Abstract
Description
− 1HAのジャガイモ植物に必要な出発材料の量は、直接掘削のためにまたは該量の真正ジャガイモ種子から成長した移植植物を使用することにより、2,500KGの種ジャガイモまたは塊茎から約80〜100GのTPSへと減少する。
− 塊茎(何トンもの)よりも種子(何グラムもの)を生産する方が、非常に経済的に(貯蔵、輸送)および天然資源に関しての両方で節約になる
− 栽培用に供給される種子は、管理された条件下で成長される植物から収穫され;6シーズン以上繁殖された塊茎と比較して、該出発材料は本質的に害虫および病気を有さないと考えることができる
− この特徴により、労働および化学物質の適用を大幅に減らすことができる。
− 自家不和合性の系統

Claims (10)
- 四倍体であって、四倍体雄性ジャガイモ系統と四倍体雌性ジャガイモ系統との間の交配のF1として産生される、雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)。
- 該四倍体雄性ジャガイモ系統および該四倍体雌性ジャガイモ系統が、F1として雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)を産出するのに十分な程度の遺伝的および表現型的均一性を有する、請求項1に記載の雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)。
- 該四倍体雌性ジャガイモ系統が、自家不和合性で、和合性で、および、雄しべを除去された、生存可能な花粉を産生することができない、細胞質雄性不稔および遺伝的雄性不稔系統からなる群から選択される表現型を有する、請求項1または2に記載の雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)。
- 該種子から成長したジャガイモ植物が、自家受粉、または同じF1雑種由来の植物との他家受粉により果実を生産することができない、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)。
- 該種子の代表的な試料がNCIMB 42469の下に寄託されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)。
- 該種子がコーティングされ、被覆され、ペレット化され、またはプライミングされている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)から成長したジャガイモ植物。
- 請求項7に記載のジャガイモ植物由来のジャガイモ塊茎。
- 請求項8に記載のジャガイモ塊茎のその栄養繁殖のための種ジャガイモとしての使用。
- 種ジャガイモとしての使用、食卓ジャガイモとしての消費、食品加工産業用、および産業用途用の、ジャガイモ根茎の生産のための請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の雑種真正ジャガイモ種子(TPS)の使用。
