Claims (11)
- 光源(103) と対向する透明な窓(111) を有する筐体(109) 内に組み立てられた前記光源(103) と、
光ファイバ(101) の入射面(101a)を前記窓(111) を介して前記光源(103) と対向させて保持するために前記筐体(109) と取外し可能に係合することができるコネクタ(113) と嵌合する前記光ファイバ(101) と、
前記窓(111) と前記光ファイバ(101) の入射面(101a)との間で接続位置で圧縮され続けられ得る透明なエラストマ材料から形成された界面要素(301) と
を備えていることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記界面要素(301) は、前記界面要素が前記光ファイバ(101) の入射面(101a)に接して置かれる領域の隣に、未接続位置では第1の厚さ(e1)を有し、接続位置では第2の厚さ(e2)を有し、前記第1の厚さ(e1)は前記第2の厚さ(e2)より1.1 〜1.3 倍大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光ファイバ(101) の入射面(101a)と接して置かれるように構成された前記界面要素(301) の表面は、未接続位置では隆起状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光ファイバ(101) の入射面(101a)と接して置かれるように構成された前記界面要素(301) の表面は、未接続位置ではナノ構造又はミクロ構造(601) を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記界面要素(301) はシリコーン又はポリウレタンから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光源(103) はレーザ光源であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記窓(111) はサファイア又はシリカから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記筐体(109) は密閉して閉じられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光源(103) によって放射される光の焦点を前記光ファイバ(101) の入射面(101a)に接続位置で合わせることができる光学系(115) を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記界面要素(301) は前記筐体(109) 又は前記コネクタ(113) に強固に組み立てられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光源(103) に接続ケーブル(107) によって接続された電源・制御ユニット(105) を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
