An example of a method of assembling the panel fixing member 40 to the housing body 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. As shown in FIG. 7, the operator first directs the front ends of the tongue pieces 53 and 63 of the right plate portion 42 and the left plate portion 43 from the front with respect to the front surface of the panel fixing member 40. The panel fixing member 40 is arranged. Next, the tongue piece portion 53 of the right plate portion 42 is inserted into the slit 215 provided on the right wall portion 21 of the housing body portion 20, and the tongue piece portion 63 of the left plate portion 43 is provided on the left wall portion 22. It is inserted in the slit 225 formed. The operator slides the panel fixing member 40 inward from the front edge side of the housing body 20 and moves the panel fixing member 40 rearward. Accordingly, the panel fixing member 40 is arranged so as to overlap the inside of the front edge portion of the housing body portion 20.

Here, since both corners on the tip side of the tongue pieces 53 and 63 are tapered, the tongue pieces 53, 63 are temporarily displaced from the slits 215, 225 in the height direction. When 63 is inserted, the tapered portions of the tip ends of the tongue portions 53 and 63 slide with respect to the upper edge portion or the lower edge portion of the slits 215 and 225. As a result, the position of the tongue pieces 53 and 63 in the height direction is corrected so as to match the position of the slits 215 and 225.

Then, when the tongue piece portion 53 is inserted into the slit 215 in the right wall portion 21 of the housing body portion 20, the pair of convex portions 57 provided on the inner surface of the tongue piece portion 53 causes the outer surface (right surface) of the narrowed portion 214 to move. ) Contact. On the other hand, the locking portion 56 provided on the tip end side of the outer surface of the leaf spring portion 55 contacts the inner surface of the right wall portion 21. As a result, the tip end side of the leaf spring portion 55 bends in a direction away from the inner surface of the right wall portion 21 with the front end portion as a reference point.

Further, when the tongue piece portion 53 is further inserted toward the rear side of the slit 215, the tip end portion of the tongue piece portion 53 contacts the step portion 217 of the throttle portion 214, so that the tongue piece portion 53 stops. The position where the tongue piece portion 53 stops is the insertion completion position where the insertion of the tongue piece portion 53 into the slit 215 is completed. At this time, since the locking portion 56 of the leaf spring portion 55 reaches the slit 215, the leaf spring portion 55 returns to its original shape by the elastic return force, and the locking portion 56 is locked to the edge portion 216 of the slit 215. To do. As a result, the position of the tongue piece 53 in the front-rear direction is determined, and the tongue piece 53 can be prevented from slipping forward from the slit 215. Further, since the pair of convex portions 57 are in contact with the outer surface of the throttle portion 214, the tongue piece portion 53 is pushed outward (to the right), and the right plate portion 42 is located to the right of the housing body portion 20. It is pressed against the inner surface of the wall portion 21. Therefore, the position of the tongue piece 53 in the left-right direction within the slit 215 is also determined, so that the tongue piece 53 can be fixed without displacement with respect to the slit 215.

Although not described in detail, as shown in FIG. 8, in the left wall portion 22 of the housing main body portion 20 as well as the right wall portion 21 side, the tongue portion of the left plate portion 43 with respect to the slit 225. 63 is inserted. Then, when the tip portion of the tongue piece portion 63 comes into contact with the step portion 227 of the throttle portion 224, the tongue piece portion 63 stops. The position where the tongue piece 63 stops is the insertion completion position where the insertion of the tongue piece 63 into the slit 225 is completed. At this time, the engaging portion 66 of the leaf spring portion 65 engages with the edge portion (not shown) of the slit 225. Accordingly, the tongue piece portion 63 of the left plate portion 43 can be fixed without causing a positional deviation with respect to the slit 225. In this way, the panel fixing member 40 can be easily and quickly assembled to the housing body 20 by simply inserting the panel fixing member 40 into the housing body 20 from the front side.

Then, in the state where the panel fixing member 40 is assembled to the housing body 20, the pair of fixing holes 231, 232 provided on the front end side of the bottom wall portion 23 of the housing body 20 (see FIG. 4). On the other hand, the fixing holes 45 and 47 provided in the connecting portions 415 and 416 of the panel fixing member 40 are overlapped and positioned from above.

In the present embodiment, since the slits 215 and 225 are formed on the front side portions of the diaphragm portions 214 and 224, the tongue pieces 53 and 63 inserted into the slits 215 and 225 are located inside the diaphragm portions 214 and 224. Will be placed. Accordingly, the tongue pieces 53 and 63 do not project to the outside of the right wall portion 21 and the left wall portion 22, so that the housing 2 can be made compact. Further, since the tongue pieces 53 and 63 do not project outward, it is possible to prevent other members in the cabinet from being caught on the tongue pieces 53 and 63 from the outside and fingers or the like during transportation.

An example of a method of fixing the right fixed column 70, the left fixed column 80, and the upper beam part 25 to the housing body 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2, 4, 5, and 8. As described above, in a state where the panel fixing member 40 is assembled inside the housing main body 20 (see FIG. 8 ), the operator can move the right side connecting portion 415 provided on the bottom plate portion 41 of the panel fixing member 40. As a result, the right fixing column 70 can be easily fixed to the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 23 of the housing body 20 via the connecting portion 415 of the panel fixing member 40 in an upright state.

Similarly, a lower fixing portion (not shown) of the left fixing column 80 is also superposed and arranged on the upper surface of the left connecting portion 416 provided on the bottom plate portion 41 of the panel fixing member 40 (FIG. 4). reference). At this time, the two fixing pieces provided on the lower fixing portion 83 are inserted into the slits 46A and 46B provided on the connecting portion 416 with the front fixing portion 82 facing forward, and the lower fixing portion 83 is inserted. The fixing hole provided in (see FIG. 4) is positioned in the fixing hole 47 provided in the connecting portion 416. As a result, the left fixed column 80 can be temporarily assembled on the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 23 of the housing body 20 in a standing state.

Next, the worker inserts a screw (not shown) from above into the fixing hole of the lower fixing portion 83 of the left fixing column 80, and through the fixing hole 47 of the connecting portion 416, the casing main body portion 20 It is fastened to the fixing hole 233.
