Description

The present invention relates to an attachment for attaching an object to be fixed to an angle member, a C-shaped member or a T-shaped member, and a fixing structure for an object to be fixed using the attachment.

Conventionally, an angle member, a C-shaped member, or a T-shaped member (hereinafter, simply referred to as “angle member or the like”) is used for a part of the structure. For example, an L-shaped angle member, a C-shaped member, or a T-shaped member may be used alone, or a combination of angle members may be used in a T-shaped or cross-shaped form. Such angle materials are widely used for structures such as steel towers, machine foundations and pedestals of plant equipment.

この場合には、アングル材等に穴あけ加工を行い、アングル材等に対して固定対象物をボルト等で固定する方法が一般的である(例えば、特許文献1、2) For example, a display board such as a signboard or a sign, an antenna, or the like may be attached to a structure or the like using such an angle member. In this case, a method is generally used in which a hole is drilled in an angle member or the like and a fixing target is fixed to the angle member or the like with a bolt or the like (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

特開2013−19233号公報JP, 2013-19233, A 特開2007−132011号公報JP, 2007-132011, A

However, it requires a working time for drilling the angle material and the like, which may damage the angle material and the like. On the other hand, joining by welding or the like may require welding work, and then it becomes difficult to remove the object to be fixed.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and uses an attachment that can easily fix an object to be fixed to a structure such as an angle member without performing drilling. An object is to provide a fixing structure for an object to be fixed.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a first aspect of the present invention is an attachment for mounting an object to be fixed to a structure, wherein the first holding member is arranged to face the first holding member. And at least the first holding member is disposed inside the first joining portion and the first joining portion provided near both ends of the first holding member. And a first sandwiching portion that projects toward the surface facing the second sandwiching member, and a space that avoids interference with the structure is formed inside the first sandwiching portion. The second holding member has a second joining portion and a second holding portion which are respectively provided at portions corresponding to the first joining portion and the first holding portion, and the first joining portion is provided. When the portion and the second joining portion are joined by a joining member, a part of the structure can be held between the first holding portion and the second holding portion, and the first holding portion can be held. At least one of the sandwiching member and the second sandwiching member is provided with an attachment portion to which an object to be fixed can be attached.

The second holding member may be a plate-shaped member, and the second holding portion may project in the direction of the first holding member.

At least the first holding portion may be roughened.

The structure is preferably an angle member, a C-shaped member, or a T-shaped member.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the attachment can be attached to the structure by sandwiching the structure such as the angle member with the pair of holding members, and therefore, it is not necessary to make a hole in the structure. Further, since the mounting portion is provided on one of the sandwiching members, the object to be fixed can be easily fixed to the attachment.

Further, at this time, since the first sandwiching portion projects in the sandwiching direction, it is possible to sandwich the structure with a stronger pressure, and it is possible to suppress the displacement of the attachment with respect to the structure. Further, since the portion other than the first holding portion is separated from the structure due to the protrusion of the first holding portion, it is possible to prevent the attachment from interfering with other members such as rivets attached to the structure. be able to.

Further, similarly to the first holding portion, the second holding portion is also projected in the holding direction, so that the structure can be strongly held from both sides, and the displacement of the attachment with respect to the structure can be more reliably suppressed. You can

In addition, the roughening process is performed on the sandwiching surface of the first sandwiching section, so that the displacement of the structure with respect to the attachment can be more reliably suppressed.

Further, such an attachment is particularly preferably applicable when the structure is an angle member, a C-shaped member or a T-shaped member.

A second invention is a fixing structure using the attachment according to the first invention, wherein a structure and a part of the structure are sandwiched between the first sandwiching member and the second sandwiching member. A fixing structure comprising: a fixed attachment and a fixing target attached to the attachment portion of the attachment.

The attachment part is provided in the vicinity of both ends of the attachment, a plurality of the attachments are provided side by side, the fixing object is fixed to the attachment part on one side, and a plurality of attachments are provided on the other attachment part. A connecting member for connecting the attachments may be attached.

The fixed object may be either a display board or an antenna.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, it is possible to reliably fix an object to be fixed such as a display board or an antenna to the structure with a simple structure. At this time, a plurality of attachments can be connected and used according to the size and weight of the fixed object.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an attachment that can easily fix an object to be fixed to a structure such as an angle member without performing drilling, and a structure for fixing an object to be fixed using the attachment. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing the attachment 1, and FIG. 2 is an assembled perspective view showing the attachment 1. Further, FIG. 3A is a side view showing a state where the T-shaped member 21a is sandwiched by the attachment 1 as an example, and FIG. 3B is a sectional view taken along the line EE of FIG. 3A. is there.

