Abstract
Description
The present invention, when extracting coffee from the coffee bean raw material, can be used when extracting black tea from the tea leaves of the tea, etc., it is easy to confirm the amount of the extract liquid put in the container and a server made of pottery or porcelain It relates to a manufacturing method.
Conventionally, handy type servers that extract coffee etc. are made entirely of ceramics (ceramic or porcelain), metal, etc., and are the parts of the inverted truncated cone that store filters such as filter paper (hereinafter referred to as the filter storage part ) Has a liquid passage hole at the bottom, a handle is attached to the outer surface of this filter storage part, and the bottom part of the filter storage part allows the server to be stably placed on the opening of the cup etc. Many are equipped with a circular base. The diameter of the circular base is formed so as to be larger than the opening of a commonly used cup or the like.
When making coffee using such a server, first place the server on the opening of a container such as a cup, then pour boiling water on the coffee beans in the filter paper of the filter storage part and let the extracted coffee pass through the hole. It will be made to flow down into the container more.
However, in such a server, there is no plug in the liquid passage hole provided at the bottom of the filter housing, and the liquid passage hole is always open. Therefore, when pouring the extract into multiple containers, when the server is moved to pour the extract into one container and then to pour into another container, the extract will leak from the liquid passage hole. .. Therefore, in actual use, it was necessary to move the container with a tray for receiving the leaked liquid so that the extracted liquid would not be lost by leaking it around the table on which the container was placed.
In addition, even if you try to make a beverage with a different extraction time, the server that only opens the liquid passage will flow out from the liquid passage while extracting, so the adjustment itself that only the predetermined time for each beverage is extracted. Was impossible.
Furthermore, when pouring the extract into the container, the server is installed so as to cover the opening of the container, so if the entire server is made of opaque ceramics, metal, etc., how much extract is in the container It becomes difficult to judge whether it has flowed down. Therefore, in order to confirm the amount of the extract flowing down, it is necessary to frequently lift the server during the flow down, and if the check timing is incorrect, there is also a problem that the extract overflows from the container.
Here, if the server is made of, for example, a transparent heat-resistant glass or a transparent heat-resistant resin so that the flow-down amount can be confirmed, the inside can be visually checked and the problem is considered to be solved. However, due to such changes in materials, the heat resistance and heat retention of the server will also change, and the extraction conditions themselves will change. Therefore, it is possible to obtain extract solutions of the quality previously obtained with servers of other materials. There was also the problem of disappearing. In addition, a resin server is apt to deteriorate with age when used in a high temperature environment, and is not suitable for long-term use.
Against this background, new servers have been developed in recent years in order to solve the above problems. Recently,
The server described in
With such a structure, the extraction liquid can be taken out from the extraction nozzle located below the side portion of the server, and the opening degree of the valve in the liquid passage can be adjusted by operating the lever. As a result, it is no longer necessary to cover the opening of the container such as the cup with the main body of the server when flowing down like a conventional server, so you can use the teapot to check the flow rate of the extract and extract it into the cup. It is also possible to insert. As a result, it is considered that the extraction liquid is less likely to overflow from the container by mistake.
Furthermore, since it is possible to adjust the opening of the valve in the liquid passage, when the extraction liquid flows down into multiple containers, if the liquid passage is closed only when the server is moved, leakage of the extraction liquid to the table etc. It has the effect of eliminating the consumption of raw materials for beverages such as coffee beans and tea leaves. Also, regarding the extraction time, it is possible to adjust the extraction time by adjusting the time from closing the plug to opening it and adjusting the amount of flow by adjusting the opening of the valve. That is, since the extraction time can be arbitrarily determined by adjusting the valve, various beverages can be easily prepared.
In addition,
With such a structure, the extraction liquid can be easily taken in and out by opening and closing the stopper, similarly to the invention described in
Furthermore, since the liquid passage hole can be easily opened and closed with a stopper, the time from the start of extraction to the opening (extraction time) can be changed arbitrarily, and one server can produce various beverages. Also has.
