Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a flexible container bag for storing and storing or transporting a plurality of long fabrics and a method for transporting and storing a plurality of long fabrics.
As a flexible container bag for transporting a plurality of objects to be conveyed, for example, “a rectangular bottom surface, four rectangular side surfaces continuous to each side of the rectangular bottom surface, and a rectangle continuous to one of the rectangular side surfaces” It is made of a flexible sheet-like material composed of a top part, and has a means for connecting the adjacent rectangular side parts to each other when the rectangular side part is raised by placing a load on the rectangular bottom part. There has been proposed a "flexible container bag" having means for fixing the rectangular top when the top is placed on the luggage, and further attaching means for suspending the bag packed with the luggage to the sheet material ( For example, Patent Document 1).
In the conventional flexible container bag, it is necessary to connect the rectangular side surface parts after placing the load on the rectangular bottom surface part, and it takes time to convey the object to be conveyed.
In particular, when the article to be transported is a fabric, when the fabric is stacked on the rectangular bottom surface, the rectangular side surface does not rise, and thus the stacked fabric is likely to collapse.
Although a long box using a resin material, a wood material, or the like can be used, it is not practical in terms of weight and cost, and becomes bulky at the time of collection, resulting in poor collection efficiency.
This indication pays attention to the above problems, and aims at providing the flexible container bag which can accommodate easily a multiple piece of fabric, and can convey or store it, and its conveyance method and storage method.

As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
Hereinafter, each part will be described.
2. (1) Bag body The
Here, when the
The long side surfaces 32 and 33 have a rectangular shape that is long in the longitudinal direction. The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The bottom long
The bottom long
This will be described with reference to FIG.
Here, one
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the bottom long
Next, it is bent at the
Such sewing is performed over the entire length of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom long

(2) Suspension belt The

The distance between the

The thickness of the laminate processing is in the range of 5 [μm] to 1000 [μm], preferably in the range of 10 [μm] to 500 [μm], and more preferably in the range of 20 [μm] to 200 [μm]. It is a range. If the thickness of the laminating process is smaller than 5 [μm], the rigidity of the peripheral portion of the receiving
<変形例>
<Modification>
As mentioned above, although the
In addition, examples that are not described in the embodiments and modifications and design changes that do not depart from the gist are also included in the present invention.
1. Bag body (1) The shape and size of the bag body are not limited to the examples. However, in consideration of the stability of the fabric inside the bag, the shape of the short side portion is preferably rectangular or rectangular, and the height is in the range of 0.5 to 1.4 times the width. Is preferred. Considering the capacity of the fabric, the height and width are preferably in the range of 3 to 10 times the diameter of the target fabric.
(2) The
Note that when storing a plurality of pieces of fabric, paying attention to the invention that the bag shape at the time of storage is not easily collapsed, it is sufficient that the bag body has a folded portion at the connection portion of the short side surface, for example, a hanging belt The presence or absence of a lid or the presence or absence of a lid is not relevant.

2. Suspension belt (1) The suspension belt is formed in an annular shape, but may be composed of a plurality of belts. In this case, for example, an erection belt corresponding to the
(2) The first connecting
In addition, when there are few fabrics accommodated in a bag main body, or the intensity | strength of the cloth material of a bag main body is high, a 1st connection part and a 2nd connection part do not need to be provided. In other words, the hanging belt only needs to have the long side portion joined and the installation portion.
(3) The
In addition, when the sewn portion does not tear between the first and second connecting portions and the bottom surface portion when suspended, in the portion facing the bottom surface portion in the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, There may be a portion that is not sewn.

3. Lid (1) The
(2) Although the long
(3) The two long
However, the lid portion only needs to be provided so as to hang outward with respect to the bag body, and the bottom long side cloth material (81) shown in FIG. 51a and 53a may be included integrally.
Furthermore, the bottom long side cloth material (81) includes the long
In consideration of maintaining the shape of the end of the bag body at the receiving side when the fabric is accommodated, it is preferable that the connecting portion between the bag body and the lid portion is a folded portion. In this case, it can be implemented by the method described in the section (2) of “1. Bag body” of the modification.
In the case of storing a plurality of fabrics, paying attention to the invention that the shape of the receiving port of the bag main body at the time of storing is not easily collapsed, it is sufficient if the connecting portion between the bag main body and the lid has a folding part, For example, the presence / absence of a hanging belt, the presence / absence of a folded portion on the short side of the bag body, and the like are not relevant.
(4) In order to make it difficult for the two long
4). Packing Belt The
The packing
In FIG. 7A, the
The hooks and the hoops may be attached in the opposite positions, or the
The use of Velcro (registered trademark) as the fixing means can fix the belt while applying tension, so that the form stability after packing is excellent. In FIG. 7, one
A
By providing the cargo tightening belt, the shape after packing can be maintained, and cargo collapse is unlikely to occur. For this reason, it is possible to store and transport by a vehicle, a ship, an airplane or the like in a state where a plurality of
Flexible container bags can be stacked in multiple stages due to their excellent rigidity, saving storage space in warehouses and increasing the amount of cloth stored in containers and trucks when transporting products. it can. As a result, storage costs and transport costs per piece of fabric can be reduced.
The number of steps is not particularly limited, but considering the height of the steps, the range of 2 to 5 steps is preferable, and the range of 3 to 4 steps is more preferable. This height is convenient in terms of workability. In this case, it is more stable to configure one row in three rows.
