In this type of measuring cap, there is room for improvement in that the operation of removing the tablet is simplified to enhance the operability, and that the structure is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a measuring cap capable of stably taking out a predetermined amount of tablets by a simple operation, simplifying the structure, and reducing the manufacturing cost.

One embodiment of the present invention is a measuring cap attached to a mouth portion of a container for accommodating a plurality of tablets, a communication hole through which the tablets can pass vertically along a cap axis, and a view from the vertical direction. An inner plug member having a rectifying portion that overlaps with the communication hole and is disposed below the communication hole; a top-end cylindrical member that is disposed above the inner plug member; A first measuring chamber disposed between the top wall portion and the inner plug member in the up-down direction and communicating with the communication hole, and the top wall portion and the inner plug member in the up-down direction A first measuring chamber and a second measuring chamber arranged in a radial direction orthogonal to the cap axis, and a portion arranged below the first measuring chamber. And a communicating part that communicates the first measuring chamber and the second measuring chamber. Obtain.

In this measuring cap, when the container is in the inverted posture, at least a predetermined amount (for example, at least one tablet) of tablets moves from the inside of the container to the first measuring chamber through the communication hole. Then, when the container is returned from the inverted posture to the upright posture, a predetermined amount (for example, one tablet) of tablets in the first measuring chamber is moved from the first measuring chamber to the second measuring chamber through the communicating portion. When the container is again placed in the inverted posture, a predetermined amount of tablets in the second measuring chamber is taken out of the measuring cap through the outlet from the second measuring chamber. At this time, another at least a predetermined amount of tablets moves from the container through the communication hole to the first measuring chamber. Therefore, by changing the container from the upright posture to the inverted posture next, a predetermined amount of tablets can be taken out by one action for the second and subsequent times.

According to the present invention, the tablet is taken out of the outlet through the first measuring chamber, the communicating portion, and the second measuring chamber. In addition, since the rectifying portion is disposed below the communication hole, the tablets can be sequentially flowed into the communication hole little by little. Therefore, a predetermined amount of tablets can be stably taken out.

Further, a predetermined amount of tablets can be taken out by a simple operation of changing the container from the upright posture to the inverted posture. Since the present invention does not require a slide member or an urging spring like a conventional measuring cap, according to the present invention, the number of components can be reduced, the structure can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In the measuring cap, the straightening portion extends downward from the inner plug member, and a pair of support portions disposed on both sides of the communication hole when viewed from above and below, and a lower end portion of the pair of support portions. It is preferable to have a connecting part for connecting the two.

In this case, the tablet flows into the communication hole from a direction such as the side of the communication hole where the pair of support portions and the connection portion are not arranged. For this reason, the function (action) of allowing the tablets to flow into the communication holes little by little in order is stably obtained by the straightening portion having a simple configuration.

In the measuring cap, the cap body has a first guide wall protruding downward from the top wall and overlapping the communication hole when viewed from above and below, and the first guide wall is radially It is preferable to have a first inclined surface extending upward along the direction from the first measuring chamber to the second measuring chamber.

In this case, when the container is in the inverted position, the tablets that have moved from the container to the first measuring chamber are guided by the first inclined surface and move toward the second measuring chamber (to approach the second measuring chamber). ). Therefore, the tablets in the first measuring chamber are easily guided to the communicating portion and the second measuring chamber stably.

In the measuring cap, the inner plug member is disposed on an upper surface of the inner plug member, and extends downward in a radial direction from the first measuring chamber toward the second measuring chamber. Preferably, the second inclined surface has a surface, and the second inclined surface overlaps with the first measuring chamber when viewed from above and below.

In this case, when the container is changed from the inverted posture to the upright posture, the tablets in the first measuring chamber are guided by the second inclined surface and easily move toward the communication part and the second measuring chamber. Therefore, the tablets in the first measuring chamber are stably guided to the communicating portion and the second measuring chamber.

