Claims (10)
- ターボプロップエンジン又はターボジェットエンジンといったターボ機械の回転タービンブレードであって、前記ブレードは長さ方向(EV)に沿って延び先端(S)で終端する翼(12)を支持する根元を備えており、前記翼(12)は前縁(16)と、運転中に翼を取り囲む流体循環の方向に従って前縁(16)の下流に位置する後縁(17)とを備えており、前記翼(12)は互いに横方向に間隔が設けられ、各々、前縁(16)を後縁(17)と接続している内弧壁(14)及び外弧壁(13)を備えており、前記翼(12)は、
前縁(16)のための上流冷却マニホルド(18)と、
根元で空気を集めて、調整した給気を上流マニホルド(18)に供給する上流供給管路(19)と、
外弧壁(13)に沿った単一体であり、ブレードの根元から空気を供給されて、上流管路(19)に面する熱シールドを形成する、単一の外弧空洞(23)と、
上流管路(19)から下流の部分に沿っており、外弧壁(13)まで横方向に延びている中間部(24)を含むトロンボーン形回路とを備えており、前記中間部(24)は翼の先端(S)で上流管路(19)によって供給される、回転タービンブレード。 - 翼(12)の先端(S)に上部空洞(31)を備えており、前記上部空洞(31)は上流管路(19)によって供給される、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 中間部(24)を遮蔽するもう1個の熱シールドを形成するために内弧壁に沿って延びる単一体による単一の内弧空洞(27)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のブレード。
- 単一の内弧空洞(27)はトロンボーンを形成する回路の中間部(24)を遮蔽するのに加えて上流管路(19)を遮蔽する、請求項3に記載のブレード。
- トロンボーン形回路は下流部(26)と穿孔(22)とを備えており、前記下流部はブレードの底部に近い中間部(24)によって供給され、前記下流部(26)は外弧壁(13)から内弧壁(14)まで横方向に延びており、前記穿孔(22)は内弧壁の外面で空気の膜を形成するために下流部(26)に向けて内弧壁を貫通する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 上流管路(19)、トロンボーン管路及び上部空洞(31)のための共通の単一の塵埃除去穴を備える、請求項2に記載のブレード。
- 冷却スリット(34)のための下流供給マニホルド(32)と、トロンボーンを形成する回路とは別個である前記下流マニホルド(32)のための調整した下流供給管路(33)とを備えており、前記スリットは後縁(17)で内弧壁(14)を貫通して、前記下流管路(33)はブレードの根元から空気を供給される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 冷却スリット(34)のための下流供給マニホルド(32)と、トロンボーン形回路の下流部(26)に対応する前記下流マニホルド(32)のための調整した下流供給管路(33)とを備えており、前記スリットは後縁(17)で内弧壁(14)を貫通している、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のブレード。
- 内部管路及びマニホルドと、熱シールドを形成する内部空洞とを成形するように設計されたキャビティ及び一組のコアを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のブレードを製造するための鋳造手段。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のブレードを備えるターボ機械。
