Description

The present invention relates to a position notification device used for position notification of a distress in mountains and oceans.

Conventionally, as this type of position notification device, a visual position recognition device used in a marine disaster is known (see Patent Document 1).
This visual position recognition device includes a storage container fixed to a life jacket with a hanging strap clip and a windsock stored in the storage container. The windsock is accommodated in a storage container in a state of being wound around a core, and is unfolded in a belt shape by being fed out from the storage container. A rope is attached to the storage container so as to pass through the core, and a hanging strap clip is connected to the rope. On the other hand, the windsock is composed of a high-density polyethylene windsock film and a plurality of buoyancy support columns attached to the windsock film.
Distresses who have suffered from the sea will blow out from the storage container attached to the life jacket and deploy it in a strip shape on the sea surface. Thereby, the windsock can maximize the visibility from the aircraft.

Japanese National Patent Publication No. 9-505252

By the way, it is said that it is extremely difficult to discover from airplanes regardless of whether it is a mountain disaster or a marine disaster. In mountain distress, they are often not discovered by searching from helicopters, but are often found by search teams divided into mountains. Also, in marine disasters, even if the target is a small ship or a lifeboat (life raft), it is difficult to find it by an aircraft, and it is often found in a ship that navigates nearby. From the rescued victims, there is a prominent discourse saying, “I shook my hand many times toward the aircraft but was not found.”
For this reason, in the conventional visual position recognition device described above, the length of the streamer is several meters assuming the size attached to the life jacket, and unless the distress area is sufficiently narrowed down, Discovery from an aircraft is not easy. Moreover, since it is the structure which draws out a windsock from a storage container and expand | deploys, there existed a possibility that it might become impossible to expand, when a victim was injured. Moreover, if this is applied to a mountain distress, there is a problem that a windsock cannot be developed unless the distress is in a movable state.
By the way, when looking at the earth from space, the only man-made structure that can be seen is the Great Wall. Also, in the inspection technology for display and printing, it is difficult to find out if the defective dots are dispersed, but it is said that it can be easily found out if they are arranged in a straight line. This is because a long line shape (less influenced by the line width) is easy to recognize (conspicuous) due to human visual characteristics.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned human visual characteristics, and is visually conspicuous and makes it easy to linearly form a tape-like member by using rolling on a slope or flow of tidal current / water current. It is an object to provide a position notification device that can be deployed.

The position notification device of the present invention is a position notification device for reporting the position of a victim in mountains and the ocean, and is wound around the winding core portion and the winding core portion, and can be deployed from the winding end portion. A long tape-shaped member configured, and when unfolding, the tape-shaped member has a winding end portion side fixed and a main winding portion side other than the winding end portion is in a free state. It is characterized by being relatively fed out from the winding core part by the behavior of the turning part side.

In the case of a mountain distress, the distress waits for relief on the slopes of the mountain or along the slopes. Further, in the case of a marine disaster, the victim is left in a life jacket or a lifeboat and waits for relief while being swept away by the tide.
According to this structure, the distress who waits for relief on the slope of a mountain fixes the winding termination part side to a zack etc., and then throws the main winding part side to the valley side. Thereby, the main winding part rolls on the slope of the mountain toward the valley (behavior). At that time, the tape-shaped member is unwound from the main winding part and eventually develops linearly on the slope.
In addition, the victim who is waiting for relief in a slender line, throws the main winding part side into a stream (mountain stream) after fixing the winding end part side to a rock or the like. Thereby, the main winding part rides on the water flow and flows downstream (behavior). At that time, the tape-shaped member is unwound from the main winding part, and eventually develops linearly along the lines.
On the other hand, the victim who is waiting for rescue at sea releases the main winding part side to the sea surface after fixing the winding end part side to a life jacket or a lifeboat (life raft) or after fixing in advance. The victims and lifeboats and the main winding part are different in the influence of the wind (the area that receives the wind) and the influence of the tidal current (surface flow and the flow below it). Are separated from each other (behavior). At that time, the tape-shaped member is unwound from the main winding portion and eventually expands into a linear shape.
As described above, the tape-shaped member can be easily developed by using the slope, the water flow, and the tidal current. Moreover, the tape-shaped member developed linearly becomes conspicuous through human vision regardless of the tape width. Therefore, it is possible to easily find a victim from an aircraft or a distant place with the tape-shaped member as a target.
In addition, it is preferable that the tape-shaped member of the position alerting | reporting apparatus used in a mountain is 30m-100m in total length, and it is preferable that the tape-shaped member of the position alerting device used in the ocean is 300m-1000m in total length.