In the measuring cap, the inner plug member projects downward from the inner plug member, and surrounds at least a part of the communication hole from a radially outer side when viewed from above and below, and the inner plug member And a third guide wall disposed radially between the second guide wall and the communication hole, and a lower end of the third guide wall is configured to be It is preferable to be located above the lower end of the two guide walls.

In this case, when the container is in the inverted posture, the tablets in the container are guided by the lower end of the second guide wall and the lower end of the third guide wall, and easily move toward the communication hole. Therefore, the tablet in the container is stably guided to the communication hole and the first measuring chamber.

In the above-mentioned measuring cap, it is preferred that the cap main body has a movement restraining wall portion protruding downward from the top wall portion and disposed between the first measuring chamber and the second measuring chamber in a radial direction. .

In this case, when taking out the tablets in the second measuring chamber with the container in an inverted posture, the movement suppressing wall prevents the tablets in the first measuring chamber from moving to the second measuring chamber. The tablet in the first measuring chamber is prevented from being erroneously discharged from the outlet together with the tablet in the second measuring chamber. Therefore, a predetermined amount of tablets can be stably taken out.

According to the measuring cap of one embodiment of the present invention, a predetermined amount of tablets can be stably taken out by a simple operation, and the structure can be simplified to reduce the manufacturing cost.

In the example of the present embodiment, the second inclined surface 16 is disposed at a front portion of the upper surface (outer peripheral surface) of the tapered tubular portion 13a of the inner plug top wall 13, and is inclined downward as it goes forward. Extend. The second inclined surface 16 is disposed so as to overlap with the first measuring chamber 31 when viewed from above and below.

The seal cylinder 17 is a cylinder having the cap axis O as a central axis. The seal tube portion 17 extends downward from the inner plug top wall 13. The seal cylinder 17 is fitted into the mouth 3 of the container 2.

The second guide wall portion 18 protrudes downward from the inner plug member 11 and surrounds at least a part of the communication hole 14 from the outside in the radial direction when viewed from above and below. In the example of the present embodiment, the second guide wall portion 18 protrudes downward from the inner plug top wall 13 and extends in an arc shape with the cap axis O substantially at the center when viewed from above and below. The second guide wall portion 18 surrounds at least the front portion and the side portion of the communication hole 14 from the radial outside when viewed from the up-down direction. The second guide wall portion 18 surrounds a portion other than the rear portion of the communication hole 14 from the outside in the radial direction when viewed from the vertical direction.

The third guide wall portion 19 projects downward from the inner plug member 11 and is disposed between the second guide wall portion 18 and the communication hole 14 in the radial direction. In the example of the present embodiment, the third guide wall portion 19 protrudes downward from the inner plug top wall 13 and extends in an arc shape with the cap axis O substantially at the center when viewed from above and below. The third guide wall portion 19 surrounds a front portion of the communication hole 14 from the outside in the radial direction when viewed from the vertical direction.

The third guide wall 19 is disposed with a gap in the radial direction from the second guide wall 18. The radial gap between the third guide wall 19 and the second guide wall 18 is smaller than the outer diameter of the tablet T (the outer diameter in the short axis direction; the minimum diameter). The lower end of the third guide wall 19 is located above the lower end of the second guide wall 18. In a vertical sectional view of the measuring cap 10, a virtual straight line (not shown) passing through the lower end of the second guide wall 18 and the lower end of the third guide wall 19 intersects the opening 15c and the communication hole 14.

The cap body 20 is arranged above the inner plug member 11. The cap body 20 covers the inner plug member 11 from the upper side and the radially outer side. The cap body 20 has a peripheral wall part 22, a top wall part 21, a first guide wall part 23, a movement suppressing wall part 24, and a positioning rib 25.

The peripheral wall portion 22 has a cylindrical shape and is mounted radially outward with respect to the inner plug peripheral wall 12. The lower portion of the peripheral wall portion 22 fits outside the inner plug peripheral wall 12. The inner diameter of the lower portion of the peripheral wall portion 22 is larger than the inner diameter of the upper portion. That is, the radial position of the lower portion of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 22 is radially outward of the radial position of the upper portion.

