Claims (21)
- 血管内システムであって、
血管内装置であって、
近位部分及び遠位部分を有する可撓性の細長い部材と、
前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記遠位部分に固定される少なくとも1つの検出要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの検出要素から前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分まで延在する少なくとも1つの通信線と
を有する、血管内装置と、
前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分と選択的にインタフェースするように構成されるトルク装置であって、前記トルク装置は、
前記可撓性の細長い部材の近位端を受けるための先細開口部を規定する本体、前記本体から延在する第1のアーム、及び前記本体から延在する第2のアームを有する第1の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素に可動的に結合される第2の構成要素であって、前記トルク装置が前記第1の構成要素の前記第1及び第2のアームの間で前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分を摺動可能に受けるように構成される開放位置と、前記トルク装置が前記第1の構成要素の前記第1及び第2のアームの間で前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分に固定的に係合する閉鎖位置との間で前記第1の構成要素に対して移動可能である、第2の構成要素と
を有する、トルク装置と
を有する、血管内システム。 - 前記第1アームは、前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分を受けて係合するようにサイジングされ形成される没入部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のアームは、前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分と係合するように平坦な表面を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の本体は、前記先細開口部と連通する中央ルーメンをさらに含み、前記中央ルーメンは、前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分を摺動可能に受けるようにサイジングされ形成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の構成要素は、前記第1の構成要素と螺合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の構成要素の外面が雄ねじを含み、前記第2の構成要素の内面が雌ねじを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の構成要素は、前記第1の構成要素にスナップ嵌め結合されるようにさらに構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の構成要素はテーパフランジを含み、前記第2の構成要素は前記第1の構成要素の前記テーパフランジとのスナップ嵌め係合のための少なくとも1つの突起部を含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起部が、前記第2の構成要素の中央管腔に向かって内側に延在する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ねじ係合を介する前記第1の構成要素に対する前記第2の構成要素の回転は、前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間で前記第2の構成要素を移動させる、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの検出要素は、圧力センサ、流量センサ、又は血管内撮像構成要素のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 血管内装置と共に使用するためのトルク装置であって、
前記血管内装置の近位部分を受けるための先細開口部を規定する本体、前記本体から延在する第1のアーム、及び前記本体から延在する第2のアームを有する第1の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素に可動的に結合される第2の構成要素であって、前記第2の構成要素は、前記トルク装置が前記第1の構成要素の前記第1及び第2のアームの間で前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分を摺動可能に受けるように構成される開放位置と、前記トルク装置が前記第1の構成要素の前記第1及び第2のアームの間で前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分に固定的に係合する閉鎖位置との間で前記第1の構成要素に対して移動可能である、
トルク装置。 - 前記第1のアームは、前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分を受けて係合するようにサイジングされ形成される没入部を含む、請求項12に記載のトルク装置。
- 前記第2のアームは、前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分と係合するように平坦な表面を含む、請求項13に記載のトルク装置。
- 前記第1の本体は、前記先細開口部と連通する中央ルーメンをさらに含み、前記中央ルーメンは、前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記近位部分を摺動可能に受けるようにサイジングされ形成される、請求項12に記載のトルク装置。

- 前記第2の構成要素は、前記第1の構成要素にスナップ嵌め結合するようにさらに構成される、請求項16に記載のトルク装置。
- 前記第1の構成要素はテーパフランジを含み、前記第2の構成要素は前記第1の構成要素の前記テーパフランジとのスナップ嵌め係合のための少なくとも1つの突起部を含む、請求項18に記載のトルク装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起部が、前記第2の構成要素の中央管腔に向かって内側に延在する、請求項19に記載のトルク装置。
- 前記ねじ係合を介する前記第1の構成要素に対する前記第2の構成要素の回転が前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間で前記第2の構成要素を移動させる、請求項18に記載のトルク装置。
