Description

The present invention relates to a building such as a hotel, a condominium, a building, a hospital, a resort, etc., and particularly to a building having a middle corridor.

Conventional high-rise and super-high-rise hotels often use steel frame structures.

In such a hotel, the shape of the steel frame generally appears as a beam type or a column type in the guest room of the hotel, which does not provide a clean space. That is, the beam type may extend to the boundary wall portion or the opening area around the window may be reduced, and the pillar type 51 may reduce the installation space of furniture and fixtures such as a bed in a plan view ( (See FIG. 4).

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, in a hotel in which living rooms 52 and 53 are arranged on both sides of the corridor 5, it is common to extend the corridor 5 in the girder direction and to construct a structure with two spans in the beam-to-beam direction. A pipe space (PS) 14 is often provided at a position facing the inner corridor 5.

However, in such a corridor-type hotel, the inner pillars 54 are necessarily arranged near the pipe space 14, but the inner pillars 54 and the girders extending from the inner pillars 54 interfere with the pipe space 14. Will be done.

The above description is applicable not only to hotels but also to other buildings such as condominiums.

The present invention provides a building in which it is easy to prevent the beam type/column type from appearing in the room while securing a large indoor space, and further, it is possible to avoid the interference of the inner column or the girder with the pipe space. With the goal.

In order to achieve the above object, a building according to the present invention has an outer peripheral part made of RC or SRC, and between two outer peripheral structures extending substantially parallel to each other, a living room along one outer peripheral structure and the other. There are a living room along the outer peripheral surface of the room and a corridor sandwiched between these two rooms, and each of the living rooms is a narrow area extending from the entrance side facing the corridor toward the back side, and this narrow area. Each having a wide area having a frontage larger than the narrow area, a structure having a span of 3 spans between the two outer peripheral structures, and located between the two outer peripheral structures. The pillar is arranged at a position closer to the wide area than the central corridor in a region sandwiched between the wide area and the central corridor (claim 1).

In the building, the pillars and beams of the two outer peripheral structures may be thin and flat in the depth direction of the living room, and the beam top level of the beams may be higher than the floor level (claim 2).

In the building, the pillars and beams of the outer peripheral portion may secure the rigidity of the skeleton and form an exterior (claim 3).

According to the invention of the present application, it is possible to obtain a building in which it is easy to prevent the beam type/column type from appearing in the room while securing a large indoor space, and further, it is possible to avoid the interference of the inner column or the girder with the pipe space.

That is, in the building of the invention according to each claim of the present application, the distance between the two outer spans is 3 spans, so that the distance per span is shorter than that when the span is 2 spans. It is easy to suppress the beam formation and prevent the beam type from appearing in the room.

If each of the columns located between the two outer peripheries is in the wide area, there is a possibility that the degree of freedom in the indoor plan of the wide area may be reduced or the habitability may be impaired. Further, when each of the pillars is located near the central corridor, the pipe space (PS) normally provided at the position facing the central corridor is squeezed by the interference of the girders. However, in the building of the present invention, since the columns are not arranged in the wide area or in a position close to the corridor, it is possible to avoid such an inconvenience, and eventually to limit the pipe space to the necessary minimum size.

In the building of the invention according to claim 2, it is easy to form a clean space by preventing the pillar type and the beam type from appearing in the wide area of each living room, and the beam top level is set higher than the floor level. By doing so, it is possible to secure a large window up to the ceiling.

In the building of the invention according to claim 3, since the pillars and beams at the outer peripheral portion secure the rigidity of the frame, for example, when the inside is made of a steel frame, the members of the steel beam that are parallel to the outer peripheral structure surface of the inner steel frame ( The member size) can be reduced, and the pillar formation in the parallel direction can also be reduced for each internal pillar. In addition, since the columns and beams on the outer periphery also serve as exteriors, it is possible to secure a large effective area in the living room, reduce the number of different types of work to deal with, and reduce the cost of exterior materials. It can also contribute to improving the value of the living space.

It is a perspective view which shows roughly the structure of the frame of the building which concerns on one embodiment of this invention. (A) And (B) is the partially expanded top view and partially expanded longitudinal cross-sectional view which show the structure of the said building roughly. It is a top view which shows roughly the structure of the principal part of the standard floor of the said building. It is a top view which shows roughly the structure of the principal part of the conventional building.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The building of this example shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a high-rise or super-high-rise hotel that adopts a ramen frame structure, and has two outer perimeter structures 1 that extend substantially parallel to each other (in the girder direction in this example) on the standard floor. A living room 3 along one outer peripheral surface 1, a living room 4 along the other outer peripheral surface 2, and an inner corridor 5 sandwiched between these two living rooms 3 and 4 are arranged between the two.

As shown in FIG. 2(A) and FIG. 3, each of the living rooms 3 and 4 is located in a narrow area 7 extending from the entrance 6 side facing the inner corridor 5 toward the inner side, and on the inner side of the narrow area 7. However, it has a wide area 8 having a frontage larger than the narrow area 7.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, in this example, a plurality of living rooms 3 and 4 are arranged in parallel in the direction in which the outer peripheral construction surfaces 1 and 2 extend (the girder direction), and the adjacent living rooms 3 and the living rooms 4 are It shares the boundary wall 9.

In addition, the building of this example has a structure with a span of 3 spans between the two outer perimeter frames 1 and 2, and two inner columns 12 between the outer columns 10 and 11 on the outer perimeter frames 1 and 2. , 13 are located, and the inner columns 12, 13 located between the two outer peripheral construction faces 1, 2 are located in the area R sandwiched between the wide area 8 and the inner corridor 5 rather than the inner corridor 5. It is located near the wide area 8.