The peripheral wall 22 has a locking groove 22a and a peripheral wall step 22b.
The locking groove 22a is arranged at a lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 22 and extends along the circumferential direction. The locking groove 22a is formed in a lower portion of the peripheral wall portion 22 so as to be depressed radially outward from the inner peripheral surface. The locking protrusion 22a of the inner peripheral wall 12 is locked to the locking groove 22a. This restricts the peripheral wall portion 22 from moving at least upward with respect to the inner plug peripheral wall 12.

The peripheral wall step 22b is disposed at the boundary between the lower part and the upper part of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall part 22. The peripheral wall step 22b is formed of an annular surface facing downward and extending in the circumferential direction. The peripheral wall step 22b contacts the outer peripheral portion of the inner plug top wall 13 from above. This restricts the peripheral wall portion 22 from moving downward with respect to the inner plug top wall 13.
That is, the movement of the cap body 20 in the vertical direction with respect to the inner plug member 11 is restricted.

The top wall portion 21 has a plate shape, and a pair of plate surfaces thereof face in the up-down direction. The top wall 21 is connected to the upper end of the peripheral wall 22. The vertical thickness of the front portion of the top wall portion 21 in the vertical direction is larger than the vertical thickness of portions other than the front portion. Specifically, on the lower surface of the top wall portion 21, the vertical position of the front portion is lower than the vertical position of portions other than the front portion.

The top wall 21 has an outlet 21a and a step 21b.
The outlet 21a is formed by a through-hole penetrating the top wall 21 in the up-down direction. In the example of the present embodiment, the outlet 21a has a circular hole shape. The outlet 21a is arranged at a radially outer end (outer peripheral portion) of the top wall portion 21. The tablet T is taken out of the measuring cap 10 through the inside of the take-out port 21a.
The step portion 21b is disposed at a boundary between a front portion on the lower surface of the top wall portion 21 and a portion other than the front portion. The step portion 21b is configured by a surface facing rearward. The step portion 21b is disposed so as to overlap with the second inclined surface 16 when viewed from above and below, or is disposed forward of the second inclined surface 16.

The first guide wall portion 23 projects downward from the top wall portion 21 and is arranged so as to overlap the communication hole 14 when viewed from above and below. The first guide wall portion 23 is disposed in a portion other than the front portion of the top wall portion 21 and extends downward from the portion. The lower end of the first guide wall 23 vertically opposes the rear end of the upper end opening of the tapered tubular portion 13a.

The first guide wall 23 has a first inclined surface 23a. The first inclined surface 23a is disposed so as to overlap with the communication hole 14 when viewed from above and below. In the example of the present embodiment, the entirety of the first inclined surface 23a overlaps with the communication hole 14 when viewed from above and below. The first inclined surface 23a extends upward in the radial direction from the first measuring chamber 31 to the second measuring chamber 32. Specifically, the first inclined surface 23a is inclined upward and extends from the lower end of the first guide wall 23 toward the front. In the example of the present embodiment, when viewed from the side (see FIG. 1), the first inclined surface 23a has a concave curved surface shape. The lower end (rear end) of the first inclined surface 23a faces the rear end of the communication hole 14 in the up-down direction.

The movement suppressing wall portion 24 projects downward from the top wall portion 21 and is disposed between the first measuring chamber 31 and the second measuring chamber 32 in the radial direction. The movement suppressing wall portion 24 is disposed at a front portion of the top wall portion 21 and extends downward from the front portion. In the example of the present embodiment, the surface facing the rear of the movement suppressing wall portion 24 and the surface facing the rear of the step portion 21b overlap each other when viewed from above and below. That is, the surface facing the rear of the movement suppressing wall portion 24 and the surface facing the rear of the step portion 21b are arranged flush with each other. The lower end portion of the movement suppressing wall portion 24 is arranged at an interval in the vertical direction between the lower end portion and the upper surface of the inner plug top wall 13.