However, the server disclosed in
On the other hand, the server described in
In the first place, porcelain is manufactured by making clay or porcelain clay into clay or mud clay, and as a method of mass-producing products with the same shape using clay, water-smooth pottery making by craftsmanship or plaster-type molding machine pottery wheel is used. After molding, a method of scraping off the excess portion in a dry state is adopted. In addition, plaster molds are used to mass-produce products with the same shape in mud and clay. When using this plaster mold, (1) Pour mud soil into the plaster mold, discard the drainage water inside when the soil has settled on the plaster, and wait for it to dry before removing it from the mold. (2) Casting production and (2) Injecting pottery clay or porcelain clay into the plaster mold using a pressure machine, and removing the water from the plaster mold after the moisture of the slurry is absorbed into the plaster and the soil solidifies. ..
Although the server described in
The present invention has been made in view of these problems in the inventions described in
And, in the case of the server made of ceramics, the manufacturing precision is inferior to the server made of metal or resin, at the same time the productivity is poor for complicated structures, and it is difficult to mass-produce to some extent, A server made of ceramics is composed of parts that can be assembled, and when assembling the parts, the parts made of ceramics are not directly fixed, but other parts are indirectly fixed. It was also an object to provide a manufacturing method.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the server which is the first invention has a truncated cone shape in which an upper portion is opened, a bottom through hole is formed in the bottom portion, a grip portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface, and the diameter is reduced from the upper portion to the bottom portion. A filter storage portion having, a pedestal portion having a top surface through hole formed concentrically with the bottom through hole in the top surface portion which is open at the bottom and contacts the outer surface of the bottom surface of the filter storage portion, and the top surface through hole and the bottom through hole. A plug portion that is inserted and fixed so that the filter storage portion and the pedestal portion are integrated with each other, and this plug portion has a cylindrical body on the outer peripheral surface of which a flange having a diameter larger than that of the bottom through hole is provided. A plug that is installed in the hollow part of the cylinder that serves as a liquid passage and is urged upward from the bottom by a spring to close the lower opening of the cylinder, and the inner peripheral surface of the filter storage part that is connected to this plug. The rod is located close to the filter housing and has an upper end that protrudes above the filter housing and can resist the bias of the spring. The cylindrical body has a vertical guide hole so that the lower end of the rod can move up and down. It is characterized by being provided. In addition, the above-mentioned truncated cone shape includes a substantially truncated cone shape.
In the case of the server configured as described above, since the handle is installed, it has an effect of making it easy to put a finger. Also, the server itself can be separated into three parts, a filter storage part, a pedestal part, and a plug part, so that the parts can be assembled using parts made of different materials. For example, when the filter storage part is made of ceramics, the pedestal part may be made of ceramics or may be made of resin. Further, since it is the plug portion that integrally fixes the filter storage portion and the pedestal portion, there is also an effect that it is not necessary to strictly configure the connection between the filter storage portion and the pedestal portion.
Further, a vertically movable plug that is arranged in the center of the tubular body and closes the lower opening urged by a spring moves downward by pushing the upper end of the rod downward to open the lower opening. Acts like. When the pushing down of the upper end of the rod is stopped, the force of the spring pushes the plug upward again and acts to close the lower opening.
Next, a second invention is characterized in that, in the server which is the first invention, the pedestal part is formed of a transparent material.
In the server configured as described above, since the pedestal portion surrounding the lower opening installed below the server is made of a transparent material, the pedestal portion has an effect of transmitting visible light.
The material of the pedestal is not particularly specified, but considering the application, it is preferably a material having heat resistance that can withstand temperatures up to 100°C. Examples of such heat-resistant materials include heat-resistant glass for inorganic materials and acrylic resins for organic materials.
The shape of the pedestal portion may be a truncated cone shape in which the diameter increases from the top surface portion to the lower portion, and may be a disc shape or a capped cylindrical shape.
A third aspect of the invention is the server according to the first or second aspect of the invention, wherein a male screw is threaded on the outer peripheral surface of the lower opening of the cylindrical body, and the male screw is formed on the inner surface of the top surface through hole of the pedestal. It is characterized in that an internal thread that can be screwed with is engraved.
