Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a three-dimensional decorative construction method for a ceiling in which a three-dimensional decorative panel is attached to a ceiling base of a building.

Conventionally, as a decoration of the interior of a building, for example, if a wall is a wall, a method of sticking a wallpaper to a wall base is generally used. If a ceiling base is also present at a ceiling, a wallpaper for a ceiling is stuck and decorated. There is a way. When wallpaper is attached, the decoration becomes flat. On the other hand, in recent years, three-dimensional interior decoration, in which a plurality of panels of the same shape having a standing surface decorated on a wall surface base and attached to the base material using fasteners such as nails, is increasing. For example, Patent Document 1).

As a method of constructing such three-dimensional interior decoration, there is a D-board method proposed by Sumitomo 3M Limited (certification of fire prevention materials / fire prevention equipment based on Article 10-5-22 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations. Certification number: NM-0131, certified on August 23, 2001, name "PVC resin film upholstery / non-combustible material (excluding metal plate)").

In the D board method, the surface of the non-combustible base material panel made of calcium silicate is rolled up, and the edge of the back side is rolled up, and a vinyl chloride resin film for decoration is laminated (rolled in four sides) to form a decorative board. Regarding the wall surface, apply the same type of vinyl chloride resin film in advance to the joints when multiple decorative boards are attached, and then use double-sided tape and adhesive to apply This is a construction method in which the decorative board is attached with a watermark.

Sumitomo 3M Co., Ltd. uses Dynoc (registered trademark) film as the vinyl chloride resin film, and the decorative board laminated with the non-combustible base material panel is used at the factory of its contractor / constructor. The D board method is open to general interior construction contractors and the like on condition that it be used. That is, in the D board method, since a non-combustible base material panel is laminated at a factory by a specific contractor having a technique, the work period can be shortened and a uniform and beautiful finish can be obtained.

Although the three-dimensional decoration of the wall surface by the D-board method has been described above as an example, the D-board method can be applied not only to the wall surface but also to the three-dimensional decoration of the ceiling surface and the floor surface. However, when installing on a ceiling, the decorative board is almost only adhered to the ceiling base by the adhesive force of the double-sided tape until the adhesive is completely dried and fixed. For various reasons, such as humidity and humidity, and fine dust and dirt adhering to the ceiling base and the decorative board, the decorative board may possibly fall from the ceiling. This problem can be solved by fixing the decorative board to the base of the ceiling with nails or other fasteners instead of using an adhesive to fix it, but the advantage of the D board construction method, which is characterized by a beautiful finish, will be lost. Become.

In view of the above situation, according to the present invention, when performing three-dimensional decoration of a ceiling by the D-board method, the decorative board is prevented from dropping from the ceiling until the adhesive is fixed, and the finish is beautiful. An object of the present invention is to provide a three-dimensional decorative construction method for a ceiling that does not impair the quality.

In order to solve the above problems, in the method of constructing a three-dimensional decoration on the ceiling of the present invention,
When one plate surface of the plate-like nonflammable base material panel is a front surface, the opposite plate surface is a back surface, and four surfaces excluding the plate surface are side surfaces, edges of the front surface, the four side surfaces, and the back surface of the nonflammable base material panel A first step of laminating with a polyvinyl chloride resin film for decoration to form a decorative board;
A second step of pasting the decorative polyvinyl chloride resin film in advance to a joint that becomes a joint when the decorative board is watermarked on a ceiling base;
A third step of applying at least an adhesive to the back surfaces of the plurality of decorative boards and attaching a watermark to the ceiling base;
The holding plate is pressed from the surface of the holding plate at at least four locations per holding plate in a state where the holding plate is pressed so as to abut against each of the four decorative boards forming the cross joints where the joints intersect. A fourth step of temporarily pinning so as to penetrate each of the four-way joints extending from the intersection of the cross joints through the joints;
The most main feature of the method is to include a fifth step of removing the temporary pinning and removing the holding plate after the adhesive between the decorative board and the ceiling base is fixed.

The three-dimensional ceiling decoration method of the present invention prevents the decorative board from falling off the ceiling before being fixed, regardless of the material of the ceiling base or the environment of the outside air. In addition, since the pin traces left by reducing the number of steps of the present invention are inconspicuous to the extent that they cannot be seen by ordinary house use, the beautiful finish by the D board method is not impaired.