The positioning rib 25 is arranged on the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 22, protrudes radially inward from the inner peripheral surface of the upper portion, and extends in the vertical direction. The positioning protrusion 13b is inserted between the pair of positioning ribs 25. The positioning rib 25 faces or contacts the positioning protrusion 13b with a gap in the circumferential direction.
By disposing the positioning projections 13b between the pair of positioning ribs 25, the relative movement of the cap body 20 and the inner plug member 11 in the circumferential direction is restricted. The cap body 20 and the inner plug member 11 are assembled in a state where they are positioned in the circumferential direction.

The first measuring chamber 31 is arranged between the top wall 21 and the inner plug member 11 in the up-down direction, and communicates with the communication hole 14. The cap body 20, the lid 40, and the hinge 50 are integrally formed by a single member.

In the measuring cap 10 of the present embodiment described above, when the container 2 is in an inverted posture as shown in FIG. 3, at least a predetermined amount (in the present embodiment, at least a predetermined amount) from the inside of the container 2 to the first measuring chamber 31 through the communication hole 14. 1 tablet) is moved. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, when the container 2 is returned from the inverted posture to the upright posture, a predetermined amount (one tablet in the present embodiment) of the tablets T in the first measuring chamber 31 is communicated from the first measuring chamber 31. It moves to the second measuring chamber 32 through the section 33. At this time, extra tablets T other than the predetermined amount are returned from the first measuring chamber 31 into the container 2 through the communication holes 14. When the container 2 is again placed in the inverted posture as shown in FIG. 3, a predetermined amount of tablets T in the second measuring chamber 32 is taken out of the measuring cap 10 from the second measuring chamber 32 through the outlet 21a. At this time, another at least a predetermined amount of tablets T moves from the inside of the container 2 to the first measuring chamber 31 through the communication hole 14. Therefore, by changing the container 2 from the upright posture to the inverted posture, a predetermined amount of tablets T can be taken out by one action for the second and subsequent times.

According to the present embodiment, the tablet T is taken out from the take-out port 21a through the first measuring chamber 31, the communicating portion 33, and the second measuring chamber 32. In addition, since the rectifying portion 15 is disposed below the communication hole 14, the tablets T can flow into the communication hole 14 little by little in order. Therefore, a predetermined amount of tablets T can be stably taken out.

Further, a predetermined amount of tablets T can be taken out by a simple operation of changing the container 2 from the upright posture to the inverted posture. Since the configuration does not require a slide member or an urging spring like a conventional measuring cap, according to the present embodiment, the number of components can be reduced, the structure can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Further, in the present embodiment, the tablet T flows into the communication hole 14 through the opening 15c from the side of the communication hole 14 where the pair of support portions 15a and the connection portion 15b of the rectification unit 15 are not arranged. For this reason, the function (action) of allowing the tablets T to flow into the communication holes 14 in small amounts sequentially can be stably obtained by the straightening portion 15 having a simple configuration.

Further, in the present embodiment, when the container 2 is in the inverted posture, the tablets T that have moved from the inside of the container 2 to the first measuring chamber 31 are guided by the first inclined surface 23a and directed toward the second measuring chamber 32. It moves (approaches the second weighing chamber 32). Therefore, the tablets T in the first measuring chamber 31 are easily guided to the communicating portion 33 and the second measuring chamber 32 stably.

Further, in the present embodiment, the second inclined surface 16 is disposed so as to overlap the first measuring chamber 31 when viewed from above and below. Therefore, when the container 2 is changed from the inverted posture to the upright posture, the tablet T in the first measuring chamber 31 is guided by the second inclined surface 16 and moves toward the communication portion 33 and the second measuring chamber 32. It's easy to do. Therefore, the tablets T in the first measuring chamber 31 are stably guided to the communication section 33 and the second measuring chamber 32.

In the present embodiment, the inner plug member 11 has the second guide wall 18 and the third guide wall 19. For this reason, when the container 2 is in the inverted posture, the tablets T in the container 2 are guided by the lower end of the second guide wall 18 and the lower end of the third guide wall 19 and are directed toward the communication hole 14. Easy to move. Therefore, the tablet T in the container 2 is stably guided to the communication hole 14 and the first measuring chamber 31.