If the server configured in this way, by inserting the cylindrical body of the plug portion into the bottom through hole of the filter storage portion, by screwing the male screw of the cylindrical body exposed from the bottom through hole and the female screw of the pedestal, The filter accommodating portion also has a function of being fixed while receiving a compressive force from the flange of the plug portion and the top surface portion of the pedestal portion.
A fourth invention is, in the server which is the first or second invention, a male screw is threaded on the outer peripheral surface of the lower opening of the cylindrical body, and the cylindrical body is screwed on the outer peripheral surface of the male thread. It is characterized in that a groove parallel to the longitudinal direction is formed, and further, a claw that fits into the groove is formed on the inner surface of the top surface through hole of the pedestal part.
In such a server, the groove formed in the cylindrical body and the claw of the pedestal portion that fits in this groove act as a marker that indicates the orientation, arrangement, and the like of the plug portion. In addition, when the server is assembled, there is an effect that the tubular body is arranged so that the claws of the pedestal portion fit into the grooves of the tubular body.
Further, in the fifth invention, in the server according to any one of the first to third inventions, a male screw is threaded on the outer peripheral surface of the lower opening of the cylindrical body, and this male screw is threaded. A groove parallel to the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body is formed in the outer peripheral surface, and a claw that fits the groove is formed on the inner surface of the lower opening of the filter housing.
In such a server, the groove formed in the tubular body and the claw of the pedestal portion that fits together with the groove act as a marker that indicates the orientation, arrangement, and the like of the plug portion. In addition, when the server is assembled, the cylindrical body is arranged so that the groove of the cylindrical body fits into the claw of the filter housing portion.
Further, a sixth invention is the invention according to any one of the first to fifth inventions,
A method of manufacturing a server in which a filter storage part is made of ceramics or porcelain, and a step of molding a molded body of the filter storage part by casting or by rubbing, and a step of manufacturing a second molded body having a grip portion on the molded body. A step of drying the second molded body, a step of firing the dried second molded body to form a fired body, and a filter housing portion and a pedestal portion, which are fired bodies, are integrally fixed through the plug portion. The process is performed in this order. With such a manufacturing method, since the server can be manufactured by dividing it into several parts, there is an effect that only the filter storage part can be manufactured as a ceramic product by a generally known molding method.
According to the server which is the first aspect of the invention, since the handle portion is provided side by side, it is easy to hold by hand, and when the extraction liquid is put into a plurality of cups, it is easy to carry. The server is composed of three parts, a filter storage part, a pedestal part, and a plug part. The filter storage part is made of porcelain, and the pedestal part is made of porcelain, resin material or other desired material, for example, There is also an effect that it becomes possible to form a metal molded body.
Then, the plug at the lower opening of the tubular body can be easily opened and closed by operating the rod. Accordingly, when moving between containers to put the extraction liquid in a plurality of containers, it is possible to close the stopper to stop the flow down, which has the effect of improving the work efficiency at the time of serving. Further, since the extraction liquid can be taken in and out by opening and closing the stopper, the extraction time can be arbitrarily determined, and various beverages having different extraction times can be prepared.
Next, according to the server which is the second aspect of the present invention, the pedestal portion is made of a transparent material, so that the flow-down state of the extract can be confirmed without lifting the server from the container. As a result, the flow-down amount of the extraction liquid is prevented from becoming wrong, and the extraction liquid is not overflowed from the container to pollute the table, so that wasteful consumption of the raw material for beverage is suppressed. Further, if the transparent material is resin instead of glass, the weight of the server is further reduced, so that there is an effect that the burden on the user when serving is reduced.
Next, according to the server which is the third invention, the three parts of the server, which are the filter housing portion, the plug portion, and the pedestal portion, are the male screw threaded on the tubular body of the plug portion and the top of the pedestal portion. There is an effect that the assembly can be easily performed only by screwing the female screw threaded in the surface through hole.