In this case, the winding core part is preferably formed in a spherical shape, and the tape-like member is preferably wound so as to form a spherical shape on the winding core part.

According to this configuration, since the tape-like member (main winding portion) is formed in a spherical shape that is easy to rotate, it is difficult to be caught by an obstacle or the like and can be smoothly deployed. Further, the entire position notification device can be configured compactly.

In this case, it is preferable that the diameter of the tape-shaped member wound around the winding core is 70 mm or more and 90 mm or less.

According to this configuration, a tape-like member having an appropriate length can be secured, and the tape-like member (main winding portion) has a shape and size that can be easily gripped (baseball ball large). The release can be promoted by releasing. In particular, it is useful when developing a tape-like member in a mountain.

Moreover, it is preferable that the tape-shaped member has elasticity and is wound around the winding core portion in a stretched state.

According to this configuration, when the stretched tape-shaped member is frayed from the main winding portion (deployment), the tape-shaped member contracts to the original free state. Because of the shrinking force, a rotational force is applied to the main winding portion, so that the tape-like member can be smoothly deployed linearly.

On the other hand, it is preferable that the tape-shaped member has buoyancy with respect to water flow and tidal current.

According to this configuration, since the tape-like member (main winding portion) flows on the water surface by riding on a water flow or a tidal current, it is not easily caught by an obstacle or the like, and can be smoothly developed. Moreover, since the tape-shaped member developed linearly is floating on the water surface, it is easily noticeable through vision.

Similarly, the winding start end portion of the tape-like member is preferably fixed to the winding core portion, and the winding core portion preferably has buoyancy with respect to the water flow and the tidal current.

According to this configuration, when the tape-shaped member is deployed, the wound core portion that has floated is subjected to resistance to water flow and tidal current. For this reason, tension is applied to the developed tape-shaped member, and the tape-shaped member is held in a linear shape on the water surface or the sea surface without causing slack, and becomes easily noticeable.

Moreover, it is preferable that a tape-shaped member is a fluorescent color or a metallic color.

According to this structure, the tape-shaped member developed linearly can be made more conspicuous through vision.

Moreover, it is preferable to further provide a fixed string part connected to the winding terminal part.

According to this configuration, the winding end portion side can be easily fixed by the fixed string portion. In addition, it is more preferable to provide a hook etc. in the front-end | tip in a fixed string part.

In this case, it is preferable that the winding terminal part has an adhesive part for overlapping.

According to this configuration, the tape-shaped member (main winding portion) is not unintentionally unwound when transporting or when fixing the fixed string portion to some object. Therefore, the handleability is improved and the main winding portion can be unfolded appropriately and smoothly.

Hereinafter, a position notification device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. This position notification device makes use of human visual characteristics sensitive to long linear objects, and facilitates the discovery of victims in mountains and oceans from aircraft and from a distance.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a partially cut front view of the position notification device according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the position notification device in a developed state. As shown in these drawings, the position notification device 10 includes a central winding core portion 11 and a long tape-like member wound around the winding core portion 11 so as to be unfoldable from a winding end portion 12a. 12 and a fixed string portion 13 connected to the winding end portion 12a. The winding start end portion 12 b of the tape-like member 12 is connected and fixed to the winding core portion 11, and the winding end portion 12 a is connected to the fixed string portion 13.

In this position notification device 10, the tape-like member 12 sets the fixed string portion 13 side (winding end portion 12 a side) in a fixed state and sets the main winding portion 15 side other than the winding end portion 12 a in a free state. , It is relatively unwound from the core part 11 and developed. That is, the main winding part 15 in the free state expands in a linear manner so that it can be unwound by rolling on the slope or by the flow of water / tidal current. For example, a distress in a mountain develops the fixed string portion 13 on a zack or rock, throws the main winding portion 15 of the tape-like member 12 toward the valley side, and rolls the slope to linearly expand it. To do. On the other hand, the search team (helicopter or walking) makes a search for the tape-shaped member 12 deployed in a linear shape and tries to find a victim.

