Description

The present invention relates to a method suitable for installing a repair scaffold applied to a bridge.

Conventionally, repair work has been required for bridges composed of steel structures or concrete structures, and at that time, securing a foothold for workers engaged in the work, prevention of fall, or prevention of fall to third parties. A scaffold for repairs will be installed for the purpose (accumulation of temporary bridge construction 2016 version from Japan Construction Machinery Construction Association).

Then, in such a scaffold for repair, for example, blasting may be performed, and the work space is surrounded by a dustproof sheet so that dust is not scattered to the outside (for example, Patent Documents 1 to Patent Documents). 3).

However, in the ceiling or floor of the scaffolding for repair, a gap is likely to occur between the abutting base materials, and especially in the construction where a large amount of dust is generated, dust may penetrate through the dustproof sheet and fly to the outside. Therefore, it is important to build an appropriate environment easily and quickly. For example, in the past, a curing tape was sometimes applied from the work space side so as to fill the gaps in the corners, but in practice, it may be difficult to attach the curing tape to the surface of the base material. This required complicated and troublesome preparation work in which multiple layers of curing tape were applied over a long distance so that they would not come off.

Therefore, in view of the above background situation, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for installing a repair scaffold applied to a bridge.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a sealing member used in the method for installing a repair scaffold applied to the bridge described above.

The present invention is a method of installing a repair scaffold applied to a bridge, wherein a surface to be repaired in the bridge is surrounded by a plurality of base materials to form a work space for repair on the scaffold for repair. And an elongated scale member having a pair of mounting plate surface portions that are substantially L-shaped in cross section and are formed on the corners formed on the working space side by abutting the base materials with each other. A step of stacking the corners of the corners and the longitudinal direction of the scale member so as to coincide with each other from the working space side, and a predetermined fixing member on at least one of the pair of mounting plate surface portions of the scale member. Of the scaffolding for repair applied to the bridge characterized by including the step of fixing the scale member to the base material to make the working space a shielding space by driving in from the side of the working space. The installation method.

Here, in general, a space for communicating the working space and the external space is likely to be formed in the corner portion, and in the present invention, a sealing member is arranged in the corner portion from the working space side. Therefore, the working space is shielded by closing the gap. As described above, when the work space is shielded, it is possible to prevent the dust from scattering to the outside, and to prevent rainwater from entering the work space. Particularly, for example, when performing repair work using a projection material, a large amount of dust is generated, so that the present invention functions particularly effectively. It should be noted that the work for shielding the work space may be as simple as hitting a fixing member by applying a long-sized stitch member to a corner portion, so that workability is dramatically improved as compared with the conventional work. .

Further, a dustproof sheet is arranged on the working space side of the corner side portion, and the sealing member is superposed on the corner side portion from the working space side, and the dustproof sheet is provided between the base material and the sealing member. The step of obtaining a state in which the sheets are sandwiched, and by driving a predetermined fixing member into at least one of the pair of mounting plate surface portions of the sealing member from the working space side, the sealing member is grounded together with the dustproof sheet. A structure including a step of fixing to a material is proposed.

Alternatively, a dustproof sheet is arranged on the work space side of the scale member fixed to the base material via the predetermined fixing member, and an adhesive tape is attached to the dustproof sheet and the scale member surface, A configuration including a step of fixing the dustproof sheet is proposed.

With such a configuration, the dustproof sheet can be stretched easily and quickly.

Further, the present invention is a scale member used in a method of installing a scaffold for repair applied to the bridge, comprising a flexible molded product made of a resin material. Is.

Here, the interior angle of the corner portion is not necessarily a right angle (90°). In such a configuration, the eye-catching member is appropriately elastically deformed according to the shape of the corner portion, and It is possible to properly store the sealing member in the corner side portion. Further, due to the material characteristics, it becomes easy to drive and lock a predetermined fixing member.

Further, the interior angle formed by the pair of mounting plate surface portions is an obtuse angle before being fixed to the base material, and the interior angle in the state of being fixed to the base material is fixed to the base material. A configuration is proposed that is smaller than the interior angle in the previous state.

With such a configuration, it is possible to elastically contact the eye-catching member with the corner portion and hold it on the corner portion. This further improves workability.

The installation method of the scaffold for repair applied to the bridge of the present invention has an effect that the work space can be efficiently shielded.

Further, the sealing member of the present invention has an effect that it can be easily attached to the corner side portion.

It is a schematic explanatory drawing explaining the form of repair work. The sealing member is shown, (a) is a perspective view, (b) is a side view. It is explanatory drawing which shows 1st Embodiment. It is explanatory drawing which shows 2nd Embodiment. It is explanatory drawing which shows 3rd Embodiment.

Hereinafter, a method of installing a repair scaffold applied to a bridge and an embodiment embodying a sealing member used for the scaffold will be described in detail. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and design changes can be made as appropriate.

[First Embodiment]
As shown in FIG. 1, a repair scaffold L is installed on the bridge K, and a work site α is formed on the repair scaffold L. Note that the work space β provided in the work site α will be described later in detail because it is an essential part of the present invention.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a circulating blast device 1 is installed in a place adjacent to the work site α. Here, the circulation type blasting device 1 is provided with a device main body portion 2, and the device main body portion 2 is provided with a pressure feeding hose 4 to which an injector 3 is connected. Then, the grit g or the shot s as the projection material is ejected from the injector 3.