The attachment 1 mainly includes a holding member 3a that is a first holding member, a holding member 3b that is a second holding member, a bolt 5 that is a joining member, a nut 7, a washer, and the like. The attachment 1 is a member for attaching an object to be fixed to an angle member or the like (angle member, C-shaped member, T-shaped member, or the like). The material of the holding member 3a and the holding member 3b is not particularly limited, but is made of steel, for example.

As shown in FIG. 3( b ), in the vicinity of both ends in the length direction of the one holding member 3 a (referred to as the left-right direction in FIG. 3( b )), there are joint parts 8 a that are first joint parts. It is provided. A hole 15a is formed in each of the joint portions 8a. The hole 15a is a joint with the other holding member 3b.

Inside the joint portion 8a, a sandwiching portion 6a that is a first sandwiching portion is provided. The sandwiching portion 6a projects toward the surface facing the sandwiching member 3b. That is, the sandwiching portion 6a projects below the lower surface of the joint portion 8a, and a step is formed between the sandwiching portion 6a and the lower surface of the joint portion 8a.

The margin of protrusion of the sandwiching portion 6a with respect to the lower surface of the joining portion 8a is about several mm to 100 mm, and more preferably about several mm to 50 mm. By taking a sufficient margin for protrusion, it is possible to avoid interference with rivets or the like (for example, D in FIG. 3) provided on the angle member or the like. Further, the length of the sandwiching portion 6a (the length in the left-right direction of FIG. 3B) is, for example, about 5 mm to 30 mm. By reducing the contact area between the holding portion 6a and the angle member or the like, the holding portion 6a can be pressed more strongly against the angle member or the like, and the displacement or the like with respect to the angle member or the like can be suppressed. In order to obtain such an effect, the sandwiching portion 6a may be roughened (such as red rust or blasted). In this case, since the area of the sandwiching portion 6a is small, the processing is easy.

Further, the sandwiching portion 6a is not formed continuously in the width direction of the sandwiching member 3a (perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and is the left-right direction in FIG. 3A), but is separated at both widthwise end portions. Formed. That is, the sandwiching portion 6a is separately arranged at four places. By doing so, the contact area with the angle member or the like described above can be reduced, and the sandwiching portion 6a can be more bite into the angle member or the like. Further, as described above, even if a rivet (D in FIG. 3) or the like is arranged on the T-shaped member 21a, the holding member 6a can hold the angle member and the like across the rivet.

Between the sandwiching portions 6a, the substantially central portion of the sandwiching member 3a is the top portion 4. That is, plate-shaped members are joined to both sides of the top portion 4 in the direction of the holding member 3b, a holding portion 6a is formed outside the top portion 4, and a joining portion 8a is formed further outside the holding portion 6a. The top portion 4 is a portion that is higher than the other portions.

The rib 11 is joined and reinforced from the top portion 4 to the joint portion 8a. The ribs 11 are arranged outside from the top 4 to the joint 8a, and arranged in two rows in the width direction of the sandwiching member 3a. The forms of the ribs 11 and the top portion 4 are not limited to the illustrated examples, and are not particularly limited.

A space 9 is provided below the top portion 4 of the sandwiching member 3a on the surface facing the sandwiching member 3b, which will be described later. The space 9 is formed over the entire width direction of the sandwiching member 3a. The space 9 is a portion for avoiding interference with the angle material and the like. In the illustrated example, a device (A in FIG. 3(b)), piping (B in FIG. 3(b)), rivets (C in FIG. 3(b)), etc. are arranged above the T-shaped member 21a. However, since the space 9 is sufficiently large, the interference with the holding member 3a can be avoided. In addition, in the present embodiment, the sandwiching member 3a has a symmetrical shape in a front view.

The sandwiching member 3b is a plate-shaped member and is arranged so as to face the sandwiching member 3a. In the sandwiching member 3b, a portion of the sandwiching member 3a that faces the sandwiching portion 6a serves as a sandwiching portion 6b that is a second sandwiching portion, and a portion that faces the joint portion 8a of the sandwiching member 3a serves as a second joint portion. 8b. That is, the sandwiching portion 6b is also separately arranged at four places. A rib 17 is provided on the back side of the holding member 3b.