Furthermore, since the three-dimensional decoration construction method of the present invention is used for ceilings, the present invention is more effective. Specifically, a very fine pin hole is generated around the cross joint by the temporary pinning performed in the present invention. However, since the pin holes are present at the joints, the pin holes are not only inconspicuous in place but also almost completely closed by the restoring force of the decorative polyvinyl chloride resin film. Furthermore, unlike walls and floors, due to the nature of the ceiling, there is no opportunity for residents of the building to approach, pinch, and stare. That is, the temporary pinning to be performed in the present invention is a process necessary for giving a three-dimensional decoration to the ceiling, but on the other hand, it can also exert an advantageous effect due to the three-dimensional decoration to the ceiling. .

It is a component exploded explanatory view showing the 4th process of the present invention. It is a perspective view showing the temporary pinning state by the 4th process of the present invention. It is a principal part enlarged view which shows the process of this invention in order. (a) When the third step is completed (b) Fourth step (c) When the fourth step is completed (d) Fifth step

Hereinafter, the three-dimensional decoration construction method for a ceiling according to the present invention will be described by dividing the method into five steps. Basically, the steps are performed in the order from the first step to the fifth step. However, this is not a step that cannot be performed until after the first step as a time series such as the second step, and in this respect, the order of the numbers of the steps does not always indicate the time series. That is, the second step can be performed simultaneously with the first step, or the first step can be performed after the completion of the second step. Further, the three-dimensional ceiling decoration method of the present invention does not exclude passing through other steps as long as the method includes the first to fifth steps.

The first to third steps are steps known as the so-called D board method. The fourth step and the fifth step are characteristic steps of the present invention for preventing the decoration board from falling when performing the three-dimensional decoration of the ceiling by the D board method.

(First step)
The first step in the three-dimensional ceiling decoration method of the present invention, when one plate surface of the plate-shaped noncombustible base material panel is a surface, the opposite plate surface is a back surface, and four surfaces excluding the plate surface are side surfaces, This is a step of laminating edges of the front surface, the four side surfaces, and the back surface of the non-combustible substrate panel with a decorative vinyl chloride resin film to form a decorative board. In other words, it is a four-sided wrapping. The reason why the laminating process is performed up to the edge of the back surface is to make the base material invisible not only from the side surfaces and the bottom surface of the joint groove but also from these gaps in joints formed when the decorative board is attached. In addition, this construction method does not exclude laminating the entire backing, but it not only wastes the decorative polyvinyl chloride resin film but also causes the decorative board to be stuck on the ceiling base. Also, it is not preferable because it may cause a drop due to insufficient adhesive force during subsequent use.

In addition, the plate (shape) is a shape in which one opposed plane has a surface area that is sufficiently larger than the other two opposed planes, among three-dimensional shapes generally formed by three opposed planes. The opposing plane having a sufficiently large surface area is a plate surface. In this specification, one of the plate surfaces is a front surface, the other is a back surface, and the other four surfaces are side surfaces.

The plate surface shape of the non-combustible base material panel is generally square, but after making a plurality of non-combustible base material panels of the same type into a decorative board, and laying them side by side with a watermark, as long as a cross joint can be made The shape does not matter. As a joint division in which a cross joint is formed, a potato joint, a vertical pot joint, or a quarter joint may be used.

The non-combustibility of the non-combustible base material panel can be ensured by selecting from the legally incombustible materials satisfying the legal standards as a raw material and performing the following process without specially processing the legally incombustible material (combined noncombustible). However, in order to be able to call this step a step of the D board method, a calcical plate (calcium silicate plate) is particularly selected from legally incombustible materials as a material of the noncombustible base panel.

In addition, in order to be able to call this process a process of the D-board method, Dynoc (registered trademark) film must be used as a vinyl chloride resin film and must be bonded at a factory of a specific contractor. . The feature of the D-board method is that this decorative polyvinyl chloride resin film can be applied to the factory instead of being applied to a flammable substrate panel at the building site. This has the advantage of not only making the finish beautiful, but also shortening the construction period. It is said that there is. However, the construction method of the present invention can be applied not only to the D-board construction method but also to a lamination process that cannot be said to be the D-board construction method, as long as the element of the first step is satisfied.

(2nd process)
The second step in the method for constructing a three-dimensional decoration of a ceiling of the present invention is a step of pasting the decorative polyvinyl chloride resin film in advance at a predetermined place to be a joint when the decorative board is stuck on a ceiling base. is there. Therefore, prior to this step, the position of the ceiling board to which the decorative board is to be attached is determined. The decorative vinyl chloride resin film used in the second step is generally of the same type and design as the decorative vinyl chloride resin film used in the first step.

