Description

The present invention relates to a method for extracting beverage components in a drinking container.

As a method of imparting flavor to beverages such as beer, a soaked product for extracting flavor components is contained in a container disposed in a beverage dispensing passage, and the pressure in the container is adjusted as appropriate. A method for extracting a beverage while extracting a flavor component has been proposed (see Patent Document 1). There has also been proposed a method in which a hook-like hook portion is provided on the back side of the lid of a PET bottle, and a tea bag is attached to the hook portion so as to hang the tea bag to extract a beverage from the bottle (see Patent Document 2). Prepare a bottle that can be opened and closed with a lid in addition to the mouth side that serves as a drink mouth, open the bottom lid, insert the tea bag into the bottle, and then erect the bottle upright A method for extracting a beverage has also been proposed (see Patent Document 3).

When a beverage component is extracted by putting a soaked product such as a tea bag into a beverage in a drinking container, depending on the type of beverage, the soaked product may rise, or extraction may take a considerable amount of time. . For example, in effervescent beverages such as beer, a relatively large buoyancy is applied to the soaked product, so that the soaked product is greatly exposed above the liquid surface, and the extraction efficiency may be significantly reduced. As exemplified in Patent Document 3, in the method of adding a lid to the bottom side of the container and attaching the soaked product to the container, if the soaked product is taken out before drinking after the extraction is completed, the lid on the bottom side is removed. It needs to be opened and closed, which takes time. In order to eliminate the risk that the bottom lid may come off during drinking, it is necessary to firmly configure the bottom lid mounting structure, and this may increase the time and effort required to take out the immersion material.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the extraction method of the drink component which can extract a drink component efficiently using the lid | cover of the opening part which should become a drinking mouth of a drinking container.

The beverage component extraction method according to one aspect of the present invention uses a drinking container (1) in which an opening serving as a drinking mouth of a container body (10) can be sealed with a lid (20). (3) A beverage component extraction method for extracting a predetermined component in the lid so that the immersion material (2) containing the raw material (2b) for providing the beverage component is suspended from the lid. A procedure of attaching the lid to the drinking container so that a soaked article attached to the lid is immersed in the beverage, and reversing the drinking container so that the lid is at the bottom And a procedure for holding the drinking container in an inverted state for a length of time necessary for extraction of the beverage component.

According to the said aspect, even if it suspends a soaking thing from the lid | cover which closes the opening part used as a drinking mouth, it is a drink so that a soaking thing may not float on a liquid level by inverting a drinking container and positioning a lid | cover below The extraction of the beverage component can be reliably advanced by restraining the inside. After the time necessary for the extraction has passed, the drinking container is returned to the upright state, and the lid is removed, so that the immersed substance can be taken out from the beverage and immediately drinkable. Therefore, it is not necessary to open the bottom portion of the drinking container and take out the immersion product, and the beverage components can be efficiently extracted using the drinking container.

In the above aspect, a bottomed cylindrical container in which the area of the opening is the same as the area of the bottom or larger than the area of the bottom may be used as the container body. According to this, it is possible to easily attach and detach the immersed material with respect to the inside of the drinking container, and it is possible to increase the stability of the drinking container in the inverted state by sufficiently securing the installation area when the drinking container is inverted.

In the above aspect, the container main body may be provided with a throttle portion (11c) that is narrowed toward the center in the radial direction as compared with the upper end portion (11a) and the lower end portion (11b). According to this, the stability of those operations can be improved by holding the squeezed part and inverting the drinking container or returning it to an upright state. Thereby, a possibility that the inconvenience that the drinking container slides down from the user's hand can be reduced or eliminated.

In the above aspect, the beverage may be a sparkling beverage. In the case of a sparkling beverage, it is easy to float so that the immersion product is largely exposed from the liquid surface. Therefore, extraction efficiency can be more reliably and effectively increased by extracting beverage components according to the above aspect.