The holding portion 6b projects in the direction of the holding member 3a. Therefore, when the angle member or the like is sandwiched by the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b, the contact area between the sandwiching portion 6b and the angle member or the like can be reduced. It is possible to suppress the deviation from the material or the like.

In addition, like the attachment 1f shown in FIG. 4, the holding portions 6a and 6b may be continuously formed in the width direction of the holding member 3a. That is, the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b may be separately arranged at two locations (one location at each location in the longitudinal direction of the sandwiching member 3a). As described above, the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b are not particularly limited in their arrangement as long as they project in the mutually opposing direction. For example, the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b are arranged at substantially the center in the width direction at each portion of the sandwiching member 3a in the longitudinal direction. You may arrange|position only in one place, and you may arrange|position separately in three or more places in the width direction. In addition, as long as the angle member or the like can be sufficiently held by the holding portion 6a without being displaced, the holding portion 6b may be flat without protruding to other portions.

When the holding member 3b is arranged so as to face the holding member 3a, a hole 15b is formed in the joint portion 8b corresponding to the hole 15a of the joint portion 8a. The bolt 5 is inserted into the holes 15a and 15b and joined by the nut 7. That is, the sandwiching member 3a and the sandwiching member 3b are joined to each other on both sides of the space 9 by the bolt 5 and the nut 7, which are joining members, respectively. By doing so, as shown in FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b), the T-shaped member 21a (angle member or the like) is formed between the holding portion 6a of the holding member 3a and the holding portion 6b of the holding member 3b. It is possible to sandwich a part of the. The joining member does not have to be the bolt 5 and the nut 7, the nut 7 may be integral with the holding member, and the female screw portion may be formed in the hole 15a or the hole 15b.

A mounting portion 13 extending in a direction protruding from the sandwiching member 3a is formed further outside the joint portion 8b of the sandwiching member 3b. The mounting portion 13 is provided with, for example, a hole to which a fixed object can be mounted.

The mounting portion 13 may be formed only on at least one side of the sandwiching member 3b. Further, the mounting portion 13 may be formed on the side of the sandwiching member 3a instead of being formed on the sandwiching member 3b. That is, the mounting portion 13 is provided on at least one of the sandwiching member 3a and the sandwiching member 3b. Further, the attachment portion 13 may be formed to extend in the width direction instead of extending in the length direction of the attachment 1. Further, the mounting portion 13 may be formed in the height direction of the attachment 1 (the vertical direction in FIGS. 3A and 3B, that is, above the holding member 3a or below the holding member 3b). Further, the mounting portion 13 does not necessarily have to project in a plate shape, and a hole may be directly formed at any position of the sandwiching members 3a and 3b.

Next, an example of a fixing structure using the attachment 1 will be described. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a fixing structure 20 using the attachment 1, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line FF of FIG. Note that illustration of wiring and the like is omitted in FIG.

The structure 23 is, for example, a part of a steel tower, a railway overhead wire column, a beam between overhead wire columns, a pillar or a beam of a building, and a mechanical foundation such as equipment or a pedestal. The structure 23 is formed by a plurality of angle members 21. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a pair of L-shaped angle members 21 are arranged back to back, and are arranged in a substantially T-shape as a whole.

As described above, the angle member 21 of the structure 23 is sandwiched by the sandwiching members 3a and 3b, and the attachment 1 is fixed to the structure 23. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, a pair of attachments 1 are arranged side by side, and further, the structure 23 is separated at two places and fixed by two pairs of attachments. However, the number of attachments 1 and the like arranged is not limited to the illustrated example.

A fixing plate 29 is fixed to the one mounting portion 13 of the attachment 1 with a bolt 33 and a nut 31. A metal fitting 27 is attached to the fixing plate 29 with a bolt or the like not shown, and the metal fitting 27 fixes the support of the antenna 25. The antenna 25 is, for example, an antenna of a mobile phone or PHS.

Note that, in the present embodiment, the example of the antenna 25 and the fixing member thereof is shown as the fixing target fixed to the angle member 21, but the fixing target is not limited to this. The fixed object may be, for example, a signboard, an electronic signboard (so-called digital signage), a sign, an identification board, a display board such as a pointing board, or the like. In this case, similarly to the fixing plate 29 shown in the figure, the display plate may be directly or indirectly attached to the attaching portion 13. As described above, the attachment 1 is not particularly limited to the object to be fixed.

