Description

The disclosed embodiments relate to wash water tank devices.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a wash water tank device that is compatible with both a manual washing operation and an automatic washing operation is known.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a wash water tank device in which a manual chain and an electric chain are connected to a flap type drain valve. According to this wash water tank device, when the manual cleaning operation is performed, the manual chain is pulled up, and when the electric cleaning operation is performed, the electric chain is pulled up, so that the drainage water is drained. U.S. Patent Application Publication No. 2008/0072369

However, when the above-described conventional technique is applied to the wash water tank device including the direct-acting type drainage valve body that opens and closes the drainage port by vertically moving, one chain of the manual chain and the electric chain is the other chain. It may interfere with the chain. Further, the manual chain or the electric chain may interfere with the guide portion that guides the vertical movement of the drain valve body. If such interference occurs, the cleaning operation may not be performed normally.

One aspect of the embodiment is made in view of the above, and is a wash water tank device capable of appropriately executing a washing operation while supporting both a manual washing operation and an automatic washing operation. The purpose is to provide.

A flush water tank device according to one aspect of an embodiment is disposed inside a flush water tank that stores flush water supplied to a toilet bowl, and a drain valve body that opens and closes a drain port of the flush water tank, and the drain valve. A drain valve device including a tubular guide portion that guides the vertical movement of the body, and at least one opening provided on a side surface of the guide portion, and a lower end connected to a connected portion provided on the drain valve body. And an elongated manual connecting portion whose upper end is connected to the manual pulling portion, and a lower end which is connected to the connected portion, and an elongated electric connecting portion whose upper end is connected to the electric pulling upper portion, Part of the manual connection part is covered with the first tubular member, and part of the electric connection part is covered with the second tubular member.

By covering the manual connection part and the electric connection part with the first tubular member and the second tubular member, respectively, it is possible to suppress the looseness of the manual connection part and the electric connection part. As a result, the manual connection portion and the electric connection portion are less likely to be entangled with each other, and the guide portion is less likely to enter the opening, that is, the manual connection portion and the electric connection portion are less likely to interfere with each other. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately execute the cleaning operation while supporting both the manual cleaning operation and the automatic cleaning operation.

The upper end of at least one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member may be located above the upper end of the guide portion. This makes it difficult for the first tubular member or the second tubular member to enter the opening formed in the guide portion, and therefore interference between the manual connection portion or the electric connection portion and the opening can be suppressed.

One length of the first tubular member and the second tubular member may be longer than the vertical width of the opening. With this configuration, it is possible to more reliably prevent the first tubular member or the second tubular member from entering the opening formed in the guide portion.

A lower end of one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member may be located above a dead water level in the wash water tank. As a result, fluctuations in the dead water level can be suppressed.

The lower end of one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member is at the one of the manual connecting portion and the electric connecting portion in which one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member is provided. You may contact the lower end side connection member connected to the said to-be-connected part. Further, the other lower end of the first tubular member and the second tubular member may be located above the lower end of one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member. With this configuration, it is possible to suppress the interference between the first tubular member and the second tubular member.

A wash water tank device according to an aspect of the embodiment includes a first contact member that is fixed to the manual connection portion and that contacts the upper end of the first cylinder member when the first cylinder member moves upward. A second contact member that is fixed to the electric connection portion and that contacts the upper end of the second tubular member when the second tubular member moves upward. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the manual connection portion and the electric connection portion from being exposed by the upward movement of the first tubular member and the second tubular member due to buoyancy.

According to the aspect of the embodiment, it is possible to appropriately execute the cleaning operation while supporting both the manual cleaning operation and the automatic cleaning operation.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the wash water tank device disclosed in the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.

<1. Overall structure of flush toilet device>
First, the overall configuration of the flush toilet device including the flush water tank device according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view showing an example of the configuration of a flush toilet device.

In this specification, the vertically upward direction is referred to as “upward” and the vertically downward direction is referred to as “downward”. Further, when viewed from the user facing the toilet bowl 2, the front side of the toilet bowl 2 is referred to as “front”, the back side is referred to as “rear”, the right side is referred to as “right side”, and the left side is referred to as “left side”.

As shown in FIG. 1, the flush toilet device 1 includes a toilet 2 and a flush water tank device 3. The toilet bowl 2 is, for example, a Western-style toilet bowl made of pottery, and includes a bowl portion 21 and a drain trap conduit 22 that communicates with a lower portion of the bowl portion 21. The bowl portion 21 is formed with a spout 23 for spouting wash water supplied from a water conduit (not shown) formed inside the toilet 2, and the wash water spouted from the spout 23 swirls. While descending, the bowl portion 21 is washed. The drain trap conduit 22 is provided with an opening on one end side below the surface W0 of the washing water stored in the bowl 21, and the opening on the other end side is through a drain socket (not shown). Is connected to a discharge pipe (not shown) under the floor.