Further, in the present embodiment, when taking out the tablets T in the second measuring chamber 32 with the container 2 in an inverted posture, the tablets T in the first measuring chamber 31 move to the second measuring chamber 32 by the movement suppressing wall portion 24. Is suppressed. The tablets T in the first measuring chamber 31 and the tablets T in the second measuring chamber 32 are prevented from being erroneously discharged from the outlet 21a. Therefore, a predetermined amount of tablets T can be stably taken out.

In the present embodiment, the cap body 20, the lid 40, and the hinge 50 are integrally formed by a single member. For this reason, it is possible to simplify the structure while suppressing the increase in the number of parts of the measuring cap 10 while allowing the opening 21 a to be opened and closed by the lid 40.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, as described below, a configuration change or the like can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the inner plug member 11 is mounted on the mouth 3 of the container 2 and the cap body 20 is mounted on the inner plug member 11 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. The cap body 20 may be directly attached to the mouth 3. In this case, the inner plug member 11 may be fixed to the mouth portion 3 or may be fixed to the cap body 20.

In the above-described embodiment, an example has been given in which the pair of support portions 15a of the rectifying portion 15 are disposed forward and rearward with the communication hole 14 interposed therebetween, but this is not a limitation. The pair of support portions 15a may be disposed on both sides of the communication hole 14 in a direction other than the front-rear direction (side direction or the like) with respect to the vertical direction.
Further, the rectifying unit 15 is not limited to the configuration having the pair of supporting units 15a and the connecting unit 15b. The rectifying unit 15 only needs to have a configuration that allows the tablets T to flow into the communication holes 14 little by little in order.

FIG. 5 shows a modification of the measuring cap 10 described in the above embodiment. In FIG. 5, illustration of the rectifying unit 15 is omitted. In this modification, the inner plug member 11 has an enclosing wall 11a and a fourth guide wall 11b.

The surrounding wall portion 11a is cylindrical and extends upward from the inner plug top wall 13. The central axis of the surrounding wall 11a is located forward of the cap axis O. The surrounding wall portion 11a is provided at the upper end opening (communication hole 14) of the tapered cylindrical portion 13a, the second inclined surface 16, the lower portion of the second measuring chamber 32, and the communication portion 33 below the first measuring chamber 31. The part arranged on the side is surrounded from the radial outside. The portion of the communicating portion 33 that is arranged below the first measuring chamber 31 is a space portion located between the movement suppressing wall portion 24 and the inner plug top wall 13 in the vertical direction, and the second measuring portion. A space portion circumferentially adjacent to the lower portion of the chamber 32 is included.

The fourth guide wall portion 11b has a rib shape protruding upward from the inner plug top wall 13. The fourth guide wall portion 11b is connected to the inner peripheral surface of the surrounding wall portion 11a and extends from the inner peripheral surface toward the second measuring chamber 32. In the illustrated example, a plurality of fourth guide wall portions 11b are provided. The fourth guide wall portion 11b has a third inclined surface 11c on the upper surface. The third inclined surface 11c extends obliquely downward as it approaches the (second center) of the second measuring chamber 32 and the outlet 21a along the circumferential direction. That is, the inner plug member 11 has the third inclined surface 11c that is disposed on the upper surface of the inner plug member 11 and extends downward along the circumferential direction as approaching the outlet 21a.

According to this modification, the tablet T is guided by the surrounding wall portion 11a and the third inclined surface 11c, and is easily arranged immediately below the outlet 21a. Therefore, when the container 2 is in the inverted posture, the tablets T in the second measuring chamber 32 are stably taken out of the cap from the take-out port 21a.
As shown in FIG. 5, the measuring cap 10 does not have to include the lid 40 and the hinge 50. The measuring cap 10 does not have to have the seal cylinder 17 and the step 21b.

In addition, the components in the above-described embodiments can be appropriately replaced with known components without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the above-described embodiments and modified examples may be appropriately combined.