As described above, when a plurality of attachments 1 are used together, the connecting member 35 is arranged on the other attachment portion 13 of the attachment 1. That is, when a plurality of attachments 1 are used together, a fixing object is fixed to the mounting portion 13 on one side, and a coupling member that couples the plurality of attachments 1 to the other mounting portion 13. 35 is attached. In this way, the attachments 13 can be connected to each other by providing the attachment portions 13 near both ends of the attachment 1.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the space 9 for avoiding the interference with the angle member or the like is provided, there is no interference between the angle member or the like and the attachment 1, and the angle member or the like is held by the pair of holding members 3a and 3b. be able to. For this reason, the attachment 1 can be fixed to the structure 23 without performing a drilling process on the angle member or the like. Further, the attachment 1 can be easily attached and detached as required.

In addition, since the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b project in the directions opposite to each other and the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b can be strongly pressed against the angle member or the like, the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b bite into the angle member or the like, and the sandwiching member 3a or the sandwiching member 3a. It is possible to suppress the displacement of 3b with respect to the angle member or the like. Therefore, the fixing target can be more reliably fixed to the structure 23.

Further, if necessary, a plurality of attachments 1 are provided side by side and connected, so that a large object to be fixed or the like can be easily attached.

In addition, by making the size of the space 9 sufficiently larger than the angle material or the like, it is possible to deal with a plurality of shapes of angle material or the like, and even when other parts or the like are arranged on the angle material or the like. Is possible.

In the present embodiment, the case where the T-shaped member 21a or the pair of angle members 21 is arranged has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. FIG. 7A is a diagram showing an example using the attachment 1a.

The attachment 1a has almost the same configuration as the attachment 1, but the shape of the holding portion 6a is different. In the following description, configurations having the same functions as those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 6, and redundant description will be omitted. Further, in the following drawings, the illustration of the object to be fixed is omitted unless otherwise specified.

When fixed to the L-shaped angle member 21 as in the attachment 1a shown in FIG. 7A, the holding portions 6a and 6b may be formed on only one side of the top portion 4. In this case, when the angle member 21 is sandwiched by the attachment 1a, a gap is formed between the joint portions 8a and 8b on the side where the sandwiching portion 6a is not provided.

Moreover, FIG.7(b) is a figure which shows the example which used the attachment 1b. The attachment 1b has substantially the same configuration as the attachment 1, but the holding member 3b has a different form. A top portion 4 is formed on the holding member 3b of the attachment 1b in substantially the same manner as the holding member 3a.

A space 9 is formed between the tops 4 of the sandwiching members 3a and 3b facing each other. That is, the space 9 is provided in both the sandwiching member 3a and the sandwiching member 3b. The attachment 1b can correspond to a structure in which the T-shaped members 21a are arranged back to back and arranged in a substantially cross shape. In this case, the mounting portion 13 may be formed on one of the sandwiching members 3b, or the mounting portion 13 may be provided on both of the sandwiching members 3a and 3b. Further, the attachment portion 13 may be formed on the top portion 4 of the sandwiching members 3a and 3b, or may be provided outside the joint portions 8a and 8b.

It should be noted that there is no problem when the T-shaped members 21a are in contact with each other back to back, but as shown in the figure, at least when a gap is formed between the individual T-shaped members 21a, The spacer 37 is arranged in the gap between the T-shaped members 21a in the direction of being sandwiched by the sandwiching members 3a and 3b. By doing so, the plurality of T-shaped members 21a can be reliably sandwiched and fixed by the sandwiching members 3a and 3b.

In each of the above-described embodiments, an example in which the L-shaped angle member 21 or the T-shaped member 21a is arranged alone or in combination is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, C-shaped members may be arranged alone or in combination. Further, the structure to be sandwiched is not limited to the angle member, the T-shaped member, and the C-shaped member as long as there is a portion that can be sandwiched by the sandwiching portions 6a and 6b, and other structures may be used. .. In this way, by forming the size and shape of the space 9 so as not to interfere with the structure such as the angle member, the space 9 can be fixed to objects having various cross-sectional shapes.