When laminating the non-combustible substrate panel in the first step, when applying the decorative polyvinyl chloride resin film to the joint (planned), for the same reason as laminating up to the edge of the back surface, make it slightly protrude from the joint. That is, at the time of finishing, it is preferable to attach the decorative vinyl chloride resin film such that both ends of the side on which the film of the decorative vinyl chloride resin film extends are slightly hidden by the decorative board. However, for the same reason as in the case where the decorative polyvinyl chloride resin film is laminated on the entire back surface of the non-combustible substrate panel in the first step, it is not excluded that the decorative vinyl chloride resin film is attached to the entire ceiling base. Not preferred.

The material of the ceiling base is not particularly limited as long as it can bond the decorative board with an adhesive, but preferred examples include gypsum and mortar. In addition, in order to ensure nonflammability as a ceiling surface material, a flammable material such as wood is not suitable as a material.

(3rd step)
The third step in the three-dimensional ceiling decoration method of the present invention is a step of applying at least an adhesive to the back surfaces of the plurality of decorative boards and attaching a watermark to the ceiling base. The decorative board is attached according to the positioning described in the second step. For the bonding, a double-sided tape (primary bonding) for an initial bonding force until the adhesive solidifies, and an adhesive for a permanent bonding (secondary bonding) are generally used. However, in the present invention, since the decorative board is held in the fourth step, it is not always necessary to use a double-sided tape for primary bonding. When the double-sided tape is not used, or when the usage ratio of the double-sided tape is reduced than usual, the area to which the adhesive is applied is increased and the permanent adhesive force is increased, which is particularly preferable as a three-dimensional decoration of the ceiling.

In the D board method, “3M (registered trademark) bond IB25 for decorative panel” (main component: silylated urethane resin) is used as an adhesive, and “3M (registered trademark) Scotchmount (registered trademark) double-sided adhesive is used as a double-sided tape. It is recommended to use foam tape MIX-313 "(acrylic adhesive).

(4th process)
As described above, the fourth step is a step characteristic of the construction method of the present invention, and will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the construction method of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded view of parts for explaining the operation in the fourth step. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where the decorative board 10 is held by the holding plate 20 through the fourth step. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part showing the order from the completion of the third step to the fifth step. Among them, (a) shows the work in the fourth step, (b) shows the work in the fourth step, (c) shows the work in the fourth step, and (d) shows the work in the fifth step.

In the fourth step in the three-dimensional ceiling decoration method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the holding plate 20 is pressed against the four decorative boards 10 forming the cross joints where the joints 50 intersect. In this state, temporary pinning is performed so as to penetrate the joints in the four directions extending from the intersection of the cross joints by penetrating the holding plate 20 from the surface of the holding plate 20 at least at four locations per one holding plate 20. This is the step to be performed.

In the fourth step, as shown in FIG. 3A, a holding plate 20 is used to hold the decorative board 10 that has been primarily or temporarily bonded in the third step from the board surface. The four decorative boards 10 are pressed by one holding plate 20. That is, the holding plate 20 is brought into contact with the four decorative boards 10 so as to hide the cross joints, which are the intersections of the joints 50 formed by attaching the four decorative boards 10 to each other. At this time, ideally, the center point of the holding plate 20 coincides with the center of the cross joint hidden below.

The area ratio of one decorative board 10 held by one holding plate 20 (in other words, hidden under the holding plate 20) is determined by the surface area of the surface of the decorative board 10 (that is, the surface area of the back surface and the four side surfaces). ) Is preferably at least 1/120. Since one decoration board 10 is held by four holding plates 20 except for one arranged at the end, in this case, the whole decoration board 10 is pressed against the holding plate 20. That is, the total area ratio of the four corners is maintained in a range of 1/30 or more. If there is a location where the area ratio of one decorative board held by one holding plate 20 is less than 1/120, the effect of the temporary fixing at that location may not be sufficient. If the area ratio of one decoration board 10 held by one holding plate 20 is reduced to 理論, the entire surface of the decoration board is theoretically covered. The area ratio of one decorative board 10 held by the holding plate 20 need not exceed 1/4.