The flush water tank device 3 is arranged on the rear side upper surface of the toilet bowl 2 and stores the flush water supplied to the toilet bowl 2. The flush water tank device 3 may be one integrally formed with the toilet 2 (so-called one-piece type).

<2. Internal structure of wash water tank device>
Next, the internal configuration of the wash water tank device 3 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the internal configuration of the wash water tank device 3.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wash water tank device 3 includes a wash water tank 30 whose upper side is open, and an upper lid 35 installed on the top of the wash water tank 30.

A drain port 32 communicating with a water conduit (not shown) of the toilet 2 is formed in a bottom portion 31 of the flush water tank 30, and the flush water in the flush water tank device 3 is discharged from the drain port 32 through the drain 32. It is designed to be supplied to a water conduit (not shown).

The wash water tank device 3 includes a water supply device 4 and a drain valve device 5 inside the wash water tank 30.

The water supply device 4 is a device for supplying cleaning water into the cleaning water tank device 3. Specifically, the water supply device 4 is provided with a water supply pipe 41 connected to an external water supply source (not shown), and spouting of cleaning water supplied from the water supply pipe 41, which is attached to an upper end portion of the water supply pipe 41. A water supply valve 42 for switching between water supply and water stoppage and a float 43 for switching water discharge and water stoppage by the water supply valve 42 by moving up and down according to the fluctuation of the water level in the wash water tank device 3.

When the wash water in the wash water tank device 3 is discharged to the toilet 2, the water level of the wash water is lowered, and the float 43 is lowered accordingly, so that the water supply valve 42 is opened. As a result, water supply from the water supply device 4 to the wash water tank device 3 is started. On the other hand, when the water level in the wash water tank apparatus 3 rises due to the water supply from the water supply apparatus 4, the float 43 rises as the water level rises, and the water supply valve 42 is closed. As a result, the water supply from the water supply device 4 to the wash water tank device 3 is stopped.

The drain valve device 5 is provided above the drain port 32, and starts or stops draining from the flush water tank device 3 to the toilet 2 by opening or closing the drain port 32. An example of the configuration of the drain valve device 5 will be described with further reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the drain valve device 5.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the drain valve device 5 includes a main body portion 51, a drain valve body 52, a guide portion 53, an adjusting cylinder 54, and an overflow pipe 55.

As shown in FIG. 3, the main body 51 includes a drain pipe 511 inserted into the drain port 32, a valve seat 512 formed above the drain pipe 511, on which the drain valve body 52 is seated, and drain water from the valve seat 512. A reduced diameter portion 513 that reduces in diameter toward the cylinder 511 is provided.

The main body 51 also includes a plurality of pillars 514 arranged concentrically with respect to the center of the drainage port 32. The plurality of pillar portions 514 are arranged outside the valve seat 512 with a space therebetween.

The drain valve body 52 is arranged inside the plurality of pillars 514 in the main body 51. The drain valve body 52 includes a float 521, a seal portion 522, and a wall portion 523.

The float 521 has an internal space in which air is stored, and moves up and down in conjunction with the water level. The seal portion 522 is attached to the lower outer peripheral portion of the float 521, and when the float 521 descends, the seal portion 522 abuts the valve seat 512 of the main body portion 51 to close the drainage port 32. The wall portion 523 is provided on the upper outer peripheral portion of the float 521 and extends to a position higher than the upper surface of the float 521. A plurality of openings 524 are formed on the peripheral surface of the wall portion 523.

The guide portion 53 is a cylindrical member attached to the upper portion of the plurality of pillar portions 514 in the main body portion 51, extends above the plurality of pillar portions 514, and guides the vertical movement of the drain valve body 52. A plurality of openings 531 are formed on the peripheral surface of the guide portion 53.

The adjustment cylinder 54 is a cylindrical member attached to the inside of the wall portion 523 of the drain valve body 52, and closes the plurality of openings 524 formed in the wall portion 523.

The adjustment cylinder 54 has a function of adjusting the buoyancy of the float 521. When the cleaning water is stored in the water storage space formed between the float 521 and the upper surface of the float 521, the adjustment cylinder 54 becomes a weight of the float 521 and the water level in the cleaning water tank 30. It is possible to change the height position of the drain valve body 52 with respect to. As a result, the timing at which the drain valve 32 closes the drain port 32 can be different depending on whether the adjustment cylinder 54 is attached to the float 521 or not.

