Claims (8)
- 融着結合しようとする第1、第2光繊維を固定および整列させる整列部と、
前記整列モジュールに固定および整列させた前記第1、第2光繊維を融着結合するための電極棒を備える融着モジュールと、
前記整列モジュールによる前記第1、第2光繊維の整列状態と、前記融着モジュールによる前記第1、第2光繊維の融着結合状態とを撮影するための光学モジュールと、
前記融着モジュールおよび前記光学モジュールが取り付けられる支持部と、
前記支持部を昇降させる昇降モジュールと、を含んでなることを特徴とする光繊維融着機。 - 前記整列部は、
前記第1光繊維が収容された第1ホルダーを固定する第1固定部と、
前記第2光繊維が収容された第2ホルダーを固定する第2固定部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光繊維融着機。 - 前記第1固定部に固定される前記第1ホルダーは、
前記第1光繊維が内装されたフェルールを含む光コネクターを着脱可能に収容し、前記第1光繊維と前記第2光繊維の融着部位を互いに対面して接着しながらカバーする保護蓋が前記光コネクターの後端に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の光繊維融着機。 - 前記保護蓋は、
前記第1光繊維から広げられた形態の一対の翼部が前記光コネクターの後端に結合され、互いに粘着される前記翼部の内面に粘着剤が塗布された弾性シートを備えるか、或いは互いに粘着される前記翼部の内面に塗布されたシリコンが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の光繊維融着機。 - 前記昇降モジュールは、
シリンダーチューブと、
前記シリンダーチューブにガイドされて昇降するピストンロッドとを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光繊維融着機。 - 前記ピストンロッドに前記支持部が固定結合されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の光繊維融着機。
- 前記昇降モジュールの昇降のための押しボタンスイッチをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の光繊維融着機。
- 前記押しボタンスイッチは、
ボタン部と、
前記ボタン部を押すとスプリングを圧迫しながら前記ピストンロッドを下降させ、再度前記ボタン部を押すとスプリングの復元力により前記ピストンロッドを上昇させる昇降部材と、
前記ボタン部の押圧操作により前記ピストンロッドが下降した位置にて、前記昇降部材を固定させたり固定を解除させたりする固定部材と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の光繊維融着機。
