Claims (10)
- 患者(5)の呼吸運動を検出するための検出装置(6、7)であって、
金属製の少なくとも実質的にU字形の、少なくとも2つの信号結合要素(12)であって、前記信号結合要素(12)は、非接触で互いに入れ子型に基板(11)上に配置されており、それぞれ前記信号結合要素(12;13)のうちの第1の要素の2つの側部セグメント(17)の間に、前記側部セグメント(17)に対して少なくとも実質的に平行に、前記信号結合要素(12;14)のうちの第2の要素の第1の側部セグメントが配置され、前記第2の信号結合要素(12;14)の第2の側部セグメントが、前記第1の信号結合要素(12;13)により3つの側面で囲まれた領域の外側に配置されている、信号結合要素(12)と、
前記信号結合要素(12)に接続された解析電子機器(6、9)であって、前記解析電子機器(6、9)は、送信機として機能する、前記信号結合要素(12;13)のうちの第1の要素に与えられた信号を、前記第1の信号結合要素(12;13)の近接場領域において、受信機として機能する、前記信号結合要素(12;14)のうちの第2の要素に結合することにより、前記第2の要素において生成された受信信号の、前記呼吸運動を示唆する変化を検出するように構成された、解析電子機器(6、9)と、
を有する、検出装置(6、7)。 - 前記信号結合要素(12)は、それぞれ、U字形経路に沿って測定すると、16.1cm〜17.6cm、好ましくは16.82cmの長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検出装置(6、7)。
- 前記信号結合要素(12)は、それぞれ、最大で50μm、好ましくは25μm未満の厚さを有する金属層で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の検出装置(6、7)。
- 前記基板(11)は、プラスチック材料から形成され、前記信号結合要素とは反対側の背面(22)上がメタライズされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置(6、7)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置(6、7)を用いて患者(5)の呼吸運動を検出するための方法であって、
前記解析電子機器(6、9)を用いて、所与の送信信号が前記信号結合要素(12)のうちの唯一の第1の要素に与えられ、
前記解析電子機器(6、9)を用いて、前記第1の信号結合要素(12;13)からの前記送信信号を、結合点を越えて、前記第1の信号結合要素(12;13)と入れ子型でその近接場領域に配置された前記第2の信号結合要素(12;14)に結合することによって、前記第2の信号結合要素で結果生じる受信信号が測定され、
前記患者(5)の領域に配置された検出装置(6、7)において、前記送信信号の対応する変化なしに発生する受信信号の、特に繰り返し反転する変化として、前記呼吸運動が検出される、
方法。 - 3つ以上の信号結合要素(12)を備える検出装置(6、7)は、前記検出装置(6、7)において、前記信号結合要素(12;14、15)のうちの少なくとも1つの要素の2つの側部セグメント(17)が、それぞれ、前記信号結合要素(12;13、15;14、16)のうちの他の2つの要素の唯一の側部セグメントを側面に沿って包囲し、
それぞれ、前記信号結合要素(12)のうちの唯一の要素が、送信機として機能し、前記信号結合要素(12)のうちの前記要素に相互接続された要素が、受信機として機能し、
所与のリズムに従って、前記信号結合要素(12)のうちの前記送信機として機能する要素が、所与のパターンに基づいて交替される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 命令を含むコンピュータプログラム(1)であって、前記命令は、データ処理装置(6、9)、特に医療装置(2)のデータ処理装置(6、9)による前記コンピュータプログラム(1)の実行時に、請求項5または6に記載の方法を実行するように前記データ処理装置(6、9)に指令する、コンピュータプログラム(1)。
- 請求項7に記載の前記コンピュータプログラム(1)が記憶されている、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体(8)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置(6、7)を有する、および/または、請求項5または6に記載の方法を実行するように構成された、医療装置(2)。
- 前記患者(5)用の載置面を備えた患者台(4)を有し、前記検出装置(6、7)の前記信号結合要素(12)は、前記患者台(4)、好ましくは前記載置面に内蔵されている、請求項9に記載の医療装置(2)。