Furthermore, when a sparkling beverage is used, the lid may be screwed into the container body. According to this, even if the pressure inside the drinking container increases with the foaming of the beverage, it is possible to reliably restrain the lid to the container body.

In the above aspect, the soaked product may further include a bag body (2a) that allows the beverage to pass therethrough and accommodates the raw material, and a suspension member (2c) attached to the bag body. According to this, by attaching the suspension member to the back surface side of the lid, the immersion object can be reliably restrained to the lid side even in the inverted state.

In addition, in the above description, in order to make an understanding of this invention easy, the reference sign of the accompanying drawing was attached in parenthesis, but this invention is not limited to the form of illustration by it.

The front view which shows the external appearance of the drink glass used as an example of a drinking container with the extraction method which concerns on one form of this invention. The top view of the drink glass of FIG. Sectional drawing along the axial direction of the drink glass of FIG. The perspective view which shows the procedure which attaches the tea bag as an example of an immersion thing to a lid | cover. The figure which shows the state which mounted | wore the glass main body with the lid | cover with which the tea bag was attached. The figure which shows the state which reversed the drink glass from the state of FIG.

First, with reference to FIGS. 1-3, an example of the drinking container utilized with the extraction method which concerns on one form of this invention is demonstrated. 1 to 3 show a beverage glass as an example of a drinking container. The illustrated beverage glass 1 includes a glass body 10 as an example of a container body, and a lid 20 that can seal an opening at the upper end to serve as a drinking mouth of the glass body 10. The glass main body 10 is a bottomed cylindrical container used for a user to drink beverages, and is a tableware generally called a glass or a cup. As an example, the glass body 10 is formed in a vertically long glass shape or cup shape in which the dimension in the direction of the axis CL shown in FIG. 3 (hereinafter referred to as the axial direction) is sufficiently larger than the diameter.

The glass body 10 includes a trunk portion 11, a bottom portion 12 (FIG. 3) that is continuous with the lower end of the trunk portion 11, and leg portions 13 that are provided so as to surround the bottom portion 12. The trunk | drum 11, the bottom part 12, and the leg part 13 are integrally shape | molded by the resin molding method. For the material of the glass body 10, for example, a transparent or translucent resin capable of visually recognizing the inside of the glass body 10 may be appropriately selected. The trunk | drum 11 is formed in the cylindrical shape from which the shape of the cross section orthogonal to an axial direction becomes circular. However, the cross-sectional shape of the trunk portion 11 may be appropriately changed to a polygonal shape or the like.

The body portion 11 is provided with a narrowed portion 11c that is narrowed toward the center in the radial direction as compared with the upper and lower end portions 11a and 11b. The outer surface side of the body part 11 is provided with a taper that gradually expands with increasing distance from the throttle part 11c in the axial direction. The squeezing part 11c not only gives the appearance characteristics to the beverage glass 1, but also holds the squeezing part 11c up and down from the state where the user puts the beverage glass 1 upright, that is, with the legs 13 down. By inverting or returning from the inverted state to the original erecting state, there is also an effect of improving the stability of those operations. Thereby, a possibility that the inconvenience that the drink glass 1 slides down from the user's hand can be reduced or eliminated. As apparent from FIG. 3, the bottom 12 is formed in a disc shape that continues to the lower end 11 b of the body 11 and has a central portion that swells upwards somewhat. The leg portion 13 has a conical shape that swells outward from the lower end portion 11 b of the trunk portion 11. The legs 13 are provided to increase the stability when the beverage glass 1 is placed in an upright state. However, the leg part 13 may be omitted when the stability of the beverage glass 1 can be ensured for the reason that the bottom part 12 has a sufficiently large diameter.