In the state where the drain valve body 52 is arranged at the lowermost position of its movable range, specifically, at the position that closes the drainage port 32, the plurality of openings 531 formed in the guide portion 53 are adjusted by the adjustment cylinder 54. It will be partially blocked.

The drain valve body 52 includes a connected portion 56 on the upper surface of the float 521. A manual connecting portion and an electric connecting portion, which will be described later, are connected to the connected portion 56.

The overflow pipe 55 is provided integrally with the main body 51 on the side of the main body 51. The overflow pipe 55 is formed in a cylindrical shape and allows the wash water that has flowed in from the upper end opening 551 to flow out from a lower end opening 552 formed in the reduced diameter portion 513 of the main body 51. The wash water flowing out from the lower end opening 552 is discharged from the drain port 32 to the outside of the wash water tank 30. This can prevent the wash water from overflowing from the wash water tank 30.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wash water tank device 3 includes a manual pulling upper portion 6, an electric pulling upper portion 7, a manual connecting portion 8, and an electric connecting portion 9 inside the wash water tank 30.

The manual pull-up portion 6 includes a handle 61 provided on the outer surface of the wash water tank 30, and a substantially L-shaped manual lever 62 that has a base end connected to the handle 61 and extends into the wash water tank 30. Equipped with. The manual lever 62 swings, for example, toward the front side in the figure by the turning operation of the handle 61.

The tip of the manual lever 62 is located above the drain valve device 5. A manual connection portion 8 described later is connected to the tip of the manual lever 62.

The electric pulling upper portion 7 includes a driving unit 71 attached to the upper portion of the overflow pipe 55, and an electric lever 72 driven by the driving unit 71. The drive unit 71 operates according to a signal transmitted from a remote controller (not shown) or the like to swing the electric lever 72. The tip of the electric lever 72 is located above the drain valve device 5. An electric connection portion 9 described later is connected to the tip of the electric lever 72.

The manual connection part 8 connects the manual pull-up part 6 and the drain valve body 52. The manual connection portion 8 is pulled up by the swing of the manual lever 62, and thus the drain valve body 52 is pulled up. Further, the electric connecting portion 9 connects the electric pulling upper portion 7 and the drain valve body 52. The electric connection part 9 is pulled upward by the swing of the electric lever 72, so that the drain valve body 52 is pulled upward.

Here, specific configurations of the manual connection portion 8 and the electric connection portion 9 will be described with further reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the periphery of the connected portion 56 of the drain valve body 52 in an enlarged manner.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the manual connection portion 8 includes a chain 81, an upper end side connection member 82, and a lower end side connection member 83. The chain 81 is an elongated member formed by connecting a plurality of metal rings together. The upper end side connecting member 82 is, for example, a hook and is attached to the upper end portion of the chain 81. The upper end side connecting member 82 connects the manual pulling upper part 6 and the chain 81 by being attached to any of the plurality of mounting holes 63 provided in the tip end portion of the manual lever 62. The lower end side connecting member 83 is, for example, a hog ring, and is attached to the lower end portion of the chain 81. The lower end side connecting member 83 connects the drain valve body 52 and the chain 81 by being attached to the attaching hole 561 formed in the connected portion 56 provided on the upper surface of the float 521.

The electric connecting part 9 includes a chain 91, an upper end side connecting member 92, and a lower end side connecting member 93. Like the chain 81, the chain 91 is an elongated member formed by connecting a plurality of metal rings together. The upper end side connecting member 92 is, for example, a hook and is attached to the upper end portion of the chain 91. The upper end side connecting member 92 connects the electric pulling upper part 7 and the upper end side connecting member 92 by being attached to a mounting hole (not shown) provided at the tip of the electric lever 72. The lower end side connecting member 93 is, for example, a hook and is attached to the lower end portion of the chain 91. The lower end side connecting member 93 is connected to the lower end side connecting member 83 of the manual connecting portion 8 to connect the drain valve body 52 and the chain 91 via the lower end side connecting member 83.

As described above, the drainage valve device 5 according to the embodiment is connected to the manual pulling upper portion 6 and the electric pulling upper portion 7 via the manual connecting portion 8 and the electric connecting portion 9, and the manual pulling upper portion 6 is used. When the manual cleaning operation is performed, the manual connection portion 8 is pulled up, and when the electric cleaning operation using the electric pulling upper portion 7 is performed, the electric connection portion 9 is pulled up, thereby draining water. The valve body 52 can be pulled up to start the cleaning operation.