Further, the attachment is not limited to the one in which the space has a substantially rectangular shape. 8A is a side view showing a usage state of the attachment 1c, and FIG. 8B is a sectional view taken along line GG of FIG. 8A. The attachment 1c has substantially the same configuration as the attachment 1, but the overall form is different. In the following description, the T-shaped member 21a is used, but it can be replaced with a C-shaped member or an angled member.

The sandwiching member 3a is arranged with a pair of ribs 11 facing each other, a top portion 4 is arranged substantially in the center between the ribs 11, and the ribs 11 are joined to each other. Joints 8a are provided in the vicinity of both ends of the rib 11, and inside the joint 8a, the tip of the rib 11 serves as a holding portion 6a. As described above, the sandwiching portion 6a projects below the joint portion 8a. In this case, the outer side of the sandwiching portion 6a is formed obliquely toward the outer side of the joint portion 8a.

The rib 11 forms a pentagonal space 9 having a substantially home base shape. That is, the vicinity of the top 4 at the center of the holding member 3a is the highest, and the height gradually decreases from the top 4 to both sides, and in the vicinity of the end, it is substantially straight in the direction facing the holding member 3b. Formed in. As described above, the shape of the holding member 3a is not particularly limited, and any shape such as an inverted V shape or an arc shape can be applied.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the attachment is configured by joining a plurality of plate-shaped members, but all may be configured integrally. 9A is a side view showing a usage state of the attachment 1d, and FIG. 9B is a sectional view taken along line HH of FIG. 9A. The attachment 1d has substantially the same configuration as the attachment 1, but differs in that each part is integrally formed. In the attachment 1d, the holding members 3a and 3b are both cast, for example.

The sandwiching member 3a is provided with joints 8a near both ends, a sandwiching portion 6a is formed inside the jointing portion 8a, and a space 9 is formed between the sandwiching portions 6a. Although the space 9 has a substantially rectangular shape, its corners are curved. In this way, the sandwiching members 3a and 3b can be integrally formed.

Further, FIG. 10A is a side view showing a usage state of the attachment 1e, and FIG. 10B is a sectional view taken along the line I-I of FIG. 10A. Similar to the attachment 1d, the attachment 1e is integrally configured with each unit. The attachment 1e is different from the attachment 1d in the form of the space 9. As described above, even when the respective components are integrally formed, the form of the space 9 is not particularly limited and can be any form. As described above, the sandwiching members 3a and 3b may be formed by joining members such as the plate-shaped rib 11 by welding or the like, or may be integrally formed as a whole.

The object to be fixed is not limited to an antenna, a display board, or the like attached to one angle member or the like. 11: is a figure which shows the fixing structure 20a, FIG. 12(a) is the J section enlarged view of FIG. 11, and FIG. 12(b) is the KK sectional view taken on the line of FIG. 12(a). In the fixed structure 20a, the attachments 1 are arranged on the beams 41 forming the structure, and the attachments 1 are connected to each other by the braces 45 that are reinforcing members.

The structure 23a is composed of a beam 41 and a pillar 43 which are formed by the T-shaped member 21a. A pair of attachments 1 are attached and fixed to each of the beams 41 orthogonal to each other. At this time, the pair of attachments 1 are connected by the connecting member 35 at the one mounting portion 13. Similarly, a connecting member 35a is attached and connected between the pair of attachments 1 fixed to the beams 41 orthogonal to each other. The connecting member 35 a is a plate-shaped member and is arranged obliquely with respect to the beam 41.

Similarly, in the rectangular space surrounded by the pillars 43 and the beams 41, two pairs of attachments 1 connected by the connecting members 35 and 35a are also arranged at positions diagonal to each other. The ends of the braces 45 are attached to the respective connecting members 35a so as to connect the respective connecting members 35a. The brace 45 is arranged in a direction substantially orthogonal to the diagonal portion of the connecting member 35a. In the example shown in FIG. 11, the brace 45 is arranged in two directions by the two pairs of connecting members 35a. A turnbuckle (not shown) or the like is used for the brace 45.

In this way, the attachment 1 can also be used when attaching a reinforcing member to a structure for seismic reinforcement of a building, for example. In this case, the reinforcing member is not fixed to the beam 41 and the pillar 43, but can be attached to any part of the building. Although the brace 45 is arranged in the direction of 45 degrees with respect to the beam 41, it is not limited to this. The direction of the brace 45 can be adjusted by changing the shape (angle with respect to the beam 41) of the connecting member 35a.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the technical scope of the present invention is not affected by the above-described embodiments.