Further, the apparatus main body 2 includes a suction hose 5, and the tip of the suction hose 5 is arranged at the work site α. As a result, it is possible to suck the used grit g′ generated at the work site α, the used shot s′, and the dust X including the foreign matter D including the peeled coating film, rust, and the like through the suction hose 5. .. In order to prevent the dust X from leaking to the outside, a dustproof sheet 70 described later is stretched at the work site α, and a blower, a dust collector, and the like (not shown) are also appropriately installed.

Next, the work space β provided in the work site α will be described.

As shown in FIG. 3, at the work site α, the work space β is formed by surrounding the surface to be repaired with a plurality of base materials 80. The base material 80 is usually made of a wooden board material (for example, plywood for formwork or scaffolding board), and a plurality of base materials 80 are arranged to form a floor portion, a side wall portion, or a ceiling portion to form a space having a shielding property. Form.

Further, according to the present invention, a sealing member 90 as shown in FIG. 2 is used. The stitch member 90 is made of a flexible resin-molded product having a substantially L-shaped cross section and is a long member provided with a pair of mounting plate surface portions 91 and 92. The interior angle formed by the pair of mounting plate surface portions 91, 92 is set to an obtuse angle. In the present embodiment, the length of the sealing member 90 in the lengthwise direction is 900 mm, the width lengths of the mounting plate surface portions 91 and 92 are 75 mm each, and the thickness is 2 mm, and the mounting plate surface portions 91 and 92. The interior angle formed by them is 100°.

Next, a method of installing the repair scaffold will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3A, after the floor material, the side wall portion, and the ceiling portion are made of the base material 80, the dustproof sheet 70 is arranged along the base material 80 from the working space β side.

Here, in order to attach the dustproof sheet 70 to the base material 80, as shown in FIG. 3( b ), the long side edges Z where the base materials 80, 80 are abutted with each other to form a gap, The above-mentioned stitch members 90 are overlapped from the working space β side.

Here, when the sealing member 90 is superposed on the corner side portion Z, the longitudinal direction of the sealing member 90 and the longitudinal direction (side direction) of the corner side portion Z are made to coincide with each other. Then, the dustproof sheet 70 is sandwiched between the base material 80 and the sealing member 90.

Then, a nail (tacker) 95 as a fixing member is driven from the side of the work space β into the tension member 90, and the dust member 70 and the tension member 90 are fixed to the base material 80. This fixing work can be performed by supporting the strut member 90 with one hand and driving the nail 95 with the other hand by using a nailing machine or the like, so that one person can work. Here, since the sealing member 90 is a resin molded product and the interior angle is set to an obtuse angle, it is only necessary to fix the one mounting plate surface portion 92 to the side wall portion and the other mounting plate surface portion 91 has a reaction force. It makes elastic contact with the ceiling, so there is no need to drive in nails. However, the present invention does not positively exclude the configuration in which the nail (tucker) is driven into the other mounting plate surface portion 91.

With such a configuration, even if a large amount of dust is generated by the blasting work in the work space β, it is possible to appropriately prevent the dust from scattering from the gap of the corner side portion Z to the outside. It is also possible to prevent rainwater or the like from entering the work space β from the outside. In addition, it is desirable that the thickness of the sealing member 90 be set to a dimension that can ensure the strength that the projection material does not penetrate.

[Second Embodiment]
The sealing member 90 can be applied to the corner side portion Z where the angle formed by the base materials 80, 80 is an acute angle as shown in FIG. 4, for example. That is, since the sealing member 90 has flexibility, the dustproof sheet 70 can be stretched easily by elastically deforming and elastically contacting depending on the angle of the corner side portion Z. In addition, in some cases, the inner corner of the sealing member 90 may be expanded and fixed to the corner side portion Z.

[Third Embodiment]
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the sealing member 90 is directly fixed to the base materials 80, 80 to close the gap at the corners Z, and then the edge of the dustproof sheet 70 is arranged on the surface of the sealing member 90. You may make it affix with the adhesive tape 98.

In this way, by adopting a configuration in which the adhesive tape 98 is attached to the surface of the sealing member 90, peeling of the adhesive tape 98 can be appropriately prevented.

In the above-described embodiments described above, the size and shape of each portion can be freely selected as appropriate.

Further, for example, the nail 95 as the fixing member may be, for example, a staple or the like.

Further, in the sealing member 90, guide hole portions through which predetermined fixing members are inserted may be formed in the mounting plate surface portions 91 and 92.

The interior angle formed by the mounting plate surface portions 91 and 92 does not need to be an obtuse angle, but in consideration of facilitating the work of stretching the dustproof sheet 70, it may be 90° or more and 110° or less. preferable. If the internal angle is less than 90°, a gap is likely to be formed between the mounting plate surface portions 91, 92 and the base material 80, and the dustproof sheet 70 may not be properly fixed. Further, if the internal angle exceeds 110°, it may be difficult to put the sealing member 90 in the corner side portion Z.

The sealing member 90 can be, for example, a resin molded product made of polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene, but is not limited to this. Also, depending on the case, a material suitable for reuse may be selected.

Further, repair work to which the present invention is applicable may include work by a water jet, in addition to blasting and peening work.

Further, the repair scaffold L may be a hanging scaffold corresponding to so-called TYPEA1, etc., a so-called morning glory of TYPEB, or another scaffold such as a middle scaffold.

Further, the repair location may be floor slab repair, and the corner side portion Z of the repair scaffold L may be the corner side portion Z including the ceiling portion and the side wall portion, or the floor portion and the side wall. The corner side portion Z may be a corner side portion Z formed of another part or a corner side portion Z formed in another portion.