On the other hand, since the manual connection portion 8 and the electric connection portion 9 are both connected to the connected portion 56, the chains 81 and 91 of the manual connection portion 8 and the electric connection portion 9 may be entangled with each other. Further, as compared with the case where there is only one chain, there is a high possibility that the chains 81 and 91 will enter and be caught in the opening 531 formed in the guide portion 53. If the chains 81 and 91 interfere with each other, the cleaning operation may not be performed normally.

Therefore, in the wash water tank device 3 according to the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a part of the manual connection part 8 is covered with the first tubular member 101, and a part of the electric connection part 9 is provided with the second tubular part. It was decided to cover with the member 102. As a result, the slack of the manual connection portion 8 and the electric connection portion 9, specifically, the chains 81 and 91 is suppressed, so that the chains 81 and 91 are less likely to be entangled with each other, and the openings 531 of the guide portion 53 are not connected to each other. Becomes difficult to enter. That is, interference between the chains 81 and 91 is unlikely to occur. Therefore, according to the wash water tank device 3 according to the embodiment, it is possible to appropriately perform the washing operation while coping with both the manual washing operation and the automatic washing operation.

Further, the upper end of the second tubular member 102 is located above the upper end of the guide portion 53. Although FIG. 4 shows a state in which the drain valve body 52 is arranged at the lowermost position of the movable range, the drain valve body 52 is arranged at the uppermost position of the movable range at the upper end of the second tubular member 102. Needless to say, the position is also higher than the upper end of the guide portion 53.

In this way, by setting the length of the second tubular member 102 such that the upper end of the second tubular member 102 is always located above the upper end of the guide portion 53, the opening 531 formed in the guide portion 53 is formed. It is possible to prevent the second tubular member 102 from entering. Therefore, the interference between the chain 91 and the opening 531 can be suppressed.

The tubular member whose upper end is located above the guide portion 53 does not necessarily have to be the second tubular member 102, and may be the first tubular member 101.

Further, one length of the second tubular member 102 is longer than the vertical width of the opening 531 formed in the guide portion 53. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the second tubular member 102 from entering the opening 531 formed in the guide portion 53.

Further, the lower end of the second tubular member 102 is located above the dead water level DWL in the wash water tank 30. As a result, the second tubular member 102 is not submerged in the wash water when the valve is closed, and thus fluctuations in the dead water level DWL can be suppressed.

Further, the lower end of the first tubular member 101 is in contact with the lower end side connecting member 83 connected to the connected portion 56 in the manual connecting portion 8. On the other hand, the lower end of the second tubular member 102 is located above the lower end of the first tubular member 101. Specifically, the lower end of the second tubular member 102 is located above the upper end of the first tubular member 101. Thereby, the interference between the first cylinder member 101 and the second cylinder member 102 can be suppressed. Further, by shortening the length of the first tubular member 101, it is possible to reduce the influence of the submersion of the first tubular member 101 on the dead water level DWL when the valve is closed.

Here, an example in which the adjustment cylinder 54 is provided for the drain valve body 52 is shown, but when the adjustment cylinder 54 is not provided for the drain valve body 52, the length of the first cylinder member 101 is determined by the guide portion. It may be set to be longer than the vertical width of the opening 531 in 53. Further, the length of the first tubular member 101 may be set such that the upper end of the first tubular member 101 is always located above the upper end of the guide portion 53.

Further, the drain valve device 5 includes a first contact member 111, a second contact member 121, and a third contact member 122. The first contact member 111 is a disk-shaped member having a diameter larger than that of the first tubular member 101, is fixed to the chain 81 of the manual connection portion 8, and moves when the first tubular member 101 moves upward. It contacts the upper end of the one-tube member 101. As described above, by providing the first contact member 111 on the chain 81, it is possible to prevent the chain 81 from being exposed due to the first cylinder member 101 moving upward due to buoyancy.

As described above, the lower end of the first tubular member 101 contacts the lower end side connecting member 83. That is, the movement of the first tubular member 101 is restricted by the first contact member 111 and the lower end side connecting member 83. The clearance between the upper end of the first tubular member 101 and the first abutting member 111 when the first tubular member 101 is in contact with the lower end side connecting member 83 is set to a distance shorter than one wheel of the chain 81. To be done. Accordingly, the chain 81 protrudes from between the upper end of the first tubular member 101 and the first contact member 111 or between the lower end of the first tubular member 101 and the lower end side connecting member 83, and is entangled with the chain 91 or the guide portion. It is possible to suppress entry into the opening 531 of 53.