Then, according to the server of the fourth aspect, when installing the pedestal portion on the bottom of the filter storage portion, the claws of the pedestal portion should be arranged in consideration of the arrangement of the plug portion (particularly the arrangement of the rod). For example, the plug part is fixed by the claw of the pedestal part that fits in the groove. As a result, it is easy to position and fix the plug portion, and there is an effect that the work of adjusting the rod position of the plug portion to an easy-to-use position after assembling the server is reduced.
Here, in the case where the pedestal part is formed of a transparent material, a mark serving as a mark is attached to a predetermined position on the bottom surface of the filter storage part in order to easily determine the placement of the pedestal part with respect to the filter storage part. Is also good. Since the mark can be seen through the pedestal portion, the arrangement of the claws of the pedestal portion can be determined by using this mark as an index, and there is an effect that it becomes easier to assemble the server with the optimum rod arrangement. It is sufficiently possible to utilize the handle part as a marker instead of the above marker, but it goes without saying that the stopper part can be arranged with higher accuracy by using a marker with less viewpoint movement.
Further, instead of the mark described above, a convex portion and a concave portion that can be fitted may be formed at predetermined positions on the bottom surface of the filter housing portion and the top surface portion of the pedestal portion. This makes it possible to check the optimal placement of the pedestal not only visually as in the case of marking, but also tactilely, and intuitively assemble the server even for visually impaired people. It will be possible. Furthermore, since the convex portion and the concave portion are combined together and the pedestal portion is locked to the filter storage portion, the arrangement of the pedestal portion is unlikely to change, which is convenient for accurately assembling the server.
Further, according to the server of the fifth aspect, when inserting the plug portion into the bottom through hole of the filter storage portion, the groove of the plug portion and the bottom through hole formed in consideration of the arrangement of the plug portion are formed. If the claws are fitted together, the plug portion (particularly the rod) is always fixed at the desired position in the filter storage portion. As a result, rotation around the bottom through hole of the stopper is suppressed, so that the work of integrally fixing each component during assembly becomes easy, and the rod position of the stopper is readjusted after assembly. This has the effect of eliminating the need for such work.
Finally, according to the server manufacturing method of the sixth aspect of the present invention, there is an effect that only the filter housing portion is made of ceramics, and other parts can be made of different materials.
In addition, when a server in which the filter storage unit and the pedestal unit are integrated is manufactured entirely from ceramics, depending on the shape of the server, general methods such as pottery molding and cast molding cannot be used. For example, a filter storage part having a truncated cone shape whose diameter is reduced from the upper part to the bottom part, and a top part having the same shape as the bottom face of the filter storage part, and a pedestal part whose diameter is expanded toward the bottom part are integrally formed. In the case of the new ceramics server, there is also a problem that if it is formed by the pottery molding or the like, an air pocket easily occurs near the pedestal part.
However, since the ceramic server can be divided into parts and molded by the server manufacturing method according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the filter storage portion and the pedestal portion in which air pockets or the like are less likely to occur can also be individually manufactured by pottery molding or the like. It will be possible. Furthermore, even if the server has a more complicated shape, it can be manufactured by dividing it into moldable parts. When the pedestal part is integrally fixed to the filter storage part made of ceramics, the precision when manufacturing the ceramics is inferior to that made of metal or resin, so the filter storage part and the pedestal part are Since it is difficult to fix them directly, it is possible to manufacture the server easily by indirectly fixing them through the stoppers.
With such a manufacturing method, the difficulty of manufacturing a ceramics server is reduced and the production efficiency is improved, so that mass production is also possible.
Hereinafter, the server of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of an example of the server according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and shows the arrangement when the extract is flowed down from the server to the container. It should be noted that the server of the second embodiment and the server of the third embodiment, which will be described later, also have the same external appearance as in FIG. 1, and therefore the description thereof will be made using FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, a
As a procedure for using such a
Next, the
FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the server according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1, taken along the line H-H, showing only the server portion. 3 is a part of the server according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3(a) is a pedestal part, and FIG. 3(b) is an external perspective view of a plug part.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the
Regarding this
In the case of the
In addition, the
Further, the stopper 4i arranged in the center of the cylindrical body 4f has an effect that the lower opening 4d is opened by pushing the upper end of the rod 4a downward. When the pushing down of the upper portion of the rod 4a is released, the stopper 4i is pushed upward again by the urging force of the spring 4h, and acts so as to close the lower opening 4d.