As described above, in this example, since the frame between the two outer peripheral structures 1 and 2 has a structure of 3 spans, the distance per span is shorter than that in the case of having 2 spans. It becomes easy to suppress the beam formation of the beam bridged between the construction surfaces 1 and 2 so that the beam shape does not appear in the living rooms 3 and 4.

Further, if each of the inner columns 12, 13 located between the two outer peripheral constructional faces 1, 2 is in the wide area 8, this will appear in the wide area 8 as a column type, and a flat bed, There is a risk that the space for installing furniture such as chairs, air purifiers, and trash cans will be reduced, and the flexibility of the room plan for the wide area 8 will be reduced, or the comfort of the room will be impaired. On the contrary, when the inner pillars 12 and 13 are close to the inner corridor 5, the pipe space (PS) 14 normally provided at the position facing the inner corridor 5 (and the position avoiding the entrance 6) is It is oppressed by the interference of the large beams. However, in this example, since the inner pillars 12 and 13 are not arranged in the wide area 8 or in the position close to the corridor 5, it is possible to avoid such an inconvenience and to suppress the pipe space 14 to a necessary minimum size. it can.

In addition, in this example, as shown in FIG. 3, in the living room 3, a sanitary room (including at least one of a bathroom, a washbasin, and a toilet) provided on the inner side of the pipe space 14 when viewed from the side of the inner corridor 5 is included. The interior pillar 12 is hidden behind the space 15 (including everything in this example) 15 (on the side opposite to the narrow space 7), and in the living room 4, the furniture (wardrobe in this example) provided in the narrow area 7. The inner pillar 13 is hidden by 16, and it is possible to skillfully avoid giving a feeling of pressure due to the pillar shape of the inner pillars 12 and 13.

Further, in this example, as shown in FIGS. 2(A) and (B) and FIG. 3, the outer columns 10 and 11 and the outer beams 17 and 18 of the two outer peripheral construction surfaces 1 and 2 are attached to the living rooms 3 and 4, respectively. Since the flat shape is thin in the depth direction (inter-beam direction), it is easy to form a clean space by preventing the pillar shape or the beam shape from appearing in the wide area 8 of each living room 3, 4.

In addition, in this example, as shown in FIG. 2B, by setting the beam top end level of the outer beam 18 (and the outer beam 17) to be higher than the floor level, a large window with a height close to the ceiling can be obtained. Can be secured.

Further, in this example, the outer peripheral portion of the building is made of RC, and the outer peripheral pillars (outer columns) 10 and 11 and beams (outer beams) 17 and 18 (FIGS. 2A and 2B, FIG. 3). (See), to ensure the rigidity of the body. Thus, for example, when the inside is made of S (steel frame), the member (member size) of the inner beam (steel beam) 19 (see FIG. 2B) that is parallel to the outer peripheral structures 1 and 2 for the inner steel frame. ) Can be made small, and the pillars in the parallel direction (column direction) can also be made small for each of the inner pillars 12 and 13 which are steel pillars inside. And, as described above, it is possible to suppress the pillar formation in the girder direction of the inner pillars 12 and 13 to be small by hiding the inner pillars 12 and 13 from the back side of the sanitary room 15 or the furniture 16 and eventually giving a feeling of pressure. It also leads to easier avoidance and expansion of usage space.

Further, in this example, the inside is made of S, but in this case, it is possible to cope with the pillar missing of the lower floors inside (the omission of some of the inner pillars 12 and 13; see FIG. 1).

In addition, in this example, the outer peripheral columns (outer columns) 10 and 11 and the beams (outer beams) 17 and 18 (see FIGS. 2A and 2B and FIG. 3) form the exterior. Since the outer columns 10 and 11 and the beams 17 and 18 also serve as the exteriors in this way, a large effective area in the living rooms 3 and 4 can be secured, and at the same time, various types of work can be used. It is also possible to reduce the cost of the exterior materials and to contribute to the improvement of the value of the cabin space, such as increasing the size of the windows.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments at all, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, the following modifications can be mentioned.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the outer peripheral portion is made of RC, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be made of SRC, for example. When the rigidity is ensured and the seismic force is resisted by the outer peripheral portion having the reinforced concrete structure as described above, a seismic resistant element may be provided around the core or the like as necessary.

The columns (outer columns) 10 and 11 and the beams (outer beams) 17 and 18 at the outer peripheral portion may be constructed by a cast-in-place construction method or may be made of precast concrete.

In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the living rooms 3 and 4 facing each other across the inner corridor 5 are arranged so that the entrance 6 on one side faces the pipe space 14 on the other side. The method of hiding the inner pillars 12 and 13 is different in 4 but is not limited to this. For example, the entrances 6 of the living rooms 3 and 4 facing each other across the middle corridor 5 and the pipe spaces 14 may face each other. The pillars 12 and 13 may be hidden, and the indoor plan may be standardized (that is, the indoor plan of any of the living rooms 3 and 4 may be unified).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is applicable not only to a rectangular building in plan view but also to a building having two outer peripheral structures 1 and 2 extending substantially parallel to each other. For example, in plan view a trapezoidal shape, a parallelogram shape, and an L shape. It is also applicable to a building with a square shape, a mouth shape having a courtyard, etc.

It goes without saying that the above modified examples may be appropriately combined.