The winding core 11 is formed in a spherical shape with wood, plastic, or the like, and has an appropriate buoyancy and weight. In this case, the buoyancy of the winding core portion 11 is set such that about 2/3 of the buoyancy is submerged below the surface of the water so that it is not affected by the wind as much as possible. Thereby, the core part 11 receives resistance of a tidal current / water flow in a state where the tape-like member 12 is unfolded, and applies tension so that the tape-like member 12 is not slackened. Even if the tape-like member 12 is light, the main winding portion 15 has an appropriate weight due to the weight of the winding core portion 11 and promotes rolling on a slope.

A slit 11a is formed in a part of the winding core portion 11, and the winding start end portion 12b of the tape-like member 12 is inserted into the slit 11a and fixed by adhesion or the like. However, the winding start end portion 12b may be fixed to the surface of the winding core portion 11 by strong adhesion, thermocompression bonding, or the like. In addition, it is preferable that the surface of the winding core part 11 is colored with a fluorescent color or the like.

The tape-like member 12 is made of a fluorescent or metallic resin material having buoyancy. The tape-like member 12 having buoyancy tends to be floated on the water surface and easily flown by a floating water flow or tidal current, and can be easily deployed. Moreover, the tape-shaped member 12 in the developed state floats on the water surface and is very conspicuous in combination with the color. The tape-shaped member 12 for mountains is preferably composed of a fluorescent tape or the like having a width of about 20 mm to 30 mm and a total length of about 30 m to 100 m. Similarly, the marine tape-like member 12 is preferably made of a fluorescent tape or the like having a width of about 50 mm to 100 mm and a total length of about 300 m to 1000 m.

The tape-like member 12 is wound around the winding core portion 11 to form a spherical shape by, for example, random winding (basket winding) or the like. In particular, in the tape-shaped member 12 for mountains, the rolled-up diameter is preferably 70 mm or more and 90 mm or less. Moreover, it is preferable that the whole weight which added the winding core part 11 to the tape-shaped member 12 is about 150 grams (130-180 grams). This size and weight is an image of a baseball ball, which is excellent in handling and portability, and suitable for a victim to hold and throw it (main winding part 15). Needless to say, the marine position notification device 10 is sufficiently larger than the mountain position notification device 10.

Moreover, the winding terminal part 12a of the tape-like member 12 is provided with an adhesive part 17 coated with an adhesive (see FIG. 2). That is, the winding terminal portion 12a of the tape-like member 12 wound around the winding core portion 11 is overlaid. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the tape-like member 12 (main winding portion 15) from being unintentionally unwound when transported (during carrying) or when the fixed string portion 13 is fixed to some fixed object. .

In addition, the tape-shaped member 12 has elasticity and may be wound around the winding core portion 11 in a stretched state. In such a case, when the tape-like member 12 is deployed, a force that causes the tape-like member 12 to contract acts on the main winding portion 15, and a rotational force is applied to the main winding portion 15 to promote the deployment. Moreover, it is preferable that the tape-shaped member 12 is made of a material that is difficult to be curled.

The fixed string portion 13 is a portion that fixes the winding end portion 12a side to an object (in the mountains, rock, shrub, zack, etc.) prior to the development of the main winding portion 15, and is a thin rope material And a hook 22 attached to the tip of the string main body 21. The string portion main body 21 is made of, for example, a non-slip cotton rope or pyrene rope having a diameter of 2.5 mm to 4 mm and a total length of about 1 m, and is wound around the surface of the tape-like member 12 wound around the winding core portion 11. A winding end portion 12a of the tape-like member 12 is connected to the proximal end portion of the string portion main body 21, and a hook 22 is attached to the distal end portion. The hook 22 of the present embodiment is composed of a small carabiner or the like.

In order to fix the fixed string part 13 to the object, first, the string part main body 21 is tied to the object, and second, after the string part main body 21 is wound around the object, the hook 22 is connected to the string part main body. The hook 22 is hooked on the object, and the hook 22 is hooked directly on the object. The fixing method can be selected according to the situation. The string portion main body 21 may be a band-shaped string.