The second contact member 121 is a disk-shaped member having a diameter larger than that of the second tubular member 102, is fixed to the chain 91 of the electric connection part 9, and is moved when the second tubular member 102 moves upward. It contacts the upper end of the two tubular member 102. As described above, by providing the second contact member 121 on the chain 91, it is possible to prevent the chain 91 from being exposed by the second tubular member 102 moving upward due to buoyancy. The third contact member 122 is a disk-shaped member having a diameter larger than that of the second tubular member 102, is fixed to the chain 91 of the electric connection part 9, and is moved when the second tubular member 102 moves downward. It contacts the lower end of the two-cylinder member 102.

In this way, the movement of the second tubular member 102 is restricted by the second contact member 121 and the third contact member 122. The clearance between the upper end of the second tubular member 102 and the second abutting member 121 when the second tubular member 102 is in contact with the third abutting member 122 is shorter than one wheel of the chain 91. Is set. As a result, the chain 91 protrudes between the upper end of the second tubular member 102 and the second contact member 121 or between the lower end of the second tubular member 102 and the third contact member 122, and is entangled in the chain 81 and guided. It is possible to suppress entry into the opening 531 of the portion 53.

The third contact member 122 is fixed to the chain 91 above one wheel of the chain 91 connected to the lower end side connection member 93. In this way, by exposing one ring of the chain 91 connected to the lower end side connecting member 93 from the second tubular member 102 to ensure the degree of freedom, the lower end side connecting member 93 and the chain 91 are prevented from being entangled. be able to.

As described above, the wash water tank device 3 according to the embodiment includes the drain valve device 5, the elongated manual connection portion 8, and the elongated electric connection portion 9. The drain valve device 5 is disposed inside the wash water tank 30 that stores the wash water supplied to the toilet 2, and the drain valve body 52 that opens and closes the drain port 32 of the wash water tank 30 and the upper and lower sides of the drain valve body 52. A tubular guide portion 53 that guides the movement and at least one opening 531 provided on the side surface of the guide portion 53 are provided. The elongated manual connecting portion 8 has a lower end connected to the connected portion 56 provided on the drain valve body 52 and an upper end connected to the manual pulling upper portion 6. The elongated electric connecting portion 9 has a lower end connected to the connected portion 56 and an upper end connected to the electric pulling upper portion 7. Further, in the wash water tank device 3 according to the embodiment, a part of the manual connection part 8 is covered with the first tubular member 101, and a part of the electric connection part 9 is covered with the second tubular member 102.

By covering the manual connecting portion 8 and the electric connecting portion 9 with the first tubular member 101 and the second tubular member 102, respectively, loosening of the manual connecting portion 8 and the electric connecting portion 9 is suppressed, so that the manual connecting portion 8 The connecting portion 8 and the electric connecting portion 9 are less likely to be entangled with each other, and are less likely to enter the opening 531 of the guide portion 53. In this way, interference between the manual connection portion 8 and the electric connection portion 9 is less likely to occur. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately execute the cleaning operation while supporting both the manual cleaning operation and the automatic cleaning operation. You can

Further, the upper end of at least one of the first tubular member 101 and the second tubular member 102 is located above the upper end of the guide portion 53. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the first tubular member 101 or the second tubular member 102 from entering the opening 531 formed in the guide portion 53. Therefore, the interference between the manual connection portion 8 or the electric connection portion 9 and the opening 531 can be suppressed.

Further, one length of the first tubular member 101 and the second tubular member 102 is longer than the vertical width of the opening 531 of the guide portion 53. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent the first cylinder member 101 or the second cylinder member 102 from entering the opening 531 formed in the guide portion 53.

Further, one lower end of the first tubular member 101 and the second tubular member 102 is located above the dead water level DWL in the wash water tank 30. Thereby, the fluctuation of the dead water level DWL can be suppressed.

The lower end of one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member is connected to the connected portion of one of the manual connecting portion and the electric connecting portion in which one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member is provided. The lower end of the other one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member is located above the lower end of one of the first tubular member and the second tubular member. Thereby, the interference between the first cylinder member 101 and the second cylinder member 102 can be suppressed.

Further, the wash water tank device according to the embodiment includes a first contact member and a second contact member. The first contact member is fixed to the manual connection portion and contacts the upper end of the first tubular member when the first tubular member moves upward. The second contact member is fixed to the electric connection portion and contacts the upper end of the second tubular member when the second tubular member moves upward. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the manual connection portion 8 and the electric connection portion 9 from being exposed by the upward movement of the first tubular member 101 and the second tubular member 102 due to buoyancy.