The upper end portion 11a of the body portion 11 is formed so as to swell substantially outwardly in the radial direction from the lower end portion 11b. The diameter of the upper end portion 11a is set to a size that is sufficient to insert a soaked material such as a tea bag into the trunk portion 11 and that does not give the user a feeling of strangeness when drinking a beverage. A thin portion 11d is further formed on the upper end portion 11a of the body portion 11, and a female screw portion 11e is formed on the inner peripheral side of the thin portion 11d. The inner diameter of the female thread portion 11e, that is, the inner diameter when measured at the screw thread position is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the annular seal surface 11f set on the inner side in the axial direction (downward in FIG. 3) than the thin portion 11d. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, an indicator 14 indicating a guideline for the amount of beverage contained is provided on the outer periphery of the body portion 11. The index 14 is linear as an example. However, the index 14 is not limited to this, and the index 14 may be provided in a shape such as a circle or a polygon, a pattern, or other appropriate modes.

As shown in detail in FIG. 3, the lid 20 includes a lid body 21 and a holder 22 attached to the back surface side (the lower surface side in FIG. 3) of the lid body 21. The lid body 21 and the holder 22 are resin molded products manufactured in separate processes. The lid body 21 includes a top plate portion 23 that closes the upper surface of the glass body 10 and an insertion portion 24 that is formed integrally with the top plate portion 23. As apparent from FIGS. 2 and 3, the top plate portion 23 is generally disc-shaped, and its outer diameter is set to be somewhat larger than the outer diameter at the upper end of the glass body 10. The insertion portion 24 is provided with a male screw portion 24a to be screwed into the female screw portion 11e of the glass body 10, and a fitting portion 24b having a smaller diameter than the male screw portion 24a. An O-ring 25 is attached to the fitting portion 24b as an example of an annular sealing material. By screwing the male screw portion 24a into the female screw portion 11e, the fitting portion 24b fits into the annular seal surface 11f of the glass body 10, and the O-ring 25 is brought into close contact with the annular seal surface 11f, thereby sealing the glass body 10. Since the lid 20 is provided so as to be screwed into and attached to the glass body 10, after pouring a sparkling beverage on the glass body 10 and mounting the lid 20, the lid 20 is inverted or brought into an upright state. Even if the pressure inside the beverage glass 1 rises due to the foaming of the beverage when operated to return, the lid 20 can be reliably restrained to the glass body 10.

The sealing position by the O-ring 25 and the annular sealing surface 11f is set inside the glass body 10 rather than the female screw portion 11e. Therefore, when a sparkling beverage (or carbonated beverage) such as beer is accommodated in the glass body 10, the foam or the like enters the threaded portion of the female screw portion 11e and the male screw portion 24a, and the beverage enters the screw groove or the like. There is no risk of inconvenience such as remaining and troublesome cleaning of screw grooves and the like. Further, a cylindrical insertion portion 26 is provided at the center of the lower surface of the top plate portion 23.

The holder 22 includes a generally cylindrical knob portion 30 and a shaft portion 31 provided coaxially and integrally with the knob portion 30. A flange 30a is formed at the upper end of the knob portion 30 for the user to hang a finger or the like. The shaft portion 31 is formed with a diameter and a length that can be inserted into the insertion portion 26 of the lid body 21. As shown in FIG. 4, a slit 31 a is formed in the shaft portion 31. The slit 31a is formed to a size that can hold a string, a band, or other hanging members used to suspend the immersion material. However, in FIG. 4, the slit 31 a is drawn with emphasis, and the size does not indicate an actual dimension.

