Abstract
Description
(試験施工例1)
延長70m、施工幅0.8〜1.2mにわたり補修工事を行った。1年経過後に観察したところ、わずかにクラックが見られたが、既設の舗装路面ほどではなく、走行上も問題がなかった。
(試験施工例2)
延長100m、施工幅0.8〜1.2mにわたり補修工事を行った。1年経過後に観察したところ、目立った損傷はなかった。
Claims (6)
- 骨材及びアスファルトを加熱混合して得られる薄層舗装用アスファルト混合物であって、
前記骨材は、最大粒径が8mm未満であり、その粒度分布は、粒径2.36mm以上8mm未満の粗骨材が65質量%以上80質量%以下の範囲内、粒径0.3mm以上1mm未満の細骨材が5質量%以上25質量%以下の範囲内、粒径0.075mm以上0.3mm未満の細砂及び粒径0.075mm未満の石粉の合計が5質量%以上25質量%以下の範囲内である
ことを特徴とする薄層舗装用アスファルト混合物。 - 前記骨材において、前記細砂は0質量%以上17質量%以下の範囲内、石粉は8質量%以上12質量%以下の範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の薄層舗装用アスファルト混合物。 - 前記粗骨材は、最大粒径と最小粒径の差が3.00mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の薄層舗装用アスファルト混合物。
- 前記骨材は、粒径1mm以上2.36mm未満の粒度分布が0質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の薄層舗装用アスファルト混合物。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の薄層舗装用アスファルト混合物を既設の舗装路面上に舗設して補修することを特徴とする舗装路面の補修方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の薄層舗装用アスファルト混合物を既設の舗装路面上に補設して補修したことを特徴とする舗装道路。
