Abstract
Description
基準センサ74の座標は、センサ74によって収集されたデータを使用して、基準の患者座標フレームを計算するアプリケーション81を含むワークステーション80に送信される。

Claims (7)
- 関心領域を、前記関心領域のモデルに位置合わせするためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
患者の体内の前記関心領域内でナビゲートされることが可能である位置センサと、
前記位置センサが前記関心領域内でナビゲートされる際、前記位置センサの位置を検出するように構成された電磁場発生器と、
外部患者動作を判定するように構成されたモニタと、
軟性点内の前記位置センサの画像を表示することが可能なディスプレイと、
プロセッサと、命令を記憶するメモリと、を含む、コンピューティングデバイスであって、前記命令は、前記プロセッサによって実行されると、前記コンピューティングデバイスに、
前記関心領域の画像に基づいて、前記関心領域のモデルを生成することと、
前記関心領域の前記モデル内の軟性点を識別することと、
前記関心領域内で前記位置センサをナビゲートするためのガイダンスを表示することと、
前記位置センサが前記関心領域内でナビゲートされている間に、前記位置センサの前記位置を追跡することと、
前記センサが前記軟性点に位置している間に、前記関心領域内の前記位置センサの前記追跡された位置と前記外部患者動作とを比較することと、
前記位置センサが前記軟性点にある間に、前記位置センサの前記追跡された位置と、前記外部患者動作との前記比較に基づいて、前記モデルの、前記関心領域との前記位置合わせを更新することと、を行わせる、コンピューティングデバイスと、を備える、システム。 - 前記関心領域は、患者の気道である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記モデルは、前記患者の前記気道のモデルである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記命令は、前記プロセッサによって実行されると、前記コンピューティングデバイスに、
前記患者上の既知の静的点を識別することと、
前記軟性点の前記位置を、前記静的点と比較することと、を更に行わせる、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記命令は、前記プロセッサによって実行されると、前記コンピューティングデバイスに、
前記軟性点の前記追跡された位置の、前記静的点との前記比較に基づいて、前記モデルの、前記関心領域との前記位置合わせを更新することを更に行わせる、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記静的点は、椎体、気管分岐部、胸骨、甲状軟骨、肋骨又は食道である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記関心領域内の前記位置センサの比較された追跡位置及び前記外部患者動作は、データベースに保存されて、患者の特性に従って予測モデルを生成する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
