to cover the right burring portion 911 when the exhaust outlet 92 is viewed from the rear. Therefore, the tip portion of the right baffle plate portion 68 is arranged closer to the center side of the exhaust outlet 92 than the right burring portion 911 (see FIG. 4).

The left baffle plate portion 69 is on the left side inside the exhaust pipe 9 between the rear end portion of the exhaust pipe 9 and the left edge portion of the exhaust outlet 92, which is between the corner portion connecting the flange portion 93 and the exhaust port 92. It is arranged so as to be inclined toward the central portion side in the left-right direction as it approaches the outlet 92 side. Further, the left baffle plate portion 69 is arranged so as to cover the left burring portion 912 when the exhaust outlet 92 is viewed from the rear. Therefore, the tip portion of the left baffle plate portion 69 is arranged closer to the center of the exhaust outlet 92 than the left burring portion 912 (see FIG. 4).

With reference to FIGS. 5 to 7, the effect of reducing noise caused by exhaust by the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 will be described. As shown in FIG. 5, in the exhaust casing 40, after moving backward along the inclination of the lower plate portion 51 below the straightening vane 50, it turns upward along the folded portion at the rear portion of the straightening vane 50. An exhaust passage is formed that makes a U-turn forward and moves forward above the upper plate portion 52 to reach the opening 400 (see the flow of combustion exhaust indicated by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. 5).

The width of the exhaust passage in the exhaust pipe 9 in the left-right direction is narrower than the width of the exhaust passage in the exhaust casing 40 in the left-right direction, and the width of the exhaust outlet 92 in the left-right direction is equal to that of the exhaust passage in the exhaust pipe 9. Even narrower than the width in the left-right direction. In such an exhaust unit 30, the combustion exhaust P1 flowing through the center of the exhaust passage inside the exhaust casing 40 flows through the center inside the exhaust pipe 9 and is discharged from the exhaust outlet 92 as it is. On the other hand, the combustion exhausts P2, P3 flowing on both the left and right sides of the exhaust passage in the exhaust casing 40 are knitted into the exhaust pipe 9 toward the center in the left-right direction, and further toward the exhaust outlet 92 in the center in the left-right direction. It is arranged to the side.

In the present embodiment, the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 are respectively arranged on the left and right sides between the opening 400 and the exhaust outlet 92 in the exhaust pipe 9. The combustion exhausts P2 and P3 flow along the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69, and are smoothly guided toward the central portion of the exhaust outlet 92. Accordingly, the combustion exhausts P2 and P3 are exhausted forward from the exhaust outlet 92 without directly colliding with the right burring portion 911 and the left burring portion 912. Therefore, the water heater 1 can improve the exhaust performance of the combustion exhaust at the exhaust outlet 92 of the exhaust pipe 9 and can reduce the noise caused by the discharge of the combustion exhaust.

Further, since the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 are inclined toward the central portion side in the left-right direction toward the exhaust outlet 92 side, the right baffle portion 911 and the left baffle portion 912 are respectively provided. The tip of can be easily approached without difficulty. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the combustion exhaust gas that has wrapped around the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 from directly colliding with the right burring portion 911 and the left burring portion 912.

Further, since the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 are integrally provided at the front end portion of the upper plate portion 52 of the rectifying plate 50, the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 are connected to the rectifying plate 50. It can be treated as a part. As a result, it is possible to prevent the number of parts from increasing, so that it is possible to prevent an increase in manufacturing cost. Further, since the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 can be attached to the exhaust casing 40 and the exhaust pipe 9 at the same time as the straightening vane 50, the work efficiency at the time of assembling the exhaust portion 30 can be improved.

As described above, the water heater 1 of the present embodiment includes the exhaust casing 40, the exhaust pipe 9, and the current plate 50. The exhaust casing 40 is provided above the heat exchanger 19 and has a front portion projecting forward of the heat exchanger 19 and an opening 400 for discharging the combustion exhaust gas passing through the heat exchanger 19 to the outside. Prepare The exhaust pipe 9 is connected to the opening 400 and projects forward in a tubular shape. The exhaust pipe 9 has an exhaust outlet 92 that is longer in the left-right direction than in the vertical direction at the front part, and discharges the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the opening 400 to the outside. The rectifying plate 50 is supported in the exhaust casing 40 and rectifies the combustion exhaust gas that has passed through the heat exchanger 19 upward toward the opening 400. The lateral width of the exhaust passage of the combustion exhaust formed in the exhaust casing 40 is wider than the lateral width of the exhaust outlet 92 of the exhaust pipe 9.

In the water heater 1 having the above configuration, the burring portion 91 that is bent inward is provided at the peripheral portion of the exhaust outlet 92. A right baffle plate that prevents the combustion exhaust from directly colliding with the left and right edges of the exhaust outlet 92 on the upstream side in the direction in which the combustion exhaust flows at the left and right edges of the exhaust outlet 92. A portion 68 and a left baffle plate portion 69 are provided respectively. As a result, it is possible to prevent the combustion exhaust from directly colliding with the burring portions 91 provided on the left and right edges of the exhaust outlet 92 of the exhaust pipe 9, so that abnormal noise can be suppressed.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 are provided integrally with the front end portion 641 of the upper plate portion 52 of the straightening vane 50, but may be separate from the straightening vane 50. The right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 are provided integrally with the upper plate portion 52, but may be provided integrally with the lower plate portion 51.

The right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 incline toward the center in the left-right direction as they go forward, but at least when the exhaust outlet 92 is viewed from the rear, the right burring portion 911 and the left burring portion 912. If it can be covered, it may not be inclined, and for example, it may be arranged so as to extend in the left-right direction. The shapes of the right baffle plate portion 68 and the left baffle plate portion 69 are not limited to those in the above embodiment.

The shape of the current plate 50 is not limited to the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, the lower plate portion 51 and the upper plate portion 52 are composed of two members, but they may be composed of one member. The rain shield 80 fixed to the upper surface of the upper plate portion 52 of the current plate 50 may be omitted.