The position notification device 10 configured as described above is accommodated in a plastic container or a pack container, which is omitted in the drawing. The pack container is preferably, for example, an aluminum vapor deposited film vacuum pack container. In the vacuum packed container, it is possible to effectively prevent the tape-shaped member 12 and the fixed string portion 13 from being unwound when the position notification device 10 is carried (carried). In these containers, the hook 22 (carabiner) may be exposed to the outside.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3, the usage method of the position alerting | reporting apparatus 10 in a mountain (mountain slope) is demonstrated. Here, it is assumed that the victim is a person who has slipped down from the mountain trail and is unable to walk. The victim first takes out the packed position notification device 10 from the zack. When the vacuum pack container is broken and the position notification device 10 is taken out, the fixed string portion 13 is extended and fixed to a zack or the like. For example, the fixed string portion 13 is passed through the shoulder belt of the zack, and the hook 22 is hooked on the string portion main body 21.

When the fixed string portion 13 is fixed, the fixed string portion 13 is pulled toward the proximal end side, and the adhesive portion 17 of the tape-shaped member 12 is peeled off. Next, the tape-shaped member 12 (main winding part 15) is held in a hand and thrown toward the valley side. The main winding part 15 thrown away flies while the winding of the tape-like member 12 is unwound, and eventually falls to the slope and rolls. The main winding portion 15 rolls on the slope while the tape-like member 12 is unwound, and stops when the winding core portion 11 appears. As a result, the tape-shaped member 12 develops linearly along the slope.

FIG. 4 shows a state where the position notification device 10 is deployed in a mountain stream (mountain). Here, it is assumed that there are distresses who have slipped down while climbing a hill and become unable to walk, or who have lost their way and become unable to move due to fatigue. The victim first takes out the position notification device 10 and fixes the fixed string portion 13 to rocks or stones on the shore. Next, the main winding part 15 is thrown into the center of the flow. The main winding part 15 rides on the flow while the tape-like member 12 is unwound, and eventually the tape-like member 12 is fully extended. Thereby, the tape-shaped member 12 expand | deploys linearly in the state which floated on the water surface along the flow.

FIG. 5 shows a state where the position notification device 10 is deployed in the ocean. Here, it is assumed that the victim is a small boat drifting due to a failure of the outboard motor, or a victim who has been transferred to a lifeboat (liferaft). The victim has fixed the fixed string portion 13 to a shipboard or the like and throws the main winding portion 15 into the sea. Small boats and lifeboats are affected by tidal currents and winds, while the main winding section 15 is mainly affected by tidal currents. For this reason, the boat and the main winding part 15 move away while drifting. The tape-like member 12 is unwound from the main winding portion 15 that is separated from the boat, and the tape-like member 12 is finally extended. Thereby, the tape-shaped member 12 expand | deploys substantially linearly in the state which floated on the sea surface.

In the case of a “life raft” (rubber boat) that automatically expands upon landing, it is preferable to house the position notification device 10 together with the life raft in a capsule that accommodates the life raft. When the position notification device 10 is thrown into the sea with the life raft, the life raft expands simultaneously with the landing, while the main winding portion 15 of the position notification device 10 is automatically thrown into the sea. .

By the way, in the position notification device 10 according to the embodiment regardless of whether it is for mountains or the ocean, the developed tape-shaped member 12 may be twisted. However, as long as the tape-like member 12 is developed in a linear shape, the conspicuousness of the tape-like member 12 will not be hindered. Similarly, even if the developed tape-like member 12 does not become linear, the conspicuousness does not change because it extends long.

As described above, according to the position notification device 10 of the first embodiment, the tape-like member 12 is set with the fixed string portion 13 side (winding end portion 12a side) in a fixed state and the main winding portion 15 side in a free state. Is configured to expand in a linear manner. For this reason, in a mountain, the tape-shaped member 12 can be easily developed in a linear shape using the slope of the mountain. Moreover, in a mountain stream, the tape-shaped member 12 can be easily developed in a linear shape using a water stream. Further, in the ocean, the tape-like member 12 can be easily deployed in a linear shape by utilizing tidal current (and wind).

On the other hand, the tape-like member 12 developed linearly becomes conspicuous through human vision regardless of the tape width. Therefore, it is possible to easily find a victim from an aircraft or a distant place with the tape-like member 12 as a target. In addition, a power source or the like is not required, and the mountain position notification device 10 is particularly compact and suitable for carrying.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, a position notification device 10A according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In this embodiment, a description will be given mainly of parts that are different from the first embodiment. FIG. 6 is a partially cut front view of the position notification device 10A according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, the position notification device 10A of this embodiment has a tape-like member 12 wound in a spindle shape. ing.