Next, with reference to FIG.4 and FIG.5, the procedure which extracts a drink component using the drink glass 1 is demonstrated. In addition, the following description is related with the extraction procedure in case a predetermined component is extracted using the tea bag 2 shown in FIG. 4 as an example of an immersion thing. The tea bag 2 has the structure in which the raw material 2b which provides the component which should be extracted to the bag body 2a which can permeate | transmit a drink was accommodated. A string 2c as an example of a suspension member is attached to the bag body 2a, and a hand-held tag 2d is provided at the tip of the string 2c. The raw material may be appropriately selected as long as a predetermined component can be added to the beverage by immersing it in the beverage to be poured into the beverage glass 1. For example, a raw material for imparting a flavor such as dry gil, cinnamon, and lemon peel to the beverage may be used. Or the material for adjusting a drink like tea leaves, such as black tea and green tea, may be used as a raw material. In other words, the component to be added to the beverage may be the component itself for forming the flavor of the beverage, or a flavor or other component to be added to the beverage whose flavor has already been adjusted. May be. Therefore, the beverage to be poured into the beverage glass 1 as a target to which the component is to be added is not limited to a liquid already adjusted as a beverage such as beer, but water, hot water for extracting a component such as tea, etc. It is a concept that includes liquid as a beverage material. A plurality of types of tea bags 2 including different types of ingredients for one type of beverage may be prepared, and the tea bags 2 may be selected according to user preferences.

In order to extract beverage components using the beverage glass 1 and the tea bag 2, first, the string 2c of the tea bag 2 is sandwiched between the slits 31a of the holder 22 as shown in FIG. The shaft portion 31 is inserted into the insertion portion 26 of the lid body 21 and the holder 22 is attached to the back surface side of the lid body 21. Thereby, the tea bag 2 is mounted on the back side of the lid 20 so as to be suspended from the lid 20. In addition, when attaching the string 2c to the slit 31a, when the drink glass 1 is reversed, it adjusts so that the tea bag 2 may be sufficiently immersed in a drink. A prescribed amount of beverage is poured into the glass body 10 in parallel with or after the tea bag 2 is attached. At that time, the indicator 14 of the glass body 10 can be used as a guide for the amount of beverage injected.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the lid 20 is attached to the glass body 10 so that the tea bag 2 is immersed in the beverage 3 in the glass body 10. Thereafter, as shown by the arrow B, the beverage glass 1 is turned upside down. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the tea bag 2 is restrained by the lid | cover 20 via the string 2c. Therefore, the tea bag 2 stays in the beverage 3 without floating up to the liquid level in the beverage glass 1. Thereafter, the inversion state of FIG. 6 is maintained for a time length necessary for extraction of the components of the raw material 2b. Thereby, extraction of a drink component can be advanced reliably. When the beverage 3 is an effervescent beverage, the tea bag 2 is easily lifted by the foaming of the beverage 3, but the tea bag 2 can be reliably held in the beverage 3 by inverting the beverage glass 1.

The length of time for holding the inverted state of the beverage glass 1 may be appropriately set according to the type of the raw material 2 b or the beverage 3. In addition, since the upper end opening part which is a drinking mouth of the glass main body 10 is comparatively large, and the top-plate part 23 of the lid | cover 20 has a larger area than the upper end opening part of the glass main body 10, the drink glass 1 is reversed. It is possible to defer stably. In order to ensure such stability, for example, the area of the upper end opening of the glass body 10 is set equal to the area of the bottom 12 or the area of the upper end opening is larger than the area of the bottom 12. It is convenient to set. After the time necessary for extraction has elapsed, the lid 20 is loosened and the lid 20 is removed from the glass body 10 together with the tea bag 2. Thereby, extraction is completed. The user can taste the beverage without taking additional effort such as removing the lid on the bottom.

This invention is not limited to the form mentioned above, You may implement in the form to which the appropriate deformation | transformation or change was given. For example, the drinking container is not limited to the beverage glass 1 shown in the figure, and any suitable drinking container may be used as long as it has a drinking mouth of a size that allows insertion of an immersion material such as a tea bag. The immersion material is not necessarily limited to the example in which the bag is filled with the raw material. If the raw material itself can maintain a solid state in the beverage, the raw material may be hung directly from the lid. The structure for attaching the lid to the container body is not limited to the illustrated example, and an appropriate structure is adopted as long as the lid is securely restrained at least in the process of inverting the drinking container and then returning it to the upright state. It's okay.