According to the operation described above, in the
In addition, the
On the other hand, since a stopper 4i that can be opened and closed by moving the upper end of the rod 4a up and down is installed in the lower opening 4d of the tubular body 4f, in the work of putting the extract in a plurality of containers, the stopper is closed during transportation. Can be prevented from leaking out, and when it is put in a container, it can be opened and allowed to flow down. This will not only prevent leakage from the server, but will also reduce the labor required for serving. Further, since the timing of the flow of the extract liquid can be arbitrarily determined by opening/closing the stopper 4i, there is an effect that it becomes possible to extract the raw materials for the beverage having different extraction times.
In the present embodiment, the
Next, the
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the server according to the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention taken along the line H-H, showing the same appearance as the server according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1. Only the server part is shown. Further, FIG. 5 shows components of the server according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5(a) is an external perspective view of the pedestal portion, and FIG. 5(b) is a stopper portion. FIG. 3 is an external perspective view, and FIG. 3C shows an annular member.
4 and 5, in the
Further, in the lower opening 4d of the
In the case of the
In addition, in order to make it easier to determine the position of the
With the above operation, when the
Furthermore, if a recessed portion and a projecting portion that can be fitted are formed on the bottom surface 2d of the
In the
Next, the
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the server according to the third exemplary embodiment of the present invention taken along the line H-H, showing the same appearance as the server according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1. Only the server part is shown. Further, FIG. 7 is a plan view of a filter storage portion of the server according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
6 and 7, in the
In the
With the above operation, the
Next, a method of manufacturing a server in which the filter storage portion is made of ceramic will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing a method of manufacturing a server according to the present invention, in which the filter storage portion is made of ceramics, and shows that the server can be manufactured by five steps. The manufacturing process proceeds from (1) to (5).
The step (1) is a step of manufacturing the first molded body of the filter housing portion having no handle portion by wheel molding or cast molding. In addition, in the pottery molding, while the clay put into the mold is spread with a spatula, the clay is brought into close contact with the inner wall of the mold to produce the first molded body. On the other hand, in the case of cast molding, the first molding is molded by pouring the mud soil into the gypsum mold and hardening the mud soil by absorbing water in the gypsum mold.
Next, in (2), a handle part is attached to the first molded body obtained in (1) to produce a second molded body. A handle or the like (including a portion for decoration) which is difficult to form in the step (1) can be formed in this step (2).
Then, in (3), a step of drying the second molded body created in (2) is performed. Here, unless the water content of the second molded body is sufficiently removed evenly, voids are generated inside the fired body due to evaporation of the water during the next step of firing, or cracks are generated in the fired body. Doing so may cause it.
Further, in (4), the second molded body obtained in (3) is fired at a high temperature. As a result, the second molded body becomes a fired body that can withstand high temperatures and has high hardness, and is used as a filter housing portion.
Finally, in (5), the filter housing portion, which is the fired body, and the pedestal portion are indirectly and integrally fixed to each other via the plug portion to complete the server.
As described above, the server of the present invention can be manufactured separately for the filter storage portion, the pedestal portion, and the plug portion, and even the server in which the filter storage portion is made of ceramic can be easily molded by the above-described manufacturing method. .. In particular, a server made of ceramics, which had a defective molding due to a complicated shape in cast molding or the like, can be molded in a divided manner, which reduces the difficulty of manufacturing, and can be easily manufactured even by an unskilled person. Further, it is possible to use the pottery wheel molding which has a short molding time and is easy to handle.
Furthermore, when the pedestal part is integrally fixed to the filter storage part made of ceramics, it is difficult to directly assemble and fix the filter storage part and the pedestal part because the manufacturing accuracy of the ceramics is inferior to that of metal or resin. However, since the server of the present invention is indirectly fixed via the stopper, the server can be easily manufactured, the production efficiency is improved, and the server can be manufactured in large quantity at low cost. become.