That is, the position notification device 10A includes a round bar-like (columnar or cylindrical) winding core part 11A, a tape-like member 12 wound around the winding core part 11A so as to form a spindle shape, and winding of the tape-like member 12 And a fixed string portion 13 connected to the turn terminal portion 12a. Also in this case, the winding start end portion 12 b of the tape-like member 12 is connected and fixed to the winding core portion 11 A, and the winding end portion 12 a is connected to the fixed string portion 13. Note that the winding core portion 11A may have a spindle shape.

The winding core portion 11A is formed in a round bar shape (columnar or cylindrical) with wood, plastic, or the like, and has an appropriate buoyancy and weight. As in the first embodiment, the tape-like member 12 is made of a fluorescent or metallic resin material having buoyancy. Further, the fixed string portion 13 is composed of a string portion main body 21 and a hook 22 attached to the tip end portion of the string portion main body 21. The position notification device 10A is accommodated in a plastic container or a pack container, which is omitted in the drawing.

Winding of the tape-like member 12 around the winding core portion 11A is performed, for example, by winding the tape-like member 12 while reciprocating the winding core portion 11A in the axial direction. Then, by controlling the speed of this reciprocating motion, the tape-like member 12 is wound so as to form a spindle shape.

In the mountain location notification device 10 </ b> A, the tape-like member 12 is unfolded when the main winding portion 15 rolls on the slope. Further, in the position notification device 10A in a mountain stream, the tape-shaped member 12 is deployed when the main winding part 15 rides on the water stream and flows down. Similarly, in the position notification device 10A in the ocean, the tape-like member 12 is deployed when the main winding portion 15 is affected by a tidal current or wind.

[Modification]
In the ocean position notification device 10A, the tape-like member 12 may be wound so as to form a cylindrical shape. 7A (first modification) is obtained by winding the tape-like member 12 around the winding core portion 11A so as to form a cylindrical shape, and FIG. 7B (second modification) shows that the tape-like member 12 is wound around the winding core. The portion 11A is wound in a roll shape. 10 A of these position alerting | reporting apparatuses float on the sea with the attitude | position shown to both figures, and the tape-shaped member 12 is expand | deployed in this state.

As described above, even with the position notification device 10A of the second embodiment, the tape-like member 12 can be easily deployed by using the slope, the water flow, and the tidal current. In addition, the tape-like member 12 developed linearly becomes conspicuous through human vision regardless of the tape width. Therefore, it is possible to easily find a victim from an aircraft or a distant place with the tape-like member 12 as a target.

The position notification device of the present invention is a position notification device for reporting the position of a distress in mountains and oceans, and is wound in a sphere-shaped core portion and a winding core portion so as to form a sphere. And a long tape-like member configured to be unfoldable from the winding end portion, and the tape-like member is placed in a fixed state on the winding end portion side during deployment, and the main winding other than the winding end portion The turning part side is in a free state and is relatively fed out from the winding core part by the behavior on the main winding part side.

On the other hand, since the tape-shaped member (main winding part) is formed in a spherical shape that is easy to rotate, it is not easily caught by an obstacle or the like, and can be smoothly deployed. Further, the entire position notification device can be configured compactly.
In addition, it is preferable that the tape-shaped member of the position alerting | reporting apparatus used in a mountain is 30m-100m in total length, and it is preferable that the tape-shaped member of the position alerting device used in the ocean is 300m-1000m in total length.

Another position informing device of the present invention is a position informing device for providing information on the position of a distress in mountains and oceans, and has a winding core part and stretchability, and is wound on the winding core part in a stretched state. A long tape-like member that is rotated and can be unfolded from the winding end portion. The winding part side is made into a free state, and it is relatively fed out from the winding core part by the behavior on the main winding part side.

Therefore, it is possible to easily find a victim from an aircraft or a distant place with the tape-shaped member as a target.
Further, when the stretched tape-shaped member is frayed from the main winding portion (deployment), the tape-shaped member contracts to the original free state. Because of the shrinking force, a rotational force is applied to the main winding portion, so that the tape-like member can be smoothly deployed linearly.
In addition, it is preferable that the tape-shaped member of the position alerting | reporting apparatus used in a mountain is 30m-100m in total length, and it is preferable that the tape-shaped member of the position alerting device used in the ocean is 300m-1000m in total length.