Temporary pinning is performed while the decorative board 10 is held by the holding plate 20 as described above. In order to prevent the decorative board 10 from being damaged by the temporary pinning, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C, the pin 30 penetrates the holding plate 20 and then is inserted directly into the joint 50. Be fastened. Here, in order to maximize the efficiency of holding the decorative board 10 with as few temporary pinning portions as possible, as shown in FIG. 1, temporary pinning is performed in four directions of joints extending from the intersection of the cross joints. Perform stabs on each road. Since at least one temporary pinning is performed on the upper, lower, left, and right of one joint road, the temporary joint 50 of one cross joint is temporarily pinned at at least four places. The decorative board 10 held by the holding plate 20 by temporary pinning is as shown in FIG. In the embodiment of the drawing, two temporary pinnings are provided on the upper, lower, left and right sides of one joint road, that is, a state where the temporary pinning is performed at eight locations is illustrated.

The temporary pinning in the fourth step can be performed after all the watermarking steps in the third step have been completed. However, in the third step, four decorative boards that form a cross joint are stuck together by watermarking. An image is formed. Immediately after that, the one step is temporarily pinned in the fourth step, and thereafter, the same work is performed on the other one, and the watermarking and the temporary pinning are repeated. You can also. When the adhesive force until the adhesive 14 dries is uneasy, it is preferable to repeat the operation each time.

The diameter of the body of the pin 30 used in the fourth step is preferably 0.6 mm to 1.3 mm. If the diameter of the body is less than 0.6 mm, the holding power of the decorative board 10 including the holding plate 20 may not be sufficiently secured. On the other hand, if the diameter of the body exceeds 1.3 mm, pin holes may be noticeable after finishing.

The material and shape of the holding plate 20 are not particularly limited. However, from the viewpoint of workability, the material may be a wood plate such as a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) or a concrete panel (control panel) or a silicate. Examples thereof include a calcium plate (caical plate). An example of the size and shape is a square shape with a side of 150 mm and a thickness of about 5 mm.

It is preferable that the holding plate 20 is a protection surface 22 whose one surface is entirely covered with a resin or a fiber material. As a specific method of forming the protection surface 22, a method of coating the entire surface of one side of the holding plate 20 with a resin material, attaching a cloth, or the like is used. In addition, when the holding plate 20 is pressed against the decorative board 10, the side that comes into contact with the decorative board 10 is set as the protection surface 22, thereby eliminating the risk of the decorative board 10 being damaged by work.

In order to facilitate the work of temporary pinning, one side of the holding plate 20, if the protective surface 22 is provided, on the opposite surface of the protective surface 22, a guide line for aligning the joint line located below the protective surface 22. Alternatively, a guide mark indicating a guide point for hitting the pin may be written.

It is preferable that the size of the decorative board 10 held by the holding plate 20 only by the operation described as the fourth step is one side, and when not a square, the long side is 1.3 m or less. In the case of the decorative board 10 whose one side exceeds 1.3 m, it may be difficult to hold the board only by temporary pinning only around the cross joint.

In the case of the decorative board 10 whose one side exceeds 1.3 m, not only the temporary pinning around the cross joint but also a temporary pin using an additional auxiliary holding plate (not shown) at an intermediate position between the adjacent protective plates. It is preferable to perform an additional step of fastening. In this case, the auxiliary holding plate is pressed so as to be in contact with the adjacent decoration board, and the pin penetrates from the surface of the auxiliary holding plate, penetrates the auxiliary holding plate, and pierces the joint formed by the decoration board 10. Temporarily pin to. At this time, provisional pinning is performed at at least two places for each of the auxiliary holding plates. In the case of temporary pinning at only one location, the auxiliary holding plate may rotate around the temporary pinning location, which is not preferable.

(Fifth step)
In the fifth step, as shown in FIG. 3D, after the adhesive between the decorative board and the ceiling base is fixed, the temporary pinning performed in the fourth step is removed, and the holding plate is removed. This is the process of removing. The time for completing the bonding depends on the type of the adhesive, but is generally about half a day to one day for an adhesive for fittings. Therefore, normally, if the fourth step is completed and left in the middle of the night, the fifth step can be started the next day. In this case, the adhesion of the adhesive means that the decorative board only needs to have enough adhesive force to prevent the decoration board from falling even if the holding plate is removed, and the adhesive is completely dried until the adhesive strength is fully exhibited. It does not have to be a fixed fixation.

As a method of removing the temporarily pinned pins, the pins can be removed individually, or the pins can be removed by removing the temporarily pinned holding plate. In any case, if the pins are loosely removed, the pin holes remaining at the joints may be unnecessarily widened, or the edge of the holding plate may damage the decoration board. Therefore, the pins must be removed carefully.

As described above, the three-dimensional ceiling decoration method of the present invention has great industrial utility as a method of safely applying the D-board method, which is a three-dimensional interior modification method with a beautiful finish, to ceiling decoration. .
